00:00How can you talk about the URB?
00:05When it comes to the first time, the first response to the issue.
00:11As a legal system, we can take care of what we have done,
00:17the roadshow, town hall.
00:18With the NGO, CSO, the biggest sound of the people,
00:22That is what we will hear a few times from the aspect-aspects.
00:31But in the process of changing this process,
00:34to hear the aspirations of those who are also very important.
00:37There is a possibility that they can be more likely to be judged by the young people.
00:45So I see that this is one of the exercises that helps.
00:49As you know, our biggest issue of concern that the cabinet will have to decide from the town hall is the definition of BULI.
00:55We have a law, but it is not specific to BULI, under the penal code and other laws.
01:03So the government wants to look into whether we should have a specific law for only BULI.
01:08By taking into account the children, we need to understand whether the tribunal can assist more on the reporting
01:15and also we look into the element of not punishment but more into different perspectives.
01:22Because the cabinet may decide on two sets of tribunal between within the age of 18 and below,
01:28or open up the tribunal, or have two separate tribunals. We are still looking into it.
01:33But for the law to be effective, my job is to find out whether the tribunal will be more effective than the court.
01:39Because tribunal of course is still very early and can give up certain outcomes.
01:44So KPM mostly for below 18. This is KPM that is the tanggungjawab.
01:48On the next day, I will start to implement KPM, which is university student,
01:54that is above 18. But there are some universities that are pre-U that can also be below the certain age.
02:00So we will consider that to account.
02:02The target is the December, we've got four days for the last Rangundang-undang punya days.
02:09That is the target date for the first law.
02:10My colleague and I, being in cabinet, she also will give her perspective.
02:16Because they have a fantastic SOP as far as the schools are today, sekolah kita,
02:20they have SOP dia. They have it already.
02:23So basically whether the tribunal is going to complement, or would the tribunal become another vehicle.
02:28So we have to decide on the policy level.
02:30No, December, the bill will be ready. Because the Madani government has promised to come up with the
02:36this law for this session of parliament. So that's why we are rushing on the libat urus.
02:41I think that in the beginning of November, I wanted to make the decisions in the basic way.
02:50Because the cabinet wants to hear from the libat urus, we want to make the structure of the tribunal.
02:56I want to focus on the bottom 18, I want to make the definition of this one, I want to make the definition of this one,
03:02I want to make the libat urus.
03:04I alreadyónen.
03:05I will keep in mind.
03:18I want to make the decision that protects the card to the card.
