00:00She popped and spit in my face.
00:03This is my property. Get off of it.
00:06Legally, there's not a lot we can do.
00:08The crazy neighbor situation.
00:10What started it, I had some friends over for my birthday.
00:12And when they went to leave, the neighbor had, and I guess she thought that my friend had
00:18parked a little too close to the property line.
00:21So this neighbor decided to enact her own form of revenge.
00:24She blocked her in and she had to jump over the passenger seat to get to the driver's seat.
00:30So that's how it all started.
00:31She does claim that she believes that we might be racist, which it has everything to do with
00:37just her, what she does to us.
00:40One night of last year, she came close to hitting my husband's car after us asking her to get
00:47off the property and stop driving and to go back onto her property.
00:51She then got out, she spit in my face, and then hit me with her cane.
00:56Why did she draw the blue line?
00:58Well, we had some parking barriers delivered after that incident because she came so close
01:03to hitting our cars.
01:04But even these new boundaries couldn't contain the neighbor.
01:07She was really unhappy with that because she knew exactly what was going to happen with
01:11those.
01:11So she started putting bricks down and then that didn't help.
01:15My husband came home and removed the bricks.
01:18And then so she started to paint the blue line, except for the fact that she came six feet
01:22over onto our driveway.
01:24We, at that time, did call the police.
01:26She was charged with a graffiti ticket.
01:29So she wasn't charged per se.
01:31She just got a ticket.
01:33The situation quickly escalated to a full-blown legal battle.
01:36We are in the midst of getting a peace bond in Canada.
01:40That's the same as a restraining order.
01:41It'll stop her from coming onto the property or being within so many meters of me.
01:48My neighbor tries to park the car and almost hit our truck.
01:56Tell me, is that a problem?
01:58She popped and spit in my face.
02:02But the court order didn't stop her, so more action was needed.
02:05The police have been involved several times.
02:09The police don't seem to really do anything.
02:12She breached the barriers that we put up and hit my mother's car.
02:17And the police came out even for that.
02:19And every time they come out, they just say, we'll wait for the peace bond.
02:23So there's not really anything being done with them in respects to any of this.
02:27But she has been told by the police several times to stay off of the property.
02:33Karen ignored the police advice, leading to more uproar.
02:36Get the f*** off my property.
02:38Get.
02:39Dave, Dave, stay here.
02:4126, by the end of the day tomorrow, 26th December, 2023.
02:47Yeah, this is my property.
02:49Get the f*** off of it.
02:50We've put up no trespassing signs, which still don't seem to help.
02:54She is just not a very nice woman.
02:59With law enforcement's being able to do so much,
03:01what's the next call for action?
03:04Let's go.
03:04Let's go.
03:12Let's go.
03:13Let's go.
03:22az.
