00:05definitely put it under the umbrella of mismanagement and then there'll be loads of

00:09like subcategories underneath that now first of all recruitment people say recruitment and you

00:14think oh that's just players no get people in the jobs that are qualified to do the jobs at any level

00:21of the football club and that has basically been completely mismanaged from day one and a lot of

00:29said that this could come but didn't want to be right because I've said this before and I've been

00:35quoted that you cannot get a baker to build you a house you cannot have someone come into a football

00:42club and not have a clue about putting the right people in the right positions Southampton again

00:50another club three clubs that I've been involved in Southampton went through this and Marcus Lieber

00:55came in and what he did was I've now saved this club I've now I own this club but I haven't got

01:02a clue how to run a football club so I'll just sit back here and trust the people who know how to do

01:09it and they went from the third I'll say the third division I know it's league one but it's third

01:13division to the premier league because of the stability because the people were in the right

01:20jobs and because they're a massive football club now no disrespect to Southampton but Sheffield

01:24Wednesday are bigger Sheffield Wednesday are bigger
