00:00148 months is what the sentence was. I think the judge was very thoughtful.
00:09He didn't do the 11 years that the prosecutor wanted and nor did he do the 14 months
00:18that the defense wanted. So Mr. Combs will be in prison for a while. He
00:25basically had a lot of good things to say. The judge did about Mr. Combs and his contribution
00:38to the community over many years and to racial justice. But on the other hand,
00:47he has to pay the price for what he did. He could have
00:5210 years for each of the two counts of the violation of the Mann Act, which is
01:04going across state lines for the purpose of prostitution. So I think all in all, he gave the
01:13sentence that was recommended by the probation office. And so that's somewhere in between
01:23what the prosecution wanted and what the defense wanted.
