00:00They cut down all of their privacy and now have a camera installed, pointed right at the house.

00:05In a bold move, his petty neighbor removed the trees that stood between their homes,

00:11leaving his place wide open to prying eyes and a camera.

00:15We had the cops here by this point and told them we couldn't cut these down.

00:19But my father-in-law planted these areca palms 20 years ago.

00:23He cut them down the whole line.

00:24But this neighbor war was about to go to a whole other level.

00:28Within 24 hours, there will be 48 feet of big planter box with 20 calusias going in it.

00:40And then another 12 foot coming to build the wall.

00:45And honestly, it's turning out pretty well.

00:47Still have a few of these to come in.

00:49These calusias are going to get gigantic.

00:52Trim them up real high.

00:53Honestly, I just feel like leaving this open, so they just have to look at trash cans now.

00:57As you guys know, I put in 48 feet of planter box with calusias in it.

01:03So within one day, I had all of these out here.

01:06When he used to see a beautiful privacy hedge, now through both of his windows, he is looking at one, two, three garbage cans.

01:15And within 24 hours again, we've got another box planted.

01:19And we know he likes these areca palms.

01:22So we've got those in it for now.

01:24My father-in-law over the last 20 years always spent so much time keeping up with these things.

01:30So that's why we decided to go with calusias down here.

01:33But I'm just not sure.

01:35I don't know.

01:36We're trying to block off as much as we can so he can't see.

01:38What could have been avoided turned into a costly, time-consuming mess.

01:43And then the Homeowners Association stepped in.

01:47It's been about a month and a half just because the HOA got involved in all this.

01:51We had to submit plans for all these boxes that I put in.

01:55They had 30 days to, I guess, disapprove it.

01:59And it's beyond the 30 days.

02:01So fortunately, I guess they just are, you know, approving everything.

02:07It would have obviously just been more of an issue probably if they didn't.

02:11But they did send out a mass email a couple days ago.

02:16I would imagine this is probably one of the incidents as to why they sent it out.

02:21But they're basically saying the neighbors can't see the trash cans.

02:25So I just put this little box in here, which looks pretty nice.

02:29Kind of works out.

02:30His neighbor's pathetic attempt at being spiteful, it backfired.

02:35Where there were once beautiful plants.

02:38Now, this is the view they're stuck with.

02:41We did get the approval from the HOA.

02:44So, you know, these boxes as well as the boxes up front are all good to go.

02:49But I don't know.

02:50She's got something to trespass inside here.

02:52Like, I get it.

02:54Honestly, this guy's giving her f*** now.

02:57And this is all f***.

02:58So, whatever.

02:59It looks awesome.
