00:00I've got the need for speed!
00:02Longest passing touchdown for the Saints since Drew Brees 2016.
00:0714-13 Giants, back to you.
00:10Yeah, no one's gonna catch Shaheen.
00:12He's had some, he's broken some big ones in his career, his young career,
00:16and that's a long one for a touchdown for the Saints who need something.
00:19Yeah, and by taking those shots down the field, I mean, that was obviously caught,
00:22but you have two plays now, AJ Brown, Devontae Smith earlier,
00:26those are the same as making catches when there's penalties.

11:06here because in Philadelphia
11:08deferred at the top and they
11:09could have plenty of time to do
11:10something there at the end of
11:11the quarter does next from the
11:31pocket one for the deep ball and
11:34And the receiver Franklin got tangled up with Ringo and it's incomplete punting time for the Broncos.
11:43That's just fantastic coverage by Ringo right here.
11:46He sees the go route coming.
11:48Saw it earlier on a third down.
11:50This team, but he just cuts it off.
11:51Watch right here.
11:52He gets on top.
11:54Widers the wide receiver.
11:56Franklin's calling for a penalty, but Ringo was on top.
11:59He's getting more reps.
12:00Him and Jackson were splitting time on that side.
12:03And I think that's the place you wanted to attack if you're Denver with how talented the other guys are.
12:08Creshawn to punt again.
12:10This for the fourth time.
12:15And it comes to Dotson.
12:16Fair catch at the 11.
12:19With 1.19 to go before the intermission.
12:23What have you seen so far in this game?
12:26Well, I think you've seen a concerted effort by Philadelphia in this offense to throw the football
12:32and get it downfield.
12:33And you see, they have the ability to do these things.
12:35It's just, they're trying to win.
12:37That's the goal, right?
12:38And I think they've heard enough of the noise to be like, all right, we hear you.
12:44We're going to go ahead and show that out here.
12:45Now, part of that is the scheme that Denver runs.
12:47They're going to play man-to-man outside and trust their guys because they're usually really good at that.
12:51But it's been a little bit of a tough one right now for Denver.
12:54And this is a monster drive like you just referenced earlier.
12:58Denver doesn't get the ball coming out of half.
13:01It's the third time that Creshawn, the punter for Denver, has pinned Philadelphia inside the 15.
13:08I would expect these guys to get back just a little bit.
13:11Don't give up the big plays they've been throwing.
13:13And then Creshawn sets him back and the pass is incomplete.
13:18That was actually deflected by Tillman.
13:25Now you've got a second and ten to go.
13:31A little aggressive to start.
13:33It's going to be a good ten-yard, eight-yard gain there.
13:37But Tillman does a great job getting his hand up.
13:39And now it's real questionable.
13:43These are the calls.
13:44Yeah, do you run it and make them?
13:46What do you do here?
13:48I mean, I'm taking a look at the defense.
13:49This is why they're bringing guys down because they don't want you to run it.
13:52There's only one guy back.
13:54So you might have to throw this, but I would throw a screen, something quick.
13:57He's looking.
13:58Now he's looking for the screen option, which is there.
14:01And out of bounds goes Shipley for four.
14:05108 on the clock.
14:06Yeah, Denver could make a play here and still get a chance to do something.
14:12There's so many small little adjustments with how many timeouts, how much time is on the clock, what is the score, what yard line are you on?
14:19It's like right there you'd almost want to stay inbounds.
14:23And that'll let Denver determine whether they want to use their last timeout or not there.
14:27You saw Petulo, the new play caller, who's known Sirianni for years.
14:33They go back to a number of places, including Kansas City, back in 2009, where they kind of interchange positions.
14:41Here's a third and six.
14:43Oh, right in his face.
14:44They just had to unload it.
14:46That was big-time pressure put on by Zach Allen.
14:48You talked about no one's better at hitting the quarterback.
14:54Quarterback pressures and on a timely down, Big Zach Allen comes right through, second-team All-Pro last year.
15:01That's a big-time play because you saw how wide open Goddard was on the side.
15:10Possibly hitting his hand on the helmet there.
15:12Now Denver has a real chance to come out and get points, and they saved that timeout.
15:16Very short work by Philadelphia.
15:20Three throws in a row.
15:22Yeah, and one of them attached that went out of bounds and stopped the clock.
15:27So now Mann, his third punt.
15:31Almost blocked.
15:33Fielded by Mims at the 40.
15:35Twisted around.
15:3745-yard punt, but still.
15:39Great starting point here with just under a minute to go.
15:43Let's get another update.
15:44Back to you, Adam Schein.
15:47Jim and Tony, it's former Bronco.
15:49Javante Williams, fifth rushing touchdown of the year.
15:52That's a career high already.
15:54All Dallas, 17-3 over the Jets.
15:56Back to you.
15:58They know all about him in Denver.
16:01He has had a great start to his career in Dallas.
16:04That's for sure.
16:05He absolutely has.
16:11So, Sean Payton, he got one timeout.
16:13Well, you've got 52 seconds.
16:15That's a lot of time, because right now you're thinking about a field goal unless you get a chunk play.
16:21I'm trying to look for something to go through the middle right here and then have someone come right underneath.
16:26Here's Knicks, stepping back inside the 30.
16:30He unloads it, and it's going to lose yardage.
16:33And it's going to lose yardage.
16:34Guess who?
16:34Ingram blown up by Cooper.
16:38Dejean for a loss of three.
16:40Also, Jalen Carter helped force that with the pressure on the quarterback.
16:44Didn't have time to get down the field.
16:45Dejean is a teaching tape for tackling.
16:48It is impressive.
16:48Second and 13 with the clock running.
16:53There's Knicks, pass.
16:55Tip and incomplete.
16:57Dangerous.
16:59He's going for Sutton.
17:00Mitchell, who has never made his second year, of course, sensational rookie or second in the rookie defense of the year.
17:08He never made a regular season pick.
17:09Almost got one here.
17:10Yeah, he literally was about to get a pick six if that ball was not a foot.
17:15It's high.
17:16If it wasn't, he'd already ran the route stem coming downhill.
17:19If it was inside or just lower, he'd have been taken off.
17:22Mitchell had two big postseason interceptions.
17:25One against Green Bay, one against Washington, but none in his regular season career.
17:29He was the defensive player of the week last year.
17:32Last week in the NFC.
17:35Now, third and 13.
17:38Knicks.
17:39Heaves it on the run.
17:42And a flag does come out on Ringo.
17:47Who was trying to hold off Mims.
17:52I really thought Bo Nix should have ran this for a first down because this is close to being picked up.
17:59Which way is this going to go?
18:01I think they might pick it up.
18:03There is no foul in the play.
18:04Four foul.
18:09Ringo was on top, and there's a little bit of hand touch here, but it was nothing that was enough to me.
18:18I think Mims does a great job of pretending, but he couldn't get on top of Ringo.
18:21And you see that's come out twice now, and that's a huge decision by Philadelphia to play him more than a Dory Jackson.
18:30But you can see they're trying to attack him.
18:32Gene Steratore watching back at the broadcast center agrees with the no call.
18:38Oh, Sean Payton didn't have the no call.
18:41OK.
18:42MR.
18:45With no call.
18:45So, 15 seconds.
18:46Krishaw, now to punt.
18:48He's been busy.
18:50Fifth of the half.
18:53Финоплино у
19:05человек
19:12great defense as you can always count on Sunday's with the NFL and CBS and
19:16Paramount plus
19:21And you can pretty much count on the kneel down right here before the half.
19:25Yes, you can.
19:27You know the difference?
19:31Almost the exact same defensive coverage.
19:33The long ball to Devontae Smith on third and 17 was caught.
19:37The ball that was thrown to Sutton on the first drive was not.
19:41Yeah, right through his hands.
19:43Really true.
19:45And it was the exact same defensive coverage against both.
19:4810-3 lead for Philadelphia.

24:25Finally, Saquon breaks the big one.
24:44This is where they're attacking.
24:46Singleton, just not quite fast enough.
24:49Normally he's got to go guard the flat, but guess what?
24:52Nope, I'm going to go ahead and do a double move and run by you.
24:55And I feel like, you know, Singleton's been getting better each week,
24:59but the ACL over 30 years old, they miss Greenlaw.
25:02That usually won't happen if he's back in there,
25:05but well done from a schematic perspective.
25:09Bradley Cooper approves.
25:11That's 47 yards.
25:14Valores loved it.
25:1647 yards, you mentioned Greenlaw.
25:18He's on IR.
25:19And Hurts has a second touchdown pass of the game.
25:22And Hurts called that at the line of scrimmage.
25:24You have packages of things to call.
25:26You've got to give Jalen Hurts a ton of credit there
25:28because he can go through multiple plays.
25:30And so you get up on the ball, see what they're in.
25:32We're going to snap it.
25:33Nope.
25:33Get to this play.
25:34Good job.
25:35Saquon's longest pass reception as a member of the Eagles.
25:39Well, that was quick.
25:43A minute and 37 seconds.
25:46Both touchdowns were fast.
25:48Into the second half.
25:49Didn't take long, though, to go the distance.
25:52The last 47 yards.
25:53Saquon out of the backfield from Hurts.
25:5617-3.
25:57From the very beginning, you knew she was unlike anyone else.
26:07And she always would be.
26:10Desert diamonds celebrate all the shades that make her, her.
26:14And hues is ever-changing as the desert itself.
26:17Sunlit whites, radiant champagnes, smoky whiskies.
26:21With natural colors truly unlike anything else.
26:25Just like her.
26:31Pick six for $19.99 is the perfect meal for two.
26:34I can't believe we're on a date.
26:35Oh, I'm just here for pick six.
26:37Imagine what our kids would look like.
26:38I don't want to have kids with you.
26:39Six kids.
26:40Six.
26:40Pick six.
26:41Wait, could we eat here every meal?
26:43Yes.
26:43All right, I'm down.
26:44Pick six meal for two for $19.99.
26:47Hurts connects with Barkley out of the backfield.
26:51And for Saquon, his fourth overall touchdown of the season.
26:57I mean, that's another perfectly thrown ball.
26:59You've got to hit when you have an opportunity, right?
27:01If you overthrow that or, you know, miss as a quarterback,
27:05it's like, oh, we set this play up all week.
27:07And tough opponents comes down to that sometimes.
27:13Here's the kickoff.
27:14Going to travel to about the seven.
27:18Harvey down the sideline.
27:20Not a lot of room over there.
27:21Bounced out by Dejean.
27:23I'm going to check the flag.
27:25During the return, holding against the receiving team.
27:38Number five.
27:40Ten-yard penalty.
27:41First down, Denver.
27:42So, what's happened as far as key plays in this game?
27:46Early on, look at the safety right there in the middle.
27:48He's going to cross key.
27:50Go to the three-by-one side.
27:51So, it leaves one-on-one.
27:52And Sutton right there in that first drive.
27:54Same exact.
27:55But the other side, the safety cross keys.
27:57One team hit it.
28:00The Eagles, the Broncos missed it.
28:04Then, all of a sudden, the next play, and it's a touchdown.
28:06That was the difference until the last throw over.
28:09They hit the big play.
28:10Well, you had said it at the end of the first half.
28:12That was the difference.
28:13And you could see it right there.
28:14Near identical plays.
28:15Here's a handoff to Dobbins.
28:18He's got three Eagles on him, including Campbell and Tracy.
28:23Let's send it down to you.
28:24Jim, two injury updates for the Eagles.
28:27Left guard Landon Dickerson is officially out for the rest of the game
28:30with a left ankle injury.
28:31Tight end Grant Calcaterra is out with an oblique injury.
28:34And on that touchdown, Denver defensive end,
28:37John Franklin Myers, who's been playing so well,
28:40went down with a knee injury.
28:41He is currently in the blue tent.
28:43We'll get you an official update as soon as we get it.
28:45Here he is, number 98.
28:46He has been playing well, Tracy.
28:48He's exactly right.
28:49That's really a non-contact injury, it looked like.
28:53Just never feel never good.
28:56Second and 12.
28:58Come out of the backfield and get it to Harvey.
29:02He's close to the first.
29:04It would be about a yard short.
29:05That's one of two times today.
29:07This is where I really felt like your advantage against this defense
29:11with that shell on the back, the back quickly,
29:15not late, because they match these guys so quickly.
29:18Keep doing that, you'll have a chance.
29:21Harvey, who just had that last reception,
29:24is a big-time prospect for the Broncos' second-round pick
29:28out of Central Florida.
29:30And they're going to replace on this one by Dobbins on 31.
29:37And there's a little help, a little push.
29:40Pick up the first.
29:41Adkins came in to assist his quarterback.
29:43And a new set of downs for Denver.
29:45Yeah, a little different tush-push formation there,
29:51but Sean Payton's not averse to doing it.
29:54He's going to go push them.
30:00Keep going to the right.
30:01That's Adam Prentice.
30:04Why teams aren't as good consistently as Philadelphia
30:08is because they rep it so many times.
30:10They've done it so many times,
30:11and you've got to give the staff credit,
30:13and you've got to not.
30:15False start.
30:18False start.
30:19Austin, number 69.
30:21Five-yard penalty remains first down.
30:24Well, you look at what the Broncos have done.
30:30They had the one field goal drive,
30:32which there were no big chunks of plays or yardage
30:36on any one of those plays than the 12.
30:3812 plays to go 32 yards for a field goal.
30:41Sean had two or three plays set up for big plays,
30:43and they just missed them.
30:44That's been the story of why they're behind right now.
30:46Third pre-snap penalty against the Broncos.
30:49As Nix tucks it under.
30:52Nice little sidestep.
30:55Some nifty moves,
30:56and he's about a foot short of a first.
30:59When you're young,
31:00you don't really know
31:01because he's a pocket passer who can use his legs,
31:04but I think that's why Vic Fangio
31:06said he reminds him of Baker,
31:09and I'm like,
31:10Bo Nix can use his legs a lot more,
31:13and at the end of the first half
31:14when he threw that go route
31:15that they picked up the flag,
31:17that was going to be a big play
31:19if he ran it that got him into field goal range.
31:21I think he's got to keep doing that, Jim.
31:23Well, he picked up 14, Tony, on that run.
31:25So do you keep doing it?
31:31Apprentice, and there's a fullback again.
31:32He gets the handle,
31:33and he plows ahead.
31:37That's going to pick up good yardage.
31:39It's so funny.
31:40Like, Sean Payton still runs some old-school runs.
31:43You don't see a lot,
31:43and that actually has been beneficial this year
31:45because not everyone in the league
31:46runs these two-back things.
31:48You don't see a ton of fullback dives right away,
31:51and I think that's why you saw a big play there
31:53because when you see something every week as a defense,
31:56you get better at defending it.
31:57Of course, he has ties to this area up in Scranton,
32:00and he was on the staff for Ray Rhodes
32:03here back in 97 and 98
32:05as the quarterback coach for the Eagles.
32:09Three different starters that year,
32:10Bobby Hoying, Ty Detmer, Rodney Peet,
32:13and it was early in the career.
32:17It's going to be a Hall of Fame career
32:18for Sean Payton already with a Super Bowl win
32:20and 172 wins.
32:22Timeout called by Denver.
32:24If he sticks at it,
32:25he might have a chance in coaching.
32:27He just has to continue with this.
32:29By the way, another guy from that Scranton area
32:31from Dunmore actually is Vic Fangio,
32:34and Fangio and Payton's, Sean's dad
32:38went to the same high school,
32:40and he was actually taught by another member
32:42of the Payton family in sixth grade, Matt.
32:45Matt.
32:46That's crazy.
32:47His cousin taught him.
32:48His dad went there,
32:50and those two were destined to be together,
32:53and then he goes,
32:54no, I'm not going.
32:55I'm going back.
32:56I'm going back to Philly, his home,
32:58and boy, I think Philly likes it.
33:01They don't give MVP awards at the Super Bowl to coaches,
33:04but they were up 34-0 on Kansas City last February.
33:07I thought Vic was the MVP.
33:09The score got out of a little,
33:11as you see, Dobbins raced down about to 37.
33:14The final score did not show
33:15how dominant that defense had been
33:17for the only touchdowns the last two minutes.
33:20100% agree with you.
33:22This is the first time I was upset
33:24with Vic Fangio right here on this run,
33:25but other than that,
33:27he's been such an incredible hire
33:31for this organization
33:32because you saw the dominance
33:34in that Super Bowl, Jim.
33:35You don't see that very often.
33:3834-0 against a Patrick Mahomes, Andy Reid.
33:41Hard to believe.
33:42Kelsey team.
33:42I mean, that, I think you're right.
33:44He could have been given an MVP.
33:46After a 17-yard run,
33:49Dobbins backs it up with another three.
33:51They've gone big on this series
33:52with an extra lineman talking about Denver.
33:55I like it,
33:56and I think that a big part of it is
33:58they need to impose their will a little bit,
34:00and I think they got a little bit too
34:01pass-happy,
34:04down the field happy,
34:05whereas the filly, they needed to.
34:07There goes that extra lineman.
34:10Malczewski,
34:11who had been in for the last three or four plays
34:13and helped.
34:15Okay, they got something going here
34:17on their first drive of the third quarter.
34:19They do.
34:22Second and seven.
34:23Kill, kill.
34:24So you give two plays to the quarterback
34:26at the line of scrimmage.
34:27If you get this look,
34:27you kill it to the second play.
34:32Trouble.
34:34Ball is thrown away.
34:35There's no one in the area.
34:39That was Zach Vaughn.
34:42And they say,
34:43throw that flag.
34:46And they're summoning,
34:48and there it is.
34:49Kill, kill.
34:51And after he kills the play,
34:53they all walk up and change the defense.
34:56That is Vic Fangio 101.
34:58Intentional grounding.
34:59Offense, number 10.
35:01Ball will be placed at the shot of foul
35:03with loss of down,
35:05third down.
35:06That's exactly the right call.
35:07You saw it on that shot right there, Jim.
35:09Never, nobody over there
35:10doesn't get it back to line scrimmage.
35:12Gene, I noticed Gene Sterrick's
35:15where it takes,
35:16a lot of times you see this,
35:17the grounding,
35:18you have to get three officials together
35:20before they finally throw the flag.
35:22Yes, Jim,
35:23because you're making sure
35:24a quarterback in the pocket,
35:26does the ball get back to the line of scrimmage?
35:28If it doesn't get back to the line of scrimmage,
35:30was the receiver in the area?
35:32So a lot of moving parts,
35:33a lot of the officials weighing in,
35:35they come up with the right answer on this one.
35:37Okay, Gene,
35:38it's a loss of 13.
35:40As a quarterback,
35:41when you see everyone back here,
35:42you're thinking about getting the field goal.
35:44Get to this area somewhere that you know
35:46your kicker feels comfortable.
35:48Don't try and be too aggressive.
35:50There it is right in that area,
35:56Tony,
35:56as Mims is brought down by Bond,
36:00who's making some plays on this series.
36:02I can tell you Denver wants him back.
36:05He was taken,
36:06he was in Denver's facility,
36:09and then all of a sudden
36:11somebody grabs him named Vic Fangio
36:14and he comes over to Philadelphia.
36:17And now they love him.
36:20First team all pro.
36:21He's just been outstanding.
36:25So, back deep is Dotson.
36:31They don't even think about
36:32field goal from 60
36:34or going for it on 4th and 15.
36:37Halfway through the third.
36:39And again, we've had
36:41Croshaw has pinned him
36:43three times inside the 15.
36:51And fair caught again by Dotson
36:53at the 8-yard line.
36:5535 yards,
36:56just what they asked him to do.
36:5817-3.
36:59Eagles up
36:59and have the football.
37:02The extra stuff, right?
37:04Not just handoff,
37:05make it look simple.
37:06It's a double move.
37:07Saquon Barkley,
37:08you're not expecting
37:08all these pass routes,
37:11everything.
37:11And it's just,
37:12this is really good.
37:13If Kevin Petula wanted
37:14to show off a little bit,
37:16I think he kind of is today.
37:17Do you agree?
37:18No, it's a little bit.
37:19Pretty good.
37:20Pretty good.
37:20Put together a couple
37:21of nice drives.
37:22One that went 90.
37:23another touchdown drive
37:24that went 74.
37:26There you see again,
37:27Hurts with his pretty usual numbers.
37:30And Barkley,
37:31although he's only rushed it five times,
37:33has that catch for a touchdown.
37:35And this is where the start of the game
37:37where you start to give Barkley
37:38the ball a little more.
37:39Yes.
37:39Now it's like,
37:41okay,
37:42let's get him the ball.
37:44Stand eight.
37:44Throw it to Brown.
37:46First down,
37:47great call.
37:48Seven or eight.
37:49Tracy down to you.
37:50Speaking of Kevin Petula,
37:52every year from senior year
37:53in high school
37:53through college,
37:54and now the NFL,
37:55Jalen Hurts
37:56has had a new play caller
37:57in his year.
37:58Hurts told us
37:58it's always an adjustment.
38:00He said,
38:00right now,
38:01Kevin Petula's learning
38:02what Hurts likes.
38:03Hurts is learning
38:04what Petula likes.
38:05The two of them
38:05working diligently
38:06down here
38:07going over the call sheet,
38:08constantly communicating
38:10after each drive.
38:11All right,
38:12Trace.
38:12Of course,
38:12he had been here
38:13on the staff
38:15the last four years
38:16before this.
38:17New upgrade for Kevin
38:19as he calls the pass play
38:20over to Goddard
38:21for a first down.
38:23It's been,
38:24yes,
38:24it's been a long list,
38:26including one year
38:26where Sirianni
38:28turned it over to Shane,
38:30but yeah,
38:31Hurts is,
38:31and the same thing
38:32happened for him
38:33back in his college days
38:34at Alabama,
38:34then Oklahoma.
38:35He's used to having
38:36a different voice
38:37in his ear
38:38every year.
38:39Every year,
38:40and it's why every year
38:42we say the same thing.
38:43It's like this offense,
38:44this offense,
38:44and it's like,
38:45just give it time.
38:48Here on first down,
38:49throw it again.
38:51Ward's going to run it.
38:52He's going to run it.
38:53They only have one rush
38:54in the first half.
38:54That was a kneel down.
38:56He's been averaging
38:57like 10 carries a game.
39:00That's the first time
39:01he's really scrambled
39:01in this game
39:02for positive yardage.
39:04And at some point,
39:05Denver's going to have
39:05to adjust.
39:06They're really running
39:08some of the run stunts,
39:09some of the run defense
39:10on first down,
39:11and you see consistently
39:12Pachulo throwing the ball,
39:14and right there,
39:16Jalen Hurts senses
39:16that Denver's going
39:18to pass rush.
39:19Do you see how much
39:20they got up the field?
39:21They don't normally do that
39:22on first down,
39:22and now they're sensing like,
39:23hey, we've got to adjust
39:24ourselves.
39:25That's so much of the game
39:26is how you adjust
39:27within the game
39:27you're playing today.
39:28Of course,
39:29when Jalen's rushed
39:30the football
39:30in his two Super Bowl
39:32appearances,
39:32he's been unbelievable.
39:34140 yards
39:35and four touchdowns.
39:36He's here.
39:37He's in trouble
39:37and just throws it
39:39in the direction
39:40of Brown,
39:42who Funga
39:43busted up that play.
39:46Safety blitz.
39:47The one guy
39:48you're not going to block
39:49is the weak side
39:49right here.
39:51And at this point,
39:53don't throw an interception.
39:54I know you look at it
39:55like, oh my gosh,
39:56and Brown is like,
39:57I'm open.
39:58Yeah.
39:58Yeah, but they also
39:59timed up a perfect blitz.
40:01Funga reminds you
40:02a little bit
40:02at first glance
40:03of Troy Polamalu.
40:05And as he was being
40:06brought over here
40:08from San Francisco,
40:09he's brought a lot
40:10to the party.
40:12A hard worker,
40:13big guy,
40:13great energy.
40:15He's learning
40:16what he does well.
40:17I think blitzing is good.
40:18Third and six.
40:20Big stop needed here
40:21by the Broncos
40:22and it's knocked down,
40:23Sertan.
40:24Clean,
40:25no contact,
40:26force him off the field.
40:28And this is a byproduct
40:29of when I talk about
40:30the best players,
40:31the best coaches,
40:31the slant route.
40:32Go up and break in.
40:34Earlier in the game,
40:35two catches early,
40:37especially on a key conversion down.
40:40Sertan adjusted.
40:42He's like,
40:42well,
40:42you're going to keep doing this
40:43on this down and distance,
40:44this area.
40:45I'm going to go ahead
40:46and play for it.
40:47He does there.
40:48Well done.
40:49He's been on Brown
40:50most of the day.
40:50Brown,
40:50five catches,
40:52forty-three.
40:54This will be the tenth punt
40:56overall of the game.
40:58The fourth one by Mann.
41:03He caught it, too.
41:06Bounces straight into
41:07the end zone.
41:085-17 to go
41:13in the third.
41:15Can Bo Nix
41:16and the Broncos
41:17get a little something
41:18going on offense?
41:20Down a couple
41:20of touchdowns.
41:21Papa John.
41:27Well,
41:28you think he's happy?
41:31Seeing the ball more today,
41:33that's for sure.
41:35I think he's a little happy.
41:39There's a lot of games.
41:40Not overjoyed.
41:41It's a solid start
41:43for a relationship
41:44like yours is.
41:47No cryptic messages, please.
41:48What they had this week
41:51from him is
41:52Nix.
41:54Slides down
41:54right at the feet
41:55of Mitchell.
41:56Pick up of six.
41:57Going to have to do that
41:57more and more
41:58if he's going to come back
41:59because this is a
41:59complete defense
42:01from the pass rush ability
42:03to create pressure
42:04on the quarterback.
42:05It's very disruptive
42:06to the coverage.
42:09Everyone creates
42:10their leverage,
42:11takes the correct angle
42:12and then the tackling.
42:14Look at the leverage.
42:15I'm staying on the
42:15outside shoulder
42:16and then I rally.
42:17They read their keys.
42:18It's just the football
42:19acumen for this defense.
42:21Vic Fangio,
42:21well done.
42:23No one better.
42:23Ready,
42:23ready,
42:24ready,
42:24we're good,
42:24we're good.
42:26Ready.
42:29There's Dobbins
42:30trying to get
42:31a running start.
42:32And it's going to be
42:33third and a found
42:34three coming up.
42:35And wait until
42:36they get Nolan Smith
42:37back
42:38and Dean back.
42:41You're going to see
42:42this defense
42:42go up another level.
42:44This is the legs
42:45of Bo Nix.
42:47I'm noticing
42:48that it's going
42:48to be the difference
42:49to finish this game
42:50if they're going
42:51to come back.
42:51Well,
42:51he's run it
42:52three times
42:53in the game.
42:55All of them
42:55have been in this quarter,
42:56none in the first half.
42:57Three times
42:58he's come running
43:00out of the pocket
43:01for 22 yards.
43:02Maybe he'll do it here.
43:03It's third and 22.
43:05Probably make a part
43:06in third and two.
43:07He's got 22
43:09on the ground.
43:10That is.
43:11Get rid of it.
43:12Oh, that was not
43:13a good throw.
43:14Trying to hit Mims
43:15would not have been
43:16enough for a first
43:17anyway.
43:19And they're going
43:19to bring out
43:20the punting unit.
43:24And he throws it
43:25wide because
43:26the muddy coverage
43:27that Vic Fangio
43:28shows you.
43:28You don't know
43:29if the corner
43:29is going to come
43:30off or not.
43:31And that's why
43:32some of these
43:33route concepts
43:34are really difficult
43:35to figure out
43:36for a quarterback.
43:37That's why I think
43:38his legs in the back
43:39is how I think
43:40the key is,
43:40the tight end
43:41in the middle.
43:41You've got to
43:42work those areas.
43:43That is six
43:44consecutive series
43:45for Denver
43:47that have ended
43:47with a punt.
43:52And seventh punt
43:53overall for the game.
43:57Caught on the run
43:58by Dotson,
43:59who they traded
43:59for from Washington
44:00last year.
44:01It's a 44-yard punt
44:03and the Eagles
44:04are set up
44:04near midfield.
44:05at the 45
44:06as the Eagles
44:08are in control
44:09at the moment.
44:09Late third,
44:10up 17-3.
44:12And a friend
44:13to many
44:13passed away
44:14this week.
44:15Nelson called
44:16our NFL games
44:17in Spanish
44:18since 2012.
44:20And he is going
44:21to be dearly missed
44:22by all those
44:23who knew him.
44:24And our sincere
44:25condolences
44:25to his family,
44:27Nelson Fernandez.
44:28the Eagles
44:34have a good
44:36starting point
44:36at the 44.
44:43Now that play
44:44grinds to a halt
44:45as Saquon was
44:46about to get
44:46just his sixth
44:47rush
44:48of the game.
44:49Ball start
44:49offense.
44:51Number 11.
44:52Five-yard penalty
44:53remains first down.
44:56You know,
44:56the backs
44:56for the Eagles
44:57as we're late third
44:58have only had
44:59eight rush attempts.
45:01The running backs.
45:02Meanwhile,
45:03Hertz has thrown
45:04out at 27 times
45:06for 231
45:07in a pair
45:07of touchdowns.
45:09Meanwhile,
45:10Knicks,
45:11only 96 yards
45:12on 25 attempts,
45:13Tony.
45:15Coming off
45:15of a 326-yard
45:17performance
45:18on Monday night
45:19at career high.
45:22The way to win
45:22if you were Denver
45:23is to run the football
45:24and hit on
45:25some of the big plays.
45:26It's hard to get
45:27over the top
45:27of this Eagles defense.
45:29One in the go deep
45:31and he does.
45:32Down the field.
45:32He goes.
45:33He had him.
45:34Oh,
45:34he had AJ
45:35running alone
45:37in the secondary.
45:41They literally
45:43came out
45:43and designed this.
45:44Empty formation.
45:46We're going to run
45:46a double move
45:46from the inside.
45:48He's going to run up,
45:49stop for the safety,
45:50stop his body weight
45:51and then take off
45:52and what a move
45:53right there.
45:54I do think AJ Brown
45:55slowed up just a little.
45:57Now,
45:58did he overshoot him?
45:59Yes.
46:00But that little subtle
46:00like I'm not getting
46:01the ball
46:02because in your brain
46:02you're like
46:03this took way too long.
46:04But it's an empty formation.
46:05There's no way.
46:06It was only a three-man rush
46:07by Denver.
46:09Yeah,
46:09he got away from Hufanga
46:10and now it's a second
46:12and 15.
46:13Hurts wants it back
46:14and so does Brown.
46:15Shipley.
46:16Hufanga had it.
46:21Shipley was the running back
46:23maybe he was trying
46:23to connect with.
46:24That could have just
46:25completely changed things.
46:28Well,
46:29I told you,
46:29I think I want to
46:30blitz this guy a lot.
46:32You can see why.
46:34This should have been
46:35caught right there
46:35but you don't have
46:36many opportunities
46:37in that moment
46:38that come up like that
46:39so you don't practice
46:40it a ton.
46:40that's a pretty easy catch.
46:46He knows it.
46:48And he had his momentum
46:49with him.
46:51Could have just run that one
46:52if he got past Jalen
46:53right into the end zone
46:55for it.
46:56Game changer.
46:58Third and 15.
46:59And they got him again.
47:04His old Oklahoma teammate
47:06Nick Bonito
47:07with another sack.
47:09Sack and a half
47:10here in this game.
47:12This is just effort.
47:13A great rush.
47:15And also goes back
47:17to great design.
47:18You're going to see him.
47:19Franklin Myers
47:20come over
47:20and that's where
47:21the tackle comes off
47:22Mulata.
47:24Bonito just the effort
47:25to continue
47:26and he's going to get
47:27around the quarterback
47:28on third and long.
47:29You've got to get
47:29the ball out
47:30against this team.
47:32Bonito and Hurts
47:33had that year together
47:34at Oklahoma.
47:39You know you're up
47:40two scores though.
47:41Right?
47:42Don't throw that ball
47:42up for harm's way
47:43if you're Hurts.
47:44Smart quarterback.
47:45It's the first time
47:45those old teammates
47:46have competed
47:46against each other
47:47since they were
47:48in practice
47:48in Norman.
47:50There's another punt
47:51and another run back
47:52by Mims.
47:5253-yard boot.
47:54Another teammate too
47:55out here today.
47:56So you've got
47:57the Alabama.
47:58You've got Sertan.
47:59You've got
47:59from Alabama.
48:00You've got
48:01Benito from Oklahoma.
48:02You're going to find
48:03them all.
48:03I like it.
48:13You've got all the
48:14right here.
48:15You've got
48:15the Penner family.
48:17Gary Walton Penner
48:19next to him.
48:20The Denver ownership group.
48:24Not a lot of smiles
