Francis Nnoruka hammered a career-best 28 points on top of nine rebounds and four steals for the Fighting Maroons, who rose to 3-2 four fourth place and stopped the Blue Eagles streak at 4-1. Ateneo, however, stays atop the team standings and shares the lead with the NU Bulldogs. Noy Remogat logged 20 points, eight assists, and six rebounds for UP while Shawn Tuano and Kymani Ladi paced the Blue Eagles with 17 and 15 points, respectively.
