00:00:00I need you, you, you
00:00:01I need you, you, you
00:00:04I need you, you, you
00:00:06In the morning
00:00:07When my soul goes by
00:00:10Sometimes I feel
00:00:15I feel a little sad inside
00:00:17But my baby in the streets, baby
00:00:20I never, never, never
00:00:21I'm wasted, I'm out of the air
00:00:30I need you, you, you
00:00:54I need you, you, you
00:00:57I need you
00:01:00I need you, you
00:01:10I need you
00:01:14Yes, yes, yes
00:01:21That deserved that victory
00:01:23I know you're happy with that
00:01:25What are you happy with that?
00:01:26Cause ever was like
00:01:27You're doing a quick step
00:01:28You can run
00:01:29So I'm like, great, I can't run.
00:01:31So I just had to do a little nap to get the legs going.
00:01:34I love that.
00:01:35And you're literally the only person in Strictly history
00:01:37not to be out of breath after a quick step.
00:01:40He wants more.
00:01:41How was it, Anton?
00:01:42Oh, it was, let me tell you, it was absolutely excellent.
00:01:45You, I heard you, yes, absolutely.
00:01:49You spoke there at the beginning of the series
00:01:51about hoping that your magnificent physique
00:01:55didn't hamper your style.
00:01:57It doesn't at all, in actual fact.
00:01:59You've got a wonderful, natural hold.
00:02:02You pick your arms up and everything settles beautifully.
00:02:04Your posture is excellent as well.
00:02:07And you've worked, you can see how much you've worked on control.
00:02:11I'm happy for you to cut loose now.
00:02:13You've got the control bit.
00:02:14Let it go.
00:02:15Enjoy yourself, because I tell you, that was an excellent job.
00:02:18Oh, thank you.
00:02:21Great start, great.
00:02:22There was, unfortunately, quite a bit of gapping going on there
00:02:28where the bodies come apart.
00:02:30By pet hate, your hands were all splayed at the parents' back.
00:02:34I felt like you were dancing a little bit too much
00:02:36underneath yourself.
00:02:37I would like to see you fly and drive around the floor
00:02:40a little bit more.
00:02:41But you have the most amazing musicality and character.
00:02:46Outstanding.
00:02:49I absolutely agree with Craig.
00:02:52You have a beautiful personality on the dance floor.
00:02:54Quick Step is supposed to be light and rhythmical.
00:02:57I got all of that.
00:02:59If you're going to make tiny, tiny little mistakes,
00:03:01don't do it in front of the judges.
00:03:04Do it on the other side.
00:03:06But it was a bit of a footstep.
00:03:07I had a higher score,
00:03:08but this is much, much better than last week.
00:03:11Great.
00:03:12It's only been a week.
00:03:14Shirley.
00:03:15I want to say, first of all,
00:03:16you're dressed exquisitely for the Quick Steps.
00:03:18So dapper.
00:03:19I do wear clothes, I promise you.
00:03:21I'm wearing a nice tie, beautiful shirt.
00:03:23You looked amazing.
00:03:25It was certain parts of this.
00:03:26I also was about to put in a higher score.
00:03:29It got, Karen, a little bit heat,
00:03:30got a little bit out of sync with you.
00:03:32Not that he made mistakes.
00:03:33He was just a little out of sync.
00:03:34You'll see it when you play back.
00:03:35Some of your best work, though, Karen.
00:03:37This was actually showing great promise.
00:03:40Showing great promise.
00:03:42It's got the possibility to go really far.
00:03:44Your personality, of course, as we know, is great.
00:03:47Those pendulum swings that you do from side to side,
00:03:49I'd let him loose now.
00:03:51You know, if he can swing it more,
00:03:52if he can shift more across the floor,
00:03:54let him do it.
00:03:56I love it.
00:03:57The five-litre engine is ready to go.
00:03:58It's ready to go.
00:03:59Just let loose.
00:04:00They wanted to let loose, Harry.
00:04:02That was absolutely brilliant.
00:04:03What a quick step.
00:04:04It's good.
00:04:04Harry and Karen.
00:04:05You both looked quite shocked by those comments,
00:04:24because you were worried about the ballroom, weren't you?
00:04:26I mean, look, look how I've lost my neck.
00:04:28So I was scared that Craig was going to say I haven't got a neck
00:04:30and I'm not long enough.
00:04:31And my frame is terrible.
00:04:32And the quick step is just, you know,
00:04:34I felt like I was in space,
00:04:35because I couldn't find the floor.
00:04:37You're spinning around.
00:04:37You're trying to drive.
00:04:38You don't know where you're going.
00:04:39But Karen did a great job steering the bus,
00:04:41as we called it.
00:04:42And I think I found my way.
00:04:44It was a hard start to the week, wasn't it?
00:04:46It was definitely a hard start,
00:04:47because it's trying to put a break on a stallion, you know?
00:04:50And I'm like, dance like a crab sideways.
00:04:53So it was tough.
00:04:54You know, he's a sprinter, explosive.
00:04:56Yeah.
00:04:56So here, I had to hold him back a little bit.
00:04:58If I let him loose, you would never stop.
00:05:00Yeah.
00:05:00I'd be like, swinging.
00:05:02Yeah.
00:05:02So I'm literally emotional, because I'm so proud.
00:05:06I know how tough it was at the beginning, but well done.
00:05:11In all the club, the scores are in.
00:05:15The judges have their scores.
00:05:17Craig Revel Horwood.
00:05:18Six.
00:05:21Moxie Maboussa.
00:05:22Seven.
00:05:25Shirley Banks.
00:05:26Six.
00:05:29Anton Dubeck.
00:05:30Seven.
00:05:31Lovely.
00:05:32Happy with that.
00:05:34Jokal, Harry, and Karen, make it safely through to next week.
00:05:38You can vote for the next week.
00:05:39Details of how to sign in are on your screen now.
00:05:42Voting opens later.
00:05:43Still to come, Chris and Nadia with their first ballroom dance.
00:05:47Can you give me a word or a noise, if you wish,
00:05:50to describe what it's like?
00:05:53Chocolate.
00:05:54Mmm.
00:05:56We'll explain later.
00:05:57We've got both word and a noise.
00:05:59Excellent.
00:06:00I'm hungry.
00:06:01Tess.
00:06:01Mmm.
00:06:02I love chocolate.
00:06:03After receiving the lowest score from our judges last week,
00:06:06our next celebrity is going back
00:06:08to his roots, hoping to move up the leaderboard tonight
00:06:10with a waltz for Scotland.
00:06:12It is Ross King and his partner, Javita.
00:06:14The first live show was disappointing.
00:06:21The little bit of confidence that I had, it has been knocked.
00:06:25But you know what?
00:06:26I'm going to take on board everything that the judges suggested.
00:06:29I really want to get better.
00:06:31Good.
00:06:31I know he's not happy with his performance, but I am.
00:06:34I am beyond proud of my partner, Hugh.
00:06:38This week we are doing the waltz.
00:06:40Oh, I love this song.
00:06:42To Sunshine Only by The Proclaimers.
00:06:45You actually got a version.
00:06:46Oh, come on.
00:06:48This is Loch Lomond.
00:06:50Beautiful Loch Lomond.
00:06:52I'm a very proud Scots person.
00:06:54I had to move away for work.
00:06:56But I could always see myself coming back.
00:06:59Mmm.
00:07:00It has very special place in your heart.
00:07:03Yeah.
00:07:04Why is that?
00:07:05So many memories around here.
00:07:07My school friends, Sister Elaine.
00:07:11Yeah.
00:07:11I think about my mum and dad when I'm here.
00:07:15It is special, isn't it?
00:07:16Yeah.
00:07:17It's happy.
00:07:17It's a happy cry.
00:07:19Oh, come on.
00:07:22I feel so lucky to bring Yavita here.
00:07:26This week's dance.
00:07:27We're going to dedicate to Scotland.
00:07:29I will be there by your side through all the dance.
00:07:33The people of Scotland have been unbelievable.
00:07:36All the support I've had.
00:07:38Hopefully I'll do the country proud.
00:07:39I'll do my best.
00:07:41Oh, you mean I'm home.
00:07:46Dancing the Warts.
00:07:48Ross King and Yavita Prisker.
00:08:00My heart was broken.
00:08:05My heart was broken.
00:08:09Sorrow, sorrow, sorrow, sorrow, sorrow.
00:08:18Oh, my heart was broken.
00:08:23My heart was broken.
00:08:28You saw it.
00:08:30You saw it.
00:08:30You claimed it.
00:08:33You touched it.
00:08:35You saved it.
00:08:38Wow.
00:08:40Oh, my heart.
00:08:42Move on this earth.
00:08:47I will be with you.
00:08:49I will be with you while the chief sunshine on leaves.
00:09:06I'll thank him for his work.
00:09:08I'll thank him for his work.
00:09:11And your birth.
00:09:13My birth.
00:09:15My birth.
00:09:16Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:09:21I will be with you.
00:09:22I will be with you.
00:09:30I will be with you.
00:09:38I know it means a lot to you you're getting emotional yeah I feel like I'm
00:09:57the kind of like the poster boy or the poster older men for people who can't
00:10:01dance but want to dance definitely I mean you know what people should dance anyway
00:10:13it doesn't matter it's a good feeling it doesn't matter how it looks like here in
00:10:18matters but in real life it doesn't so the thing is I feel like you are better
00:10:25more yeah relaxed in the ballroom dances I feel like this week the smile that I
00:10:30saw in your face was a real joy you know the smile that okay I'm doing that
00:10:34church I have to smile we need to work on musicality I think that was just a bit
00:10:40of an issue when is my slows when do I have my rise and fall it was a little bit
00:10:45cut short but you definitely feel much much more comfortable now with the
00:10:49ballroom dance so it's better than last week
00:10:55it was definitely better than last week and also what Tess said you know we know
00:10:59how much this means to you you're going to have to again keep working on the
00:11:03posture get that frame we do need a little bit of rise and fall here and
00:11:07there when you started off to me you look you look nervous but halfway through you
00:11:13caught a look at this little wonderful young lady here and you're lit up we need
00:11:17that from the beginning you know to show that you absolutely love what you're
00:11:21doing personality is just as important as the quality moving on your feet so let's
00:11:26keep working it in the right direction but definitely better than last
00:11:30than last
00:11:33to our Gracie improvement Anton
00:11:36well you said I saw a VT of yours at the beginning of the series where you said I'd be
00:11:40happy with most improved and let me tell you you are most improved I have to tell you
00:11:45that was super duper I'm really I'm do you know I'm really delighted for you because that was a lovely
00:11:51performance and you can tell your confidence is not so with a lack of confidence comes
00:11:56hesitancy in your mood because you're now you're worried about going wrong so you
00:12:01didn't go wrong and now moving forward what I'd like you to do is be a bit more
00:12:04confident in movement take bigger strides she's very talented you Vita she'll
00:12:09shift don't you worry about that you won't catch up so you can stride across the
00:12:13floor and with that you'll gain more confidence as well but all in all I
00:12:18thought that was a super it was too cautious and airing on the side
00:12:30thank you wearing on the side of dull for me I've got any movement across the floor it
00:12:39was very square there was no swing there was no sway but I'll tell you this Ross I
00:12:45love the sentiment I love what you're trying to achieve in the dance and no
00:12:51matter what I say you need to keep going darling you really do
00:12:56we all love what you've had to do tonight it's fantastic thank you so
00:13:00we all saw improvement that's what you wanted it was the most improved thank you so
00:13:05I know it's been an emotional week and you it was very important for you to do
00:13:31this for Scotland wasn't it wasn't and also because all my friends in the first
00:13:35week they said we can't believe it you got a 10 but it was a collective 10 not
00:13:40quite the 10 I need you thought that Ross would be more of a ballroom king yeah he
00:13:48loves a hill lead and in this one there's plenty of it so I think it suits him but
00:13:54also because it's you know like you he has such a gentleman he has that aura about
00:14:00him so I think like he feels really good when you know he's in touch you've
00:14:07danced Gilton in a kilt before but this was this was new to me this was definitely
00:14:12very new well you were fantastic good luck the scores are in will the judges
00:14:16please reveal their scores Craig revel Hall to
00:14:22not see Mabuse
00:14:26surely back for
00:14:30and Tom do bed
00:14:34I don't need to eat haggis.
00:14:47Just explain that you had a bet, right?
00:14:50Yes.
00:14:51If I got 20 or more, she had to eat haggis.
00:14:54So you're happy now, aren't you?
00:14:56Not really, but...
00:14:58If you would like Ross and Evita to dance again next week,
00:15:02please vote for them.
00:15:03The information on how to do that is on your screen now.
00:15:06Remember, you can't vote until later on.
00:15:09Still to come, Stefan, your hair has grown.
00:15:11You look fantastic.
00:15:12And Diana are having a party on the beach.
00:15:15Talking of beach, Blackpool is how many days away?
00:15:18It depends on how fast you drive, I guess.
00:15:21I'm going to say 49.
00:15:22And you are correct.
00:15:25Tess.
00:15:27Next to perform this evening is Amber Davis and her partner Nikita.
00:15:30After a pretty intense start to the competition,
00:15:33this week was all about the samba
00:15:34and getting to know each other a little bit better.
00:15:40This is Danby in North Wales.
00:15:43It's really beautiful.
00:15:45I grew up here.
00:15:46Everybody knows everybody.
00:15:48Hi!
00:15:49I'm so proud of you.
00:15:51I'm a couple.
00:15:52I'm a couple.
00:15:52I'm a couple.
00:15:52I'm a couple.
00:15:53I'm a couple.
00:15:53Coming from this small town and being able to give my family the opportunity to even come
00:15:59into, like, the Strictly Studios.
00:16:00Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:16:01It was a dream come true.
00:16:02This is a dynamite package, and I can't wait to see what you guys are bringing.
00:16:07I think being back here reminds me of where it all began.
00:16:11Right here, this is where my love for performing grew.
00:16:14You know, once you fall in love with it, you're like, I can't see myself doing anything else.
00:16:19That's incredible.
00:16:19My mum and dad just, like, supported me.
00:16:22I wouldn't be who I am today without them.
00:16:25This has been so much fun.
00:16:27Now, it's going to be your birthday this weekend.
00:16:30Yes.
00:16:31And we have the samba.
00:16:32Yes!
00:16:33So shall we just go out there and celebrate the whole package all together?
00:16:37Yes, please.
00:16:38Come on.
00:16:38Come on, partner.
00:16:39Let's go.
00:16:40Let's go.
00:16:43This routine fits my personality.
00:16:46It's that cheeky fun.
00:16:47Yeah, Amber's doing really well.
00:16:50And now on the second one, I do this.
00:16:52What's the first one I do?
00:16:53I think she's trying to run before she can walk.
00:16:55Too many questions in my brain.
00:16:57I feel like I'm living my best strictly life.
00:17:00Exactly.
00:17:01Yeah, like, this is, like, strictly to me.
00:17:04I am loving the samba, and I hope I do my hometown proud.
00:17:09Well done.
00:17:10Sick.
00:17:14Dancing the samba.
00:17:15Amber Davis and Nikita Kutzman.
00:17:20You said you hated the ocean, but you're surfing now.
00:17:24I said I love you for life, but I just sold our house.
00:17:29We were kids at the start, I guess we're grown-ups now.
00:17:34Couldn't ever imagine even having doubts, but not everything works out.
00:17:39I've been a breaker and broken, never mistaken, never mistaken, just wouldn't take care of you in my life.
00:17:48I share my feet, I see.
00:17:50Yeah, that's just right, baby.
00:17:53Yeah, my baby, I'm done in happy time, but I'm back on my feet.
00:17:57I share my feet, I see.
00:17:59Yeah, that's just right, baby.
00:18:01I'm always better, baby.
00:18:03But now I'm that chick is all over me.
00:18:06Da-da-bum-bum-bum-bum-bum-bum-bum-bum-bum.
00:18:08Da-da-bum-bum-bum-bum-bum-bum.
00:18:10Get a dancing way.
00:18:11Da-da-bum-bum-bum-bum-bum.
00:18:12Get a dancing way.
00:18:13Da-da-bum-bum-bum-bum-bum-bum.
00:18:15I'll be a soup that we have made.
00:18:17You see when I'm loud goes.
00:18:19Hey!
00:18:20You see when I land goes.
00:18:21Uh-huh.
00:18:22You see when I land goes.
00:18:24Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
00:18:26Yeah, that's just right, baby.
00:18:29And I'm crazy, I'm burning out if you're going to run,
00:18:32I'm on my feet.
00:18:33I share my feet, I see.
00:18:35No, that's just right, baby.
00:18:38No, that's just right, baby.
00:18:41Yeah, that's just right.
00:18:43Yeah, that's just right, that's just right.
00:18:46Wow you are looking right at home on the dance floor now
00:19:10I hope the judges have a few gifts for you Craig I loved love love that
00:19:19love that but there is a but oh yeah a tiny little but so what I really want you to work on please
00:19:33please please your foot placement from now on look in the direction of your feet there was
00:19:40quite a bit of a turnt in feet we will get there that being said you have the most amazing body
00:19:49rhythm I have seen in a while well done it's a tale of two hearts again and may I give a
00:19:58shout out to wardrobe because that dress is absolutely stunning fantastic the upper half
00:20:07of your body or the way that you come out here and you able to sell what you're doing is also
00:20:12just as important as the lower half as you move forward I'd like to see more seamless transitions
00:20:18so when you're spinning I don't want to be able to tell that each foot is going I want it so it's
00:20:23more smooth I'll go with moxie feet at five to one work a little bit downstairs supposed to be a close
00:20:28do your best to do the clothing yeah there was a few heel leads where there shouldn't have been
00:20:32here leads but that's okay that's okay because you compensated with the up half of your body
00:20:37synchronization lovely feet work on that and I'm sure you're going to even surprise yourself
00:20:43thank you yeah well I don't want to have to repeat myself or the same thing as ladies but um do you
00:20:52know interestingly enough last week you came out and did the walls beautiful feet were turned out
00:20:56all over the place this week you've kind of turned your feet in you need to change it around the other
00:20:59way so in the ballroom keep these feet and in the Latin keep those feet and you'll have cracked it
00:21:04it's as easy as that but well done thank you thank you so much wonderful comments across the wall
00:21:11across the board from the judges good luck with the scores thank you so much thank you
00:21:14happy birthday
00:21:28well done extraordinary comments I'm in your face when Craig said he loved it tell me about your
00:21:34mindset but always was Craig you know like so you just expect something we were waiting like
00:21:37that from Craig hmm what's he gonna say next absolutely what was your mindset this week I feel
00:21:43like this was the start of my strictly journey this week yes because I had the full week yes and it was
00:21:50interesting I'll just take the one day yeah but no but you love the fact that Amber is so determined
00:21:57absolutely yes um honestly it's the best thing you can ask from a student yeah somebody who
00:22:02actually writes down things and asks you a billion questions but at the same no it's great but at
00:22:09the same time I also said let's walk before we run it's like building a house you build the
00:22:14foundations you build the walls you build the roof yeah you build the side walls okay and then you add on a
00:22:21couch a plant then you go to Tesco's get your blueberries but then go to fridge
00:22:27toilets like everything comes later and a plant okay fantastic I don't know what's just happened your
00:22:35boyfriend and sister here though they look extremely happy I love you both so much love you good luck the
00:22:42the judges scores are in the judges scores are in Craig Revel Horwood eight
00:22:47marcy mabuzzi seven you can do this by going online just head to the website or use the QR code on
00:23:13your screen now once there you can register and vote after everyone has performed very quickly we
00:23:19have to say thank you Neil save a slice for me Amber thank you next in the ballroom it is Vicki
00:23:42Patterson and her partner Kai they've been bonding over their shared Geordie roots so this week they're
00:23:47paying tribute to Vicki's beloved Newcastle
00:23:53two three I thought I'd be really excited about the Foxtrot but it turns out it still is hard one feet together
00:24:00out on the right foot oh I wanted me left so the theme of this dance is we're back in Newcastle Vicki's
00:24:05hometown and we really want Vicki to feel at home I'm thrilled to ribbons that we're dancing to a Sam Fender song
00:24:11I'm really proud to be from the Northeast all my family are still there all my friends are still there I
00:24:17think I'm probably going to get a little bit emotional forget everything I've taught you in Latin
00:24:21brilliant so I don't want you going from Latin to ballroom you've got to learn some of the things you
00:24:28learnt the transition is not as seamless as I would have liked imagine your heels like a paintbrush key
00:24:33points in Foxtrot are really having beautiful rolling of the feet rotation in the body and of course a
00:24:40beautiful frame and top line did you have a turn yeah I wanted to be a pretty princess
00:24:54dancing such a beautiful dance to a song by Sam Fender who is a Geordie legend
00:25:03I am feeling nervous I feel like I've got loads of pressure on as I just want to I just want to do it justice
00:25:09dancing the Foxtrot Vicki Patterson and Kai Wiggins
00:25:28I let go of everything I ever had
00:25:36Cause I couldn't give the love you deserve
00:25:43We take whatever we can
00:25:49To get the reason back
00:25:54So please don't rain me in
00:25:59Please don't rain me in
00:26:02Don't rain me in
00:26:06Please don't rain me in
00:26:09Please don't rain me in
00:26:12Now I'm working myself up to a nice wall
00:26:14Cause all my memories are here in my timid days
00:26:18If I stop it just break me don't rain me in
00:26:31Oh
00:26:33Oh
00:27:04Anton, how was it for you? Well, I'm just looking at what written down here. I know somebody who would have loved your heel turn
00:27:11Dearly departed Len would have loved that heel turn now. I know
00:27:15You've been working on the heel turn for hours on a day and you pulled it off beautifully. So well done
00:27:22I didn't want to get that go missed
00:27:24You have a nice gentleness of frame. It's nice and gentle and it's natural and it sits comfortably
00:27:31Your feet are working. Well keep working on those that will still send you in good stead moving forward
00:27:37The problem you have is that it's too close. So you're you're up against him there
00:27:41So I get a little nervous you're about to go wrong
00:27:44It makes me feel a bit nervous on what once you dance and I shouldn't feel like that, but I want you to
00:27:50Just lean back. I mean old school really just lean back
00:27:54I need some space between you and Kai so I need that lovely because there's a naturalness to your frame
00:28:00Which and a capacity to have a beautiful top line. So the more you do that with what you're doing down below
00:28:07I think you're going to be a ballroom queen
00:28:15There was an awful lot of capping throughout the whole thing
00:28:18And a few lumps and bumps as we're going through the heel turns were absolutely gorgeous. So well done on that
00:28:25You know what I really liked about you Vicki was the fact that you dance with an earthy
00:28:33Elegance and realness and it sort of I didn't it reminded me of a dance from musical theatre. I thought it was really charming
00:28:41charming
00:28:47And the thing is when you dance and I see your expression and the way you move I believe it
00:28:54I don't feel like Kai told you you have to smile there and point there it comes from within
00:28:59What I would love to have that comes also from within is the tone in the body
00:29:04I think you're doing everything really well the footwork the posture
00:29:08I just feel if the body had a little bit more tone and a little bit more stretch in the spine
00:29:13You would be able to hold yourself because at the moment it feels like you are too
00:29:19Dependent hello, you're too dependent on your dance partner, and we need to be dependent yes move together
00:29:25But there's still my space and your space and we create magic together, okay?
00:29:36I've got a few things written down here
00:29:38They're both talking about space and where you need to be and it's as I said before you need to move yourself over
00:29:43To Kai's right side you need to sort of pick yourself up from your core and your center move yourself over
00:29:49There is there are shades in this of really great frame you went past here
00:29:55And you just look so beautiful in the back. I can see that this is where it's going
00:29:59My next thing I want to say is to you Kai I want to say to you
00:30:03I think this girl could actually probably maybe possibly go all the way
00:30:12Cannot babysit I've danced with you and you are a great strider that means he really even with me
00:30:19You
00:30:21You really made me shift and we have to do those things but it takes two and I think she's got the ability
00:30:27So let her keep up with you
00:30:29Don't you go to what she can do so give it a little bit of a test run there delicately beautifully agree with Craig
00:30:35There's something very special about you were on the beginning of the journey. I'm very excited as to where it's
00:30:40You're so sweet
00:30:44You must be delighted with those comments. You've really done yourself proud
00:30:48Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. I think I'm actually going to cry
00:30:52You're so sweet
00:30:54Sorry, you had lots of tissues upstairs
00:30:56Good luck with the scars, sweetie
00:30:58Thank you, Kai
00:31:00Thank you, Kai
00:31:02You look all in green
00:31:04I'm so happy for you
00:31:16I don't have tissues, but you can wipe on there
00:31:18Oh, no, I'm all right
00:31:20So it's a bobby dazzler. I'm not going to wipe me nose on that
00:31:22Let's go back to her
00:31:24It'll be absolutely fine
00:31:26It meant a lot to you to do well in this dance, didn't it?
00:31:28Obviously Sam Fender is like a Geordie legend
00:31:32Yeah
00:31:33And we had the gorgeous time bridge in the background
00:31:35And Kai's half a Geordie
00:31:37And I'm about as Geordie as they come
00:31:39And actually I haven't really done an awful lot of stuff to make the North East proud
00:31:44Especially at the start of my career
00:31:46That's not true
00:31:47It feels
00:31:48Sorry
00:31:49It feels really nice to be able to turn a corner on Strictly
00:31:51And have all my family and friends watch us
00:31:54And I don't know, maybe he's make them proud
00:31:58Thank you
00:31:59Of course they are
00:32:00And you've got us all going
00:32:03And as are you, aren't you?
00:32:05I am
00:32:06I am obviously half Geordie
00:32:07So it meant a lot to both of us
00:32:08But this one is such a trooper
00:32:11I mean, when I say that we were
00:32:13They say we're virtually standing up
00:32:15At the beginning of the week
00:32:16We were croissanting again
00:32:17Right
00:32:18So the work that she puts in
00:32:20And how hard she works is just amazing
00:32:23And I'm so proud to go out there and dance with her
00:32:25And I just said to her beforehand
00:32:26I said just go out there and dance with me
00:32:28And the little routine that we've been practicing all week
00:32:30Just go out there and do that
00:32:31And I believe she did a great job
00:32:33You did a fantastic job
00:32:35My favourite thing are your animals
00:32:37Last week
00:32:38You said you had to be a turbo sloth
00:32:40Tonight
00:32:41What were you?
00:32:42Tonight I was
00:32:43Oh God, I'm turning into a bit of a zoo
00:32:44I was a graceful giraffe
00:32:46I wish you were
00:32:47The Geordie Attenborough
00:32:48Oh God
00:32:49John
00:32:50Good luck the scores are in
00:32:51Thank you
00:32:52Will the judges please reveal their scores?
00:32:54Craig Revelhall

00:32:57Motsi Mabusa
00:33:00Six
00:33:01Shirley Bam
00:33:04Six
00:33:05Anton Dubeck
00:33:08Six
00:33:09Well done
00:33:10I'm happy
00:33:11I'm so happy
00:33:12I'm so happy
00:33:13Thank you
00:33:14If you love Vicky
00:33:15And Ty's spot shot
00:33:16And want to see them here again next week
00:33:18Please vote for them at the end of the show
00:33:20The information you need is on your screen
00:33:23Now still to come
00:33:24Balbender and Jules
00:33:25Close the show
00:33:26Excited?
00:33:27Very much so
00:33:28And what a dress
00:33:30Well done you two
00:33:31Thank you
00:33:32Thank you
00:33:33Taking to the floor now
00:33:34Are Chris Robshaw
00:33:35And his partner Nadia
00:33:36Tonight they're dancing the Viennese Waltz
00:33:38And nevermind
00:33:39Craig, Motsi, Shirley and Anton
00:33:41This week it's all about impressing
00:33:43Wilding, Hunter and Mila
00:33:49Step Ronde
00:33:50This week we're dancing the Viennese Waltz
00:33:53It's a bit less hips than the samba
00:33:55So fingers crossed I'll suit it a bit more
00:33:58So this will be you
00:34:00Through the hole
00:34:02Through the hole down
00:34:03Like a scarecrow
00:34:04It's very elegant
00:34:06And a lot of my sport was abrasive
00:34:09And contact
00:34:10It's trying to be the complete opposite now
00:34:12So we're working on the flow between the movements
00:34:15Make sense?
00:34:16Yes
00:34:17Does it?
00:34:18Loosely
00:34:20That is much easier said than done
00:34:25Hello
00:34:26Hi
00:34:27Chris, Mila
00:34:28You're lovely to meet you
00:34:29This is Wilding
00:34:30Who's run off
00:34:31A little hunter
00:34:32Hello
00:34:33My daughter Mila
00:34:34She's a little dancer herself
00:34:36Can you do that?
00:34:37Come show me your one Wilding
00:34:38There's a very famous saying
00:34:40Never work with children or animals
00:34:43I can probably vouch for that now
00:34:45Whoa
00:34:47Don't be too harsh of a judge
00:34:49Oh I'm going to be the best judge
00:34:51This is working so hard
00:34:53To be the lovey, the lovey, the lovey, the lovey, the lovey
00:34:55The lovey, the lovey, the lovey
00:34:57The lovey
00:34:58Oh yeah
00:34:59That was amazing
00:35:00Aw
00:35:01Tan
00:35:02Any pointers?
00:35:03Just smile
00:35:04Having our children here today has given me and Nadia such a buzz
00:35:08And we can't wait to get out there and perform for them
00:35:10You're good
00:35:11Exactly
00:35:12Listen Craig
00:35:13Listen
00:35:19Dancing the Viennese Rolls
00:35:21Chris Robshaw
00:35:22And Nadia Biskova
00:35:23I
00:35:24I just woke up from a dream
00:35:40Where you and I had to say goodbye
00:35:45And I don't know what it all is
00:35:50But since I survived I realized
00:35:55Wherever you go that's where I'll follow
00:36:00Nobody's promised tomorrow
00:36:04So I'm going to love you every night
00:36:06Like it's the last night
00:36:08Like it's the last night
00:36:10If the world was dead
00:36:13If I'd probably be next to you
00:36:19If the party was over
00:36:22And the time of life was through
00:36:29I won't
00:36:31Just for a while
00:36:33And time will be the sound
00:36:38If the world was standing
00:36:41I wanna be mixed to you
00:36:47If the world was standing
00:36:50I wanna be mixed to you
00:36:55Oh
00:37:15So well done what do you think Shirley well you're definitely putting your best foot forward today
00:37:19This is better than last week, so that's a start isn't it?
00:37:22It's getting it as you move forward in the competition if I could just stand up with moxie and this will apply to everybody
00:37:29Moxie if I am the leader and she is the follower she can come here and close to me
00:37:35She can come close. I'm not going to go in on her. Why not know because I
00:37:41Want her to be able to come to you and I want you to be able to keep a beautiful length in your body your posture
00:37:47And your arms are showing so much more promise than last week
00:37:50That's all I ever ask here is that each week. There's tiny tiny little bits of improvement
00:37:55It's a joyful partnership this it really is this these arms that you had at the beginning where you were leading Nadia
00:38:01You're so graceful Nadia absolutely stunning. I mean you actually had some nice finish in part
00:38:07Improvement in the feet you've really got to work on pivoting so it's more smooth, but better than last week
00:38:13I want you you're what are you six foot four something like that six foot two
00:38:23Well, you know you don't dance you dance five foot eight you you are
00:38:29You're so tall and so elegant you have a lovely walking action you walk
00:38:34Beautifully with your feet are beautifully straight and the bone dancing is based on a walk
00:38:40I dance your height
00:38:42Somebody once said to me you must dance your height doesn't matter how tall or short your partner is you dance your height and you can adjust your arms
00:38:50accordingly look at you you're magnificent and
00:38:53Nadia will fit to whatever you do because you've got so much potential, but you let me can I just do it do mine
00:39:00But a demonstration you do this it goes here
00:39:03And so you're dancing to Nadia all the time with but you never get back up, and I want you to do this
00:39:09I want to feel that you're standing almost slightly aloof because this you'd be
00:39:14Magnificent because you walk so work your arms are
00:39:17So work on that
00:39:19And I think I think the sky's the limit
00:39:26Yeah, if you were a winger you'd have been fine so you just why you were a number
00:39:32No, I totally and absolutely agree with Anton on that and that's my major note is the frame the posture the shoulders were up
00:39:39You were almost leaning over her you lost fluidity in the arms
00:39:43There's a lot to work on but you do have a magnificent frame for ballroom. So you show promise
00:39:54Kind of have the same message and I don't want to go too much into the technical of dancing because we've heard it quite a few times
00:40:01I I still believe that you are going to have to step out of your usual comfort zone
00:40:09I believe that when you feel like it's too much because this is very far from a place where you come from
00:40:14It's never going to be too much. We're on strictly come dancing, and we're wearing glitter balls like
00:40:19You kind of have to
00:40:21You know an alter ego who are you and this moment you're not Chris anymore call yourself
00:40:27I don't care Fred or whatever, but that person put them on the dance floor
00:40:30And then you can go back to being Chris and shy and ultimate
00:40:34But here it's about you know get in there reaching that goal like you do when you're on your field take it on come on
00:40:42Thank you
00:40:45Improvement and not so hopefully take back into the training room next week
00:40:48I'm just cool nice coming back. Thank you
00:40:55Oh
00:40:57And they said much improved much improved is always nice isn't it was well before he was to the ground now
00:41:13He's already I mean, that's what he used to it's not very exactly having a blank canvas. It's me
00:41:19Re-learning the whole posture and to get him straight from the ground what he more used to so it's a lot
00:41:26It's really hard and I was had you holding cans holding all kinds of things to try and get up
00:41:32Cans broomsticks to everything to try and get me up here. It's a work in progress
00:41:35But like we said much improved from last week. Yeah, so yeah step in the right direction. How wonderful was it to dance for your kids?
00:41:43It was really especially I was special for me to have Mila there with Chris's boys and they dance together
00:41:48And then they dance with us and Mila calls him Chris the captain
00:41:52And she told him to smile so we didn't die on that phone, but we did smile so it was lovely
00:41:57There you go
00:41:58Good luck
00:41:59Thank you

00:42:29No one wants to be the first to go home
00:42:31This weekend. If you don't want it to be Chris and Nadia, then the details on how to get ready to vote for them at the end of tonight's show are on your screen now. Still to come a cha cha, a Charleston and a pester
00:42:35a passer. Tess. Last week, Stefan Dennis and his partner Diane paid homage to Stefan's
00:42:4230-year career on Neighbours. Tonight, with their cha-cha, they're taking on his other
00:42:46role as an 80s pop star. Kids, ask your parents.
00:42:54So this week, Diane and I are doing the cha-cha-cha. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:43:01It's a cheeky dance. It's got to have a lot of personality.
00:43:04Cha-cha-cha is very difficult for me because it's so fast and as soon as the music kicks in, I just go
00:43:10and then jump your feet out. Seven, eight. We just have to keep working hard so that it's so natural
00:43:19for him that he can really release the cheekiness in the dance. Nice.
00:43:25We've done training and now I've brought my mate Diane to the Soap Award.
00:43:30Welcome to the Inside Soap Award 2025.
00:43:34It's really great to be here though. You're up for an award. How cool is that?
00:43:39I didn't think as a young actor that I had the privilege to be part of the most iconic
00:43:52part of Australian television. To be given this tonight is a bit of a send-off. It's pretty good.
00:43:57Thanks everyone. Look at this. Look what I got.
00:44:00Well done. I'm very proud of you. This has been really fun but we must go because we've got a big
00:44:06day of training tomorrow. I'll tell you, the cha-cha-cha has been a bit of a struggle but
00:44:11small increments. Small increments. I'm hoping it's going to come together for Saturday night.
00:44:16No. I know it's going to come together for Saturday night. Yes.
00:44:24Hot UNG this week. It's the cha-cha with Stefan Dennis and Diane Buswell.
00:44:29Everybody wants you. Everybody wants your love.
00:44:31Everybody wants you. Everybody wants your love. I'd just like to hear you. I'd just like to hear you.
00:44:59Make you mine, you know mine.

00:45:29Baby, give it up.
00:45:31Baby, give it up.
00:45:35Baby, give it up. Give it up. Baby, give it up.
00:45:38Baby, give it up.
00:45:40Baby, give it up.
00:45:42Baby, give it up. Give it up.
00:45:44Baby, give it up. Baby, give it up.
00:45:46Baby, give it up.
00:45:47Come on, baby. I want your love.
00:45:50Come on, baby. I want your love.
00:45:52Baby, baby.
00:45:54Baby, give it up.
00:45:56I
00:46:20Love you two together. You are so much fun such a brilliant partnership. Let's talk cha-cha mozzi. Yes. Let's talk church
00:46:26You have a brilliant partnership, and you have a brilliant energy. There's just you guys are like a sunshine when you pair up together
00:46:36I am gonna have to address the elephant in the room. There were lots of tiny tiny mistakes everywhere
00:46:43I will I honestly always want you guys. I don't worry guys. Sorry
00:46:48Let's just be honest for the day, even if it's for the hour
00:46:52Just let's try next time to rehearse and stick to the routine because
00:46:57I don't know how much more we can rehearse there Moti
00:46:59Find a way, find a way. I don't know. I don't know but we have to get one performance without those tiny tiny creepers in there and
00:47:08You guys are brilliant together. Thank you. Thank you very much
00:47:11I
00:47:16Partnership, I want to say that and that little thing that you did on the end is there a name for that I am we're pulsing on the floor
00:47:24Me he's got really sort of like a little bit of a groove going on when you started
00:47:28I looked and I thought yes, it's gonna be really quite good. You started with what we call whopper char timing. I did appreciate it
00:47:34You held it and then you went hold you two and three you move very difficult to do for a dancer and you executed that well
00:47:40And I think that nerves got the better of you
00:47:43Yeah, because I think I know that you're better than what you delivered today and sometimes that happens sometimes that happens to the best of
00:47:50Anybody they get nervous and then they start making mistakes. I was absolutely petrified about this week's dance
00:47:56You brush it aside you move on you make sure you do keep going keep going get used to it
00:48:02You know just pretend. It's a day at the office. Yeah, don't think it's we're in front of 15 million people in an order
00:48:08Just think it's like a day at the office and try to get that psyche in you because I think you also show great potential great routine
00:48:21And you know the other thing as well, of course, we've got all 15 couples so far
00:48:26So by the time you what number you number 12 12 or 13 or something lucky
00:48:32That's that's almost two hours since you walked down the stairs a long time
00:48:35Wait for the to come out and dance and for it to be clean. So it's very very difficult
00:48:41I've done it myself many times. It's very difficult to have that performance there and then it's a two two-sided coin
00:48:46Really your actual performance was very good and the bits of the chatter char that were right were very good
00:48:53But unfortunately there was quite an element. Yeah, it wasn't quite understand but better luck next week
00:49:02From the obvious mistakes, I thought the overall thing was stiff and
00:49:09You're picking your feet up way too much which makes it look stompy
00:49:13Your timing that got out on several occasions
00:49:18Unfortunately, but you know what I thought was good about it was there was full of content proper proper content
00:49:26And as Anton said, you know you perform it so people at home may not have seen any of that darling because of your beautiful smile and the fact that you can act
00:49:35You know so well
00:49:37Thank you
00:49:39Thank you
00:49:41Quite as well as you want to but good luck with the sauce my darling
00:49:44Thank you
00:49:46Thank you
00:50:02I'm just gonna tell you we thought it was magnificent
00:50:05You were and you just said to test you were petrified weren't you the cha cha just had me absolutely stumped for some reason didn't it?
00:50:13It did. Yes, it did. I don't know why just a block. No, but it's also incredibly hard
00:50:19We were discussing earlier because it's it straight. Is it this and he has been getting frustrated with himself. He has it was really sad
00:50:26Actually this week. He said to me die. I don't often feel old, but I feel very old in this competition
00:50:32He is the oldest guy in this competition and you would never know
00:50:36He works incredibly hard and I want to let you know that you are doing a fabulous job
00:50:43It's going to end. Will the judges please reveal their scores
00:50:50Craig Revel Horwood. Four
00:50:52That's so good! That's so really good!
00:50:54Motsi Mabusei. Four! That's great!
00:50:56That's great!
00:50:58Shirley Ballas. Four!
00:51:00Yay!
00:51:01Anton Dubek. Five!

00:51:47Very good! Luba, everyone! Luba!
00:51:52Dancing next is George Clarke and his partner Alexis. Now, George has been finding it hard to get into character for the Paso Doble, so he enlisted the help of one of his fellow celebrities. His training room neighbour, you might say.
00:52:05This week's dance is a Paso Doble, which seems unbelievably serious. Give me a growl. I'm not giving you a growl. Last week was more flowy. Who's that? It felt like sort of like a beautiful thing. Now this is more striking fear into the hearts of your enemies. Eye of the tiger. I'm really angry and stuff. It's so unbelievably serious and angry.
00:52:34You have no idea how angry I am. And those tend to be things that I am. It was a little better. Yeah, because I was angry. You have to have that intensity. And I'm trying to channel that fierceness.
00:52:45Will you marry me? My lady, please, will you marry me? But it's quite the opposite of fierce.
00:52:52You! Stefan Dennis dropped by today to give me a little impromptu acting class. Georgie needs a little lesson on how to be serious.
00:53:01Think about something that would give you an adrenaline rush of fear.
00:53:04You're a world-famous bullfighter. No, you're a world-famous bullfighter.
00:53:07No, you're right, I am. I don't think I'll be getting any roles soon.
00:53:09Wipe the smile off your face altogether and start to be lost.
00:53:12He's given me the tools. I just need to build the scowl.
00:53:16Now raise your head. That's it.
00:53:18Stefan actually managed to achieve some form of seriousness in my face towards the end of the session.
00:53:22That's it. Yeah. I'm hoping on the night I channel L George and I stay serious for a period of a minute and a half.
00:53:31Dancing the Pasadogla, George Clarke and Alexis Wall.
00:53:38Who's in the shadows? Who's ready to play? Are we the hunters or are we the prey?
00:54:06Who's in the shadows? Who's in the shadows? Who's in the shadows? Who's in the shadows? Who's in the shadows?
00:54:24This is a wild game of survival.
00:54:28This is a wild game of survival.
00:54:42This is a wild game of survival.
00:54:46This is a wild game of survival.
00:54:49Oh my God
00:55:17Yeah!
00:55:19Oh, my God.
00:55:20Oh, so thank you for the kids, too.
00:55:22Oh!
00:55:23Oh!
00:55:24Oh, that's good.
00:55:25Wow!
00:55:26Oh, George.
00:55:27Look around the room.
00:55:28They're on their feet.
00:55:29They're on their feet in the studio.
00:55:30Congratulations.
00:55:32Just because I haven't spoken yet.
00:55:34I can tell you were loving it even with that serious passo face.
00:55:48How was George's week two performance, Shirley?
00:55:50I think you did absolutely outstanding music.
00:55:55I think, again, I think what I appreciate is the fact that you're in control of every movement that you do.
00:56:02You were breathing.
00:56:03You didn't need all those facial expressions.
00:56:05You know, you were breathing beautifully.
00:56:07Everything had an intention.
00:56:09We knew exactly where you were going.
00:56:12And that captivates me.
00:56:13I was like, I looked at Marty.
00:56:15I was like, have we seen the same thing here?
00:56:16And I was like, yes.
00:56:17Your narrative was good between the two of you.
00:56:19I love that.
00:56:20I love that.
00:56:21Small breathing that's going out was outstanding.
00:56:23Don't normally see that at all.
00:56:24Yeah.
00:56:25Continuous movement.
00:56:26And also with Alexis, as we know, she can do anything.
00:56:29And you handled her so well, particularly when she did the trick at the end.
00:56:34There wasn't a wobble.
00:56:35It went zoom and hit.
00:56:37Thank you very much.
00:56:38Thank you very much.
00:56:39I really believe, and I don't often say this, but could we potentially be looking at a front runner here?
00:56:46Oh!
00:56:47Oh!
00:56:48Oh!
00:56:49Possibly.
00:56:50If you keep up your good work like that, I'm sure everybody is going to appreciate your work.
00:56:55Well done.
00:56:56Thank you very much.
00:56:59Don't touch my head, Josh.
00:57:00Anton?
00:57:01I mean, I really enjoyed your timing at the beginning because you picked up the space within the highlights of the music beautifully.
00:57:10You were absolutely on it.
00:57:12Brilliant.
00:57:13I'm sorry for a minute.
00:57:14Now, this is really important.
00:57:15I want you to really understand this because it's not just about having tango face or having paso face or having rumba face or any of that.
00:57:21Because what you're trying to do is cast a spell.
00:57:23We want to be able to watch you and you just want to be able to watch you and be transfixed by the spell that you're creating.
00:57:29And this comes from your face.
00:57:31Your face.
00:57:32They talk about eyes and the windows to the souls and things like this.
00:57:35You must tell the story through the face.
00:57:39You want to be romantic, be romantic.
00:57:41You want to be passionate, be passionate.
00:57:42You want to be intense, be intense.
00:57:44But this.
00:57:45You lose this, you lose the spell.
00:57:47And you kept the spell tonight.
00:57:49It was brilliant.
00:57:50Thank you very much.
00:57:51I was wondering where that was going then.
00:57:54It's been confusing so far.
00:57:57Dave?
00:57:58I thought you could have hyperextended some of the lines, just accentuated the Spanish line.
00:58:05It just didn't go far enough for me.
00:58:08But I have to agree with everyone.
00:58:10Power.
00:58:11Passion.
00:58:12And Lewis better watch his back, darling.
00:58:15Just saying.
00:58:19Well, George, I think, you know, you have muscles like everybody else, which is, yeah, they are there.
00:58:27The thing is, but what we want as dancing, as Shirley said, breathing, is flexible.
00:58:34That flexible, not to feel like somebody's going from one robot to the next.
00:58:39So I think that's what we absolutely love, this calm, this collectedness.
00:58:43And I did see your soul when you were dancing.
00:58:47I think this is what you put out there.
00:58:49This is the way you express yourself.
00:58:51I would like a little bit more fluidity in it when you move from foot to foot.
00:58:56I think you can join the steps and gel them much, much more.
00:58:59But I'm going to put my card on Miss Shirley and say I think we have someone very special here that's going to go very far.
00:59:08I mean, fantastic comments, George.
00:59:12I mean, thank you very much.
00:59:15I mean, I'm sort of stuck for words anyway, but that's made me speechless, so I appreciate it.
00:59:19Thank you very much, guys.
00:59:20That's the first time.
00:59:21I can't wait to see your skulls.
00:59:23Off you go and get them from Claudia.
00:59:24Well done, George.
00:59:29I'm so proud of you.
00:59:30That was amazing, mate.
00:59:42What extraordinary comments.
00:59:44I loved your face when Shirley said we might be looking at a front runner here.
00:59:47You went, what?
00:59:49Hold on just a minute.
00:59:51Yeah.
00:59:52How did you handle this week?
00:59:53You were quite concerned by the whole Paso thing.
00:59:55Yeah.
00:59:56No, I mean, it's just completely sort of the opposite side of my personality.
00:59:59So, yeah, I mean, she said sort of channel like a really serious, dangerous energy.
01:00:05But that didn't really resonate.
01:00:08So I sort of thought maybe more mum trying to look at the phone.
01:00:12Very, very good.
01:00:14Let's quit, let's quit.
01:00:15I like that like that.
01:00:16He loves a knee slide.
01:00:17He loves a knee slide.
01:00:18Who knew?
01:00:19We were just messing around one day and he was doing these knee walks.
01:00:22I'm like, mm, no, I did.
01:00:23Yeah.
01:00:24Thank you very much.
01:00:25Good luck.
01:00:26The scores are in.
01:00:27The judges have their score.
01:00:31Craig Revelhall.
01:00:32Seven.
01:00:36Moxie Mabusa.
01:00:37Seven.
01:00:38Five.
01:00:39Five.
01:00:40Shirley Ballas.
01:00:41Eight.
01:00:45Anton Dubek.
01:00:46Eight.
01:00:48Fantastic.
01:00:49So much more than last week.
01:00:51To help George and Alexis avoid the dance off, please vote for them.
01:00:57You can do this by going to our website or scanning the QR code.
01:01:00The vote will open very soon.
01:01:02We only have one couple left to perform.
01:01:06Congratulations.
01:01:07Thank you very much.
01:01:08Yes.
01:01:09Wow.
01:01:10What a night.
01:01:11Last to dance is Balvinda Sopal and her partner Julian.
01:01:13And tonight, Balvinda becomes the first celebrity of the series to take on the Charleston.
01:01:18And it's a certain judges absolute favourite.
01:01:23He has got a lovely swivel.
01:01:27Go on, Craig.
01:01:34One, two, three, four.
01:01:36That, that, that.
01:01:38One of the key steps in Charleston is, of course, the Charleston swivel.
01:01:41It's super iconic.
01:01:42Your feet, which are doing this, and then the arms, which are kind of moving.
01:01:46It's hand foot coordination, which is really confusing at times.
01:01:50Boom, boom, boom.
01:01:51Ah, ah.
01:01:52The Charleston's a super expressive dance.
01:01:55Character driven.
01:01:56You do have to embrace the silliness.
01:01:59But I'm somebody that's quite reserved.
01:02:02So we're here at the Riverside Country Park.
01:02:05We've spent many lovely evenings walking along this path.
01:02:09I really like it here.
01:02:11So I'm dying to know, what was a younger version of Balvinda?
01:02:14What was she, like, growing up?
01:02:15Like, doing little concerts from the age of, like, five, six, seven, in front of mum and dad.
01:02:18Oh, yeah.
01:02:19Actually, you're not singing into a hairbrush.
01:02:20Okay, so this is the stuff I want to know.
01:02:21This is the stuff I want to know.
01:02:22So singing into a hairbrush, right?
01:02:24You've always been performing on a Saturday night.
01:02:26Yeah.
01:02:29I think Bal and Julian have been matched perfectly.
01:02:31He really does bring out the softer side of Bal, which he doesn't really let a lot of people in.
01:02:38This week, character-wise, we really have to let go.
01:02:41So whilst we're out here kind of reminiscing about childhood memories and all that, we can really draw on that for the Charleston.
01:02:46I think I have to find that carefree little girl in me.
01:02:50She's there, but I've just got to tap into her.
01:02:53Dancing with the Charleston, Valvinda Sopal and Julian Cahill.
01:03:02Boom, boom!
01:03:06Oh, boo-wee, she got that booty.
01:03:14That type of boom, boom, that bass that I like.
01:03:18I said, boo-wee, I keep it juicy.
01:03:22So better hold on, hold on for delight.
01:03:26Oh, cause she's cute and she's classy.
01:03:29Big, bold, and sassy.
01:03:31She knows what she'd do and she'd lose.
01:03:34I know it's hard to imagine.
01:03:37But why you keep asking like all this came out of the blue.
01:03:43With a pin like this, pin like this.
01:03:45From your knock on, from your lips.
01:03:47Ain't nothing, still that trick.
01:03:49So pin like, pin like, pin like this.
01:03:51Pin like this, pin like this.
01:03:53Take your shots.
01:03:54I know what this ain't happening.
01:03:56Still that trick.
01:03:57Pin like, pin like it.
01:03:59Baby, I'm a little.
01:04:00Shake a little.
01:04:01Make a jiggle.
01:04:02Put the thing in the middle for making them pittles.
01:04:04She's doing it just the way I might.
01:04:07We go out kicking over these Grammys.
01:04:09But who needs to stand when their reservation got their invitation for two?
01:04:14We go out, pin like this, pin like this.
01:04:18Talk this back cause I'm on your knees.
01:04:20Might be you, be my chick.
01:04:22So pin like, pin like, pin like this.
01:04:24Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh.
01:04:27We go out inside with you, be my chick.
01:04:30So pin like, pin like, pin like this.
01:04:32You threw yourself into that.
01:04:33Brilliant.
01:04:34Oh my goodness.
01:04:35Standing ovation in the studio for you.
01:04:36You've seen your swivel, Craig.
01:04:37How was Belfinders?
01:04:38How was Belfinders?
01:04:39How was Belfinders?
01:04:40How was Belfinders?
01:04:41Oh
01:04:57Goodness standing ovation in the studio for you. We've seen your swivel Craig. I
01:05:06Have to say who knew darling
01:05:11I
01:05:13Mean you do need to pick your feet up a little bit finish off some of the steps that you start
01:05:17And more energy in the arms, but you did so great the lifts were fantastic. I know swivel was gone
01:05:31Yes, yes, but I want to come back whatever you did this week whatever you ate you drank
01:05:36I don't know
01:05:38It's not very often I get shot, but that was absolutely outstanding who would have thought
01:05:52I
01:05:54Closed our show with a Charleston like that you are
01:05:58Absolutely together spot on the choreography was absolutely outstanding
01:06:02You put your heart and soul in you bought your actress in skills
01:06:05I think you went home last week and thought I'm not going to tell
01:06:07I'm going to work super hard and get those and you double in your score this week. You were great
01:06:18I love it when we did see last week to this week the difference. Well, you're a different woman
01:06:24Well done
01:06:26Oh
01:06:28You can ask for
01:06:30Congratulations, Belvinda off you go and get your scores. It was super
01:06:33Super thank you
01:06:53Did you feel I mean because closing the show is quite a big deal if you feel the responsibility absolutely yeah, and then how did you find those comments?
01:07:03really like
01:07:05I'm speechless to be honest with you
01:07:07Can I just say this woman's strength of character because when we were in the warm-up area we were going through like we normally would yeah
01:07:13And little mistakes were popping in here and there like it's fine. We're gonna get in it inside. I'm like oh my
01:07:21I did not doubt that she would come out and absolutely smash it because under pressure you shine
01:07:27absolutely
01:07:29your sisters are in the audience as well
