00:15city centre we're in Trinity we're all out of the industry let's have a look let's look

00:28so in this section here this is going to be the bar it's going to be the main counter situation
00:34we're going to have our coffee machine we're going to have all of our gorgeous bakes across the front
00:38of here plus loads of new ones and loads of very exciting things on this side we're going to have
00:42a dedicated matcha bar so we can make all of the most amazing matcha creations and then over this
00:47side this is something that we've never done in any of our cafes before we will have a partition
00:52wall here with some bench seating for everyone to have a nice little seat and behind that is
00:58going to be a dedicated cookie bakery so as you're walking by you'll be able to see a baker
01:03stood in the window baking cookies all day long every day you'll be able to smell them you can
01:09come in and taste them and you can watch them being made right before your eyes we're going to have
01:13some more bench seat in here a few more little tables this is going to be some sort of seating
01:19situation so think cookies brownies matcha unbelievable coffee from Northstar all in this amazing space it's
