It was clinkers a month ago.
00:02
I mean seriously, everyone sold out of clinkers a month ago because of TikTok.
00:06
I tell you, TikTok could do better than that because they could want to do what they're
00:10
doing but that's disgraceful and certainly we've been cleaning all our equipment and
00:14
cleaning all of our play equipment as well because apparently that was a target.
00:19
Because the fallacy that urine is not good for you is wrong.
00:25
It's not sterile.
00:26
It's full of gunk and people can get sick from that gunk.
00:31
So we need to clean it off wherever we see it and if people see this stuff or understand
00:36
it's happened, report it through SnapSensolve or ring our office because we'll get people
00:41
up to clean it.
00:42
Again, it's an added cost to us and our maintenance crews but it's important because, as I say,
00:47
urine is full of a whole range of microorganisms that are not good for you and these young
00:52
people need to have a good look at themselves.
00:54
I mean, that's disgusting, I think, you know, it says a lot about society these days.
00:59
They have no respect for anything and it's really sad that TikTok is what they follow.
01:04
And I had this conversation at a school the other day, funnily enough, Daniel, if social
01:08
media is your leader, you've got problems.
01:11
These people around here, they tell me how I should lead.
01:15
TikTok or not social platforms.
01:17
So that's what I think about it.
01:19
And having reports and it actually happening is two different things but we're regularly
01:25
checking the player equipment as well without reports because it's important.
01:28
If this thing lasts any longer as clinkers, then great, a week.
01:32
The reality is, again, you shouldn't cast one person or a couple of people as being the
01:38
general population of young people or people in general but that behaviour is terrible and
01:42
it's just not good enough.
01:43
Well, I guess the fact that the Memorial Bowl adds another layer to it in terms of that
01:49
area's connection to Australian history.
01:52
Well, that was up at the monument, I mean, that's, you know, sacred, they're sacred places.
01:57
I think people see people do and they should report them to the police.
02:01
I mean, it's disgusting and I think, you know, people should have a little bit more respect
02:05
and respect for the memories of the fallen, respect for the memories of the people who were
02:09
their families.
02:10
I think it's disgusting.
02:11
I just, you know, don't abide it, I don't like it and currently in this current environment
02:16
with police getting shot and people at large, I think, you know, people should have
02:21
a good look at themselves and realise that it's not okay.
