00:00Are you looking for a way on how to play Pokemon Legends ZA?
00:04How to get a game? How to install it properly into your PC?
00:06Then, if you are, then please do watch this guide because I'm going to teach you how.
00:11So first of all, what you need is that you need to have a copy of the files
00:15that I've highlighted here in a folder that I have.
00:18You should have the latest Nintendo Switch firmware or Nintendo Switch keys.
00:22It should be around firmware version 20, keys version 20,
00:26in order for it to detect Pokemon Legends ZA.
00:29And also, you will need to have the XEI and NSP file format of the game,
00:34as well as the NM layer for your PC in order to run this.
00:38So, before you follow this guide, I need you to agree that you have already purchased
00:43Pokemon Legends ZA legally.
00:45You have pre-ordered it, bought it, or you have a physical copyright now
00:50because some store have provided it for you, so then you can proceed into this guide.
00:55But be sure that you own the game legally when following the steps.
01:00Now, let's open our browser.
01:02And I'm going to assume that you own the game.
01:04So, let's get an emulator first.
01:06So, just go to Google.
01:08Just type in ViewBing Emulator.
01:11Hit search.
01:11And then, first thing that will come out is the GitHub page of ViewBing.
01:17So, be sure to click on that because that's the site that we need to go.
01:21And then, go to the latest build.
01:23And then, you can find stable release here.
01:25So, be sure to click on the here link.
01:29And then, let's wait.
01:32So, if you're from Linux, you can get the installer from Linux here.
01:35And if you're from Mac, you can get the installer here.
01:38And for those who are in Windows, you can get the installer here.
01:41So, ViewBing Emulator is a Ryujinx Emulator fork.
01:46Ryujinx has been taken down by Nintendo.
01:48So, Ryujinx is not here anymore for us.
01:50But, ViewBing is the best next thing.
01:54So, click on it.
01:55Download it now.
01:56So, since I have already installed ViewBing into my PC,
02:00I'm just going to skip on this part.
02:01And I'm going to assume that you have downloaded this zip file now.
02:05So, let's open that zip file.
02:08So, this is the download zip file.
02:10Click on that zip file.
02:13Click on the publish folder.
02:14Open that one.
02:16And then, just create a new folder.
02:17Mine, I have created a folder named Viewjinx fork2025.
02:21You can name this Ryujinx Emulator because that is their name now.
02:25So, do that.
02:26Then, select all the files that's inside.
02:29Drag and drop these files into this folder here.
02:32To install and get a copy of Viewjinx or ViewBing Emulator.
02:35But, for me, I have already installed ViewBing Emulator.
02:38So, I'm just going to skip this part.
02:40And, I'm just going to assume that you have now installed ViewBing.
02:44What you have to do now is just click on the application file that says Viewjinx.
02:48Click on that and run it now.
02:50Okay.
02:50So, open Viewjinx Emulator, ViewBing Emulator.
02:53And, I'm going to assume that this is your first installation.
02:58So, you will need some files installed in ViewBing Emulator so that it will look like mine.
03:03Mine has been fully optimized.
03:04That's why it can detect Switch games.
03:06But, for you, it will look empty because it still needs some installation files on it.
03:11So, what are the files that are needed?
03:13These are the files that are needed.
03:14The Nintendo Switch keys and the Nintendo Switch firmware both should be in version 20 in order
03:19for it to detect and play Pokemon Legends CA.
03:21Now, if you're asking me on how to get all of these files, the most good way to do this, okay,
03:27is to own an Nintendo Switch console, which you have modded and have installed a custom firmware.
03:33Because, if it has a custom firmware, that means that you can fully access your Nintendo Switch
03:36system files.
03:37Once you have access on the system files, all you have to do now is just copy all the keys
03:42and the firmware file from your file on the Switch and transfer them into your PC just like mine here.
03:47And, to get the Legends ZA NSP file, all you have to do is that you own the game,
03:53you own the physical copy or digital copy.
03:55But, it's much better physical copy than you have to digitally back it up into an NSP or XC format.
04:03So, for those who don't know how to mod or install custom firmware, turn into the Switch or back up your
04:12Pokemon Legends ZA, then this is the next best thing that you need to follow.
04:18So, just be sure that you own the game and you own the console.
04:22So, prepare your mobile phone, scan this QR code here with your QR code reader,
04:26so that you will be redirected to the page where you can get all of these three files.
04:32So, once you're on the site, be sure that you follow all these instructions
04:35that are still there so that you can get all of these three files here.
04:39Follow the instructions and get the files.
04:41And, if you have done all of these files via your phone, be sure to transfer them into your PC.
04:47So, I'm going to assume that you have already done that and that you have a copy of
04:51the files here.
04:53So, open UGINX and layer.
04:55Then, the next step is that we will need to install the keys first.
05:00So, open the keys zip file, then go to actions, install keys, install keys,
05:06create a new folder that is named keys, just like mine here, open that.
05:11Then, just copy the product keys and tile keys into the zip file,
05:17drag and drop them into the folders that you have created,
05:21replace the file's destination because I have the file already.
05:24I'm just going to close this, select the product keys, hit open, yes, hit okay,
05:31actions, install keys,
05:33install the title keys, hit open, hit yes, okay.
05:37And, the next step is to install the firmware file on the switch.
05:40Go to actions again, install firmware, install firmware from the xii listed file,
05:45locate the firmware file version, you need to have the version 20.5.0, hit open,
05:52hit yes, so that it will install the firmware version.
05:56Hit okay.
05:56You'll know that this is stressful because right here down below, it will say firmware version 20.5.0.
06:03And, also, if you have switched games already into your Vuebing,
06:07it will now detect it and it will show you their game icons.
06:11Now, as you can see here, I have Pokemon Legends ZA.
06:14It's in version 1.0.0, so this is the base game.
06:17I have not installed the title update yet because it will crash Vuebing.
06:21So, let's play this game in its base form.
06:26But, we need to optimize our Vuebing MLayer so that we can run the game with no issues at all.
06:30So, to do that, just go to options and go to settings.
06:34And, in this part, just be sure to pause the video and copy every setting that you see here, okay?
06:39Be sure to pause and copy every setting.
06:41So, the game directories is wherein you will store your Nintendo Switch games.
06:44It can be anywhere into your PC as long as the game file of those games are in xii or MSP file format.
06:51So, this is my interface set.
06:53Be sure to copy it.
06:54Now, go to input.
06:55It is better that you use a controller when playing Switch games rather than a mouse and keyboard.
07:01So, if you have an Xbox, PlayStation, a PC controller, or yet an Nintendo Switch Pro controller,
07:08connect them here.
07:08Map them up here into liking.
07:10But, the deadline should be set in point 20 so that it will fix the drifting issues into your controller
07:16if you're having some drifting work.
07:17Mine here is shaking intensely.
07:20So, I'm just gonna...
07:22That's why it's set into point 20.
07:23Now, go to system.
07:26Fs integrity checks should be checked.
07:28So, these are all the full settings here.
07:30You can't change this to whatever you like.
07:32And to CPU, PPTC should be checked, okay?
07:36There are the settings here.
07:37Now, go to graphics.
07:38The most important part of settings and viewing.
07:40So, be sure to copy everything here.
07:42So, graphics backend is in Vulkan API.
07:44Your preferred GPU is your dedicated graphics card.
07:46Your graphics back and multi-threading should be on.
07:50And the graphics card, at least, if you have a GTX 1060,
07:53then you'll be able to play all Switch games with no issues at all.
07:57And I'm gonna assume that you have much better graphics card than GTX 1060
08:01because that is a long time ago.
08:03Now, features and enhancements.
08:05Be sure to check the enable shader cache and enable macro HLE.
08:09Resolution scale is subjective.
08:12You can go for high resolution if you have a powerful CPU and graphics card.
08:17For those who are in the low end, you can go for the native resolution,
08:20which is the base resolution of the Switch.
08:24For anti-aliasing, I'm set it to the max setting.
08:27But if you're having an issue, you can change this to none.
08:31Scale filter, FSR, set to 100%.
08:34If you're having issues, you can change this to by linear.
08:36Anisotropic filtering, 16 times.
08:38You can change this to auto or two times if you're having some issues.
08:42Aspect ratio, 16 by 9.
08:43But of course, because that's my monitor resolution.
08:47And aspect ratio.
08:48Now, once you're done, go to audio.
08:50So, these are the important settings here that you need to change.
08:54Be sure to copy it.
08:55Once done, hit apply and hit OK.
08:57Congratulations, your U-Bing Emulator is now fully optimized to run and play any
09:01Nintendo Switch games into your PC now.
09:04Especially Pokemon Legends ZA.
09:07So, a little bit of disclaimer.
09:09I will not be able to play.
09:11I'll show you a gameplay of Pokemon Legends ZA here.
09:14Because we all know how strict Nintendo is.
09:16And Nintendo has been really, really strict lately.
09:20So, if I show you a gameplay, then my channel will be taken down.
09:23My videos will be taken down.
09:24Or my entire channel will be taken down because of it.
09:28The Nintendo Switch emulation scene for PC is really, really a no-no for Nintendo.
09:35So, I hope you guys do understand on that part.
09:37But I am willing to show you some proof that this video trail is working.
09:41That's why I will try to boot up Pokemon Legends ZA into the title screen of the game.
09:46But I'm just gonna blur the screen from here on out.
09:48So, that Nintendo will not be able to hit me with any of their copyright strikes into my channel.
09:53And I hope you guys do understand on that part.
09:56So, I am now in the title screen.
09:59And the game runs smoothly.
10:0130 FPS.
10:02We have not installed the mod or anything like that.
10:05So, it's stable.
10:06So, I'm just gonna stop the emulation here.
10:08So, as long as you have followed all the steps,
10:11then you'll be able to play Pokemon Legends ZA easily into your PC.
10:15So, if you have some questions regarding the installation process of Pokemon Legends ZA into your PC,
