01:01recommended by the other Sam who flew from Salt Lake City to Chicago just to have me try his pizza he

01:08made it in the kitchen in our Chicago office he had this stone thing which he sells the pizza was

01:15spectacular very good yeah 100% get this pizzeria you would have absolutely no idea that this was

01:22made the way he made it and he was just telling us his business has taken off he knew we were coming

01:27he's like this is the one this is what you're gonna try based on what we've had so far if you're just

01:33judging a book by your cover it looks far superior to everything I've had so far so I think Sam one was

01:40right about Sam too also I can't tell I raided the bookstore it's the first thing I do when I go to

01:47these games I hit the bookstore and I spend anywhere from 300 to a thousand bucks on clothes I will only

01:55wear for the next 48 hours but I can't I just love bookstores here we go one but everyone knows the

02:00rules great undercarriage and they're both Philly guys and I forgot that about Salt Lake City I'm like

02:06how'd you go from Philly to here like we're ski bums we're traveling next week so we're both from

02:11outside of Philadelphia area so Sam's headed back home visit family do stuff yeah just outside

02:17how'd you end up here skiing yeah moved moved out here from the mountains so you're like a ski bum

02:22yeah this to fund your skiing or you like no so this was kind of like a passion project essentially is

02:28what it started out as Sam was doing them out of his house at the time and his landlord was like hey

02:34you guys can't be like have greater people like coming through to buy pizza yeah so we're like

02:39all right it's a secret don't tell our landlord like doing pizzas um and then he took a job here

02:45as a head baker for levity um which Todd runs over there he's the owner and he allowed us to uh lease

02:53out the space when the bakery's closed and start doing some pizzas got it and kind of took off like

02:58community just loved it and now we're out here a couple days a week and trying to find our own space

03:03so there's all these places the ski mountains park city uh snowbird all like half an hour 45 minutes

03:09away so I didn't really think of that uh here we go

03:12very good

03:17I think they cheered just from my head nod yeah

03:21my head nod is that predictable

03:27they said their inspiration was angelos in philly

03:41we both grew up outside of philly like we were like missing that neighborhood spot right

03:46you come in you can grab slices crab pies cheesesteaks hoagies like anything like that

03:50like Sam being a baker wants to make all his own bread and everything else

03:53so it's like you know we grew up near angelo's that's what we missed that's what we want to

03:59kind of bring

03:59that's the best

04:02in every aspect sandwiches pizza everything he's so good

04:06angelo's to me the best one two punch in the country in terms of sandwiches and pizza spectacular

04:118-2 i'm gonna go 8-1 what that's what you thought i was gonna say i thought i was going to go 8-1

04:29no i would be debating 8-1 and 8-2 8-2 now that could be they could be getting a little benefit

04:52from and no disrespect to anybody it's superior to anything i've had so far out here

04:56legit stands the test of time to be in the one bite festival no problem

05:01they're looking for a full-time spot here then they'll explode once they do but
