00:00My starting point is always to carry out a diagnosis before producing the blueprint for the right time.
00:09Since I became your leader, my shadow camera and I have analysed the problems facing this country.
00:15Our diagnosis is clear.
00:18Britain is being held back by a broken model.
00:22A model which says the government always knows best.
00:26That high immigration is always good for the economy.
00:29That Britain should apologise for its history rather than be valid.
00:34We lost because we accepted the status quo no more.
00:39When Margaret Thatcher was the leader of the opposition, she said this.
00:44Every Labour government is prepared to reverse every Tory measure.
00:50While Conservative governments accept nearly all socialist measures, the end result is only too plain.
00:58She was right.
00:59To fix our country, we must reverse Labour's measures.
