00:38owners from Boston or something so we're talking Boston pizza a little bit he's
00:41like how would you describe Boston pizza I didn't even know so here we go one by
00:44everybody knows the rules Nico's very busy couldn't even get through on the
00:48phone pretty good on the carriage that's a small large are you sure isn't a 16
00:53inch a normal size I think they're 16 I think this is not a full large because

01:08music don't know I think a 16 is a normal large anyways ah I'm not gonna swear this
01:15whole trip by the way I'm gonna try to respect everything no swearing in Provo so
01:19I ain't swearing I won't bite everybody knows the rules Nico's pretty good by the
01:26way if it looks like I am dressed up like an AD the hat and the suit I don't
01:31interview this morning in New York no big deal CBS Sunday morning dream interview
01:37and then came here's and just happened to be wearing BYU blue
01:42pretty good I'm gonna go 7-4 like I like how it's thin I like how it's crispy it's

02:36it we call it Nico's sauce it's our house dressing it's like a creamy Italian kind
02:40of but everyone uses it everyone uses it I have people that say we used to do a big
02:45luncheon for Qualtrics when Ryan Smith was running it before he went to the Jazz and
02:49everything and we were what we do we're doing you know 300 salads whatever and
02:54remain lettuce been like out because of whatever and we only had iceberg
02:59and I'm sorry I only got iceberg lettuce like you give us packing peanuts as long as
03:02we get the house sauce huh so sauce is what everyone does dip it we do it
03:05whatever that's the owner by the way there is right there in the flesh
