So float therapy is something that ticks all the boxes as far as mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.

It's like a big bath. It's filled with 450 kilograms of Epsom salt.

And what that allows you to do is float.

You close the lid if you're comfortable with that.

And for most of our clients, they turn off the lights.

And then you're floating like you're floating in space.

It's gravity free. It's just amazing.
