01:03I want to open this to the public. I want to open this office to the public.
01:07Kasi dapat ito sumbongan ng bayan eh.

01:16Salens contain the summary of government officials and employees' assets and properties
01:20and are vital documents used to monitor public servants' wealth.
01:23Former Ombudsman like Conchita Carpio Morales granted access to official Salens,
01:28but the policy stopped when Martires came into power.

02:20The Department of Public Works and Highways suspends all road re-blocking projects across the country.
02:27According to Secretary Vince Dizon, there's a high likelihood that there are anomalies in those kinds of projects.
02:51Di ba?
02:52Okay.
02:53Kasi pinagkakakitaan nga yun.
02:56Pinagkakakitaan yung pagsisira, pinagkakakitaan din yung paggagawa.
03:00Okay.
03:01Dizon cites a road in Bukawe, Bulacan as an example of unnecessary re-blocking.
03:05Ito, sa Bukawe, Bulacan to.
03:07Ayan.
03:08O, pinagkakitaan yung pagkakitaan.
03:10Siyar, may problema ba yan sa pilih niya?
03:12Bukawe is also under the 1st District Engineering Office of Bulacan, which has been under scrutiny for anomalous flood control projects.
03:19A show-cause order will be issued against the district engineer responsible for the project.
03:23The DPWH is also set to release a department order to clarify policies on road re-blocking.
03:31The International Criminal Court denies former President Rodrigo Duterte's request for interim release or temporary freedom.
03:38It also rejects Duterte's plea for humanitarian considerations, saying,
03:41The court has put in place measures to ensure that Mr. Duterte's right to family life is guaranteed.
03:47The ICC pre-trial chamber 1, which is handling the Crimes Against Humanity case against Duterte, believes all three risk factors were present.
03:55In the ICC, a suspect cannot be temporarily freed if he is found to have the following risks.
04:00On the first risk factor, the pre-trial chamber considered Duterte's position of power and influence, as well as his and his camp's continued insistence that he was, quote-unquote, kidnapped by the ICC.
04:11The fact that he won as mayor of Davao City in the last midterm elections, and that Vice President Sara Duterte is in office, led the pre-trial chamber to say that Duterte, quote,
04:19appears to have the necessary political contacts, as well as to benefit from a network of support within that country.
04:26The pre-trial chamber also says Duterte presented the second risk factor, which is that he may intimidate witnesses and jeopardize the investigation.
04:34It cites an instance where Duterte allegedly once briefed a Davao death squad witness before he appeared at the Senate in 2016.
04:40The ICC also cites the position of Davao City Acting Mayor Sebastian Duterte as one of the reasons why they believe Duterte presented the third risk factor,
04:48or the risk to kill or order to kill more.
04:51Duterte is facing three counts of widespread murder before the ICC.
04:57The Ateneo Blue Babble Battalion stages a protest calling out corruption in government flood control projects.
05:03During halftime of the UAAP men's basketball game between Ateneo and UP, the cheer squad removed their jackets, revealing the message,
05:09Curacot y Culong.
05:11Despite being on opposite sides, both Ateneo and UP fans chanted in unison as the battalion squad left the arena floor.
05:17The team's captain says in an interview that the protest was an act to revive talks and conversations about the issue.
05:24She also adds that the call for accountability was supported by the Ateneo school administration.
05:28Politically charged messages are nothing new to Ateneo's cheer squad.
05:32In 2016, the group made a similar performance protesting former President Ferdinand Marcos Sr.'s controversial burial at the Libingan ng Mga Bayani.
05:39And that's today's wrap.
