00:22I'm begging for anybody who does know anything at all to please get in touch no matter how trivial it might seem to them.

00:43Nora, my mum, she had a lot of friends, she had a lot of family, she was a really friendly lady, spoke to everybody on the street, would do anything for anyone.

00:58It feels quite emotional to be back after all this time. It's a very emotional place for me, my mum's home and I'm here now. It's hard to be here.
01:24My mum weren't in a place she shouldn't have been, she was just at home doing nothing, being innocent and then to something so brutal to happen.
01:34You don't expect, you don't expect something like that, you don't expect your parents to be taken in such a horrific way.

02:00For 20 years we've lived this and it's still there and we just want that word, we want justice for our mum, we want some answers.
02:12Music
02:24I didn't have her, I haven't had her for 20 years, I would have liked to pay back my upbringing, I would have liked to give them the chance to look after my mother too, I can't pay that back.
02:35We want some answers, we want some answers. At the end of the day it's 20 years, we need to know somebody needs to be brought to justice for what's happened in some shape or form.
02:45We really need to and we would be really really grateful for anybody who did give any information, anything they know, because we need some answers.
02:57Please get in touch with South Yorkshire Police, just get in touch with them and even if it's something that you think oh it doesn't matter, it's nothing, oh it's a long time ago.
03:07It does matter, it does matter to us, anything is appreciated, I mean the absolute world to me, yeah.

03:25It was the murder that stinks in your mind because it's a 69 year old woman murdered in her own home, which is not the norm.
03:34Yet it was a vicious attack on a lady who was going about a normal business.
03:41She went to the hospital for an appointment, she went into town, did a bit of shopping and then at one o'clock we know she was on a bus back to Hextort from Doncaster.
03:52She got off the bus and then we believe she went to a local takeaway, got some food and went back to her home address.
04:00She was a normal lady living her life and then unfortunately that was cut short by this violent, horrific attack.
04:09I'm driven by the fact that this murder needs detecting so the family can seek some solace from the fact we know who's done it.
04:22Consider it's your mum, your grandma, a sister.
04:27At the end of the day she lost her life in a way that she shouldn't have done and the family have had to deal with that for 20 years and I think now we need to get answers for them.
04:40Think about what you know and even though you might not realise it, you might have the information that will take us towards arresting and charging the person involved.
04:53Whatever it is, you tell us and we can research it, review it and judge whether that evidentially takes us to bringing the person involved in this to justice.
05:05It is not only one who wants to support it, we need to give the person involved.
