00:04So I often get asked, what is a business simulation?

00:07So business simulation is a form of experiential learning based around management and business topic.

00:13So we are part of leadership development and management training.

00:16It's a group session played in teams and facilitated.

00:20We cover a wide variety of key management topics including change management, business acumen and high-performing teams.

00:27I often get asked, what's one of the biggest benefits of doing our simulations?

00:30We are all about offering a form of alternative learning.

00:34So a break from tradition and avoiding death by PowerPoint.

00:37So it's learning by doing in a psychologically safe environment where we encourage participants to challenge themselves,

00:44to take risks and not have to worry about the consequences.

00:49You can learn a lot more from a mistake that you make than by not taking that risk in the first place.
