00:00I was a former principal. I always would like upgrades in my school. They say that would be
00:05welcomed in many school communities. And while they acknowledge that we've made significant
00:10improvements in staffing, they were interested to hear what's the future plans to continue that
00:16work that we don't go backwards. So it was great to be able to speak to them about that as
00:20well.
00:20So they said they believe that there has been staffing improvements?
00:23They told me that they've felt improvements in the area. And they said to me that they're really
00:30optimistic in the future because of our recent adjustments in Griffith around the incentives
00:36and transfer staffing scheme, that we've given that an uplift, which will make it more attractive
00:44to future prospective teachers to be part of these school communities. So they think
00:49that there'll be further improvement to come in this geography.
