00:00yard when my husband had left to pick up my daughter from preschool. So he was
00:04basically watching our house like a freaking creep. Her viewers were left
00:08asking more questions on their situation. We know just because we have
00:12mowed an area of land for six years does not mean that we have ownership to it.
00:18It's just when we bought the house that was under the assumption all the
00:23neighbors around us that that went along with our property because it's
00:27right in front of that ditch. If that was his property which it's not I just wish
00:32six years ago when he first saw us mowing it that he would have just been like hey
00:37that little area in front of the ditch is technically my property and that would
00:42have been the end of it. He decided to act a certain way so in return this is what
00:50we're doing and told by several people you know get a survey yeah we're in the
00:53middle of talking to two different survey companies right now I'm getting to the
00:57bottom of it. However the completion of the survey left more questions than
01:01answers. Survey says it is not the crazy neighbors it's not ours either which is
01:08totally fine. It is actually another neighbors that he honestly didn't even
01:15know that it was considered a part of his property because that is such a long
01:21strip. He said in all the years I've lived here twenty something years he has
01:26always thought that property belonged to whoever lived in our house and he was
01:33like thank you for mowing it all these years.
