00:00I'd say 2024 was the hardest year I've ever had.
00:02You know, life is sent to test us as well,
00:04and being able to overcome that
00:06is what makes us who we are.
00:08Your Royal Highness.
00:10Nice to see you.
00:12We provide this service for everyone.
00:14We do personalised tours everywhere.
00:16What do you do when you're home?
00:18Sleep.
00:19Really?
00:20I want to create a world
00:21in which my son is proud of what we do.
00:25A world and a job
00:27that actually does impact people's lives for the better.
00:33That is caveated with
00:35I hope we don't go back
00:37to some of the practices in the past.
00:39It sounds like the monarchy
00:41will be shifting
00:44in a slightly different direction.
00:47I think it's safe to say
00:47that change is on my agenda.
00:50Change for good.
00:51And I embrace that,
00:53and I enjoy that change.
00:54I don't fear it.
00:54That's the bit that excites me,
00:56is the idea of being able to bring some change.
00:58Not overly radical change,
01:00but changes that I think
01:01need to happen.
01:03Atherin is in remission now.
01:05Yes.
01:05Yes, which is wonderful.
01:07It's great news, exactly.
01:08How did that affect the children,
01:12if I may ask?
01:13Everyone has their own coping mechanisms
01:15for these sorts of things,
01:16and children are constantly learning and adapting.
01:18We try to make sure we give them the security
01:24and the safety that they need.
01:27And we're a very open family,
01:28so we talk about things that bother us
01:30and things that trouble us.
01:31But you never quite know
01:33the knock-on effects it can have.
01:35And so it's just important
01:36to be there for each other
01:37and to kind of reassure the children
01:40that everything's okay.
01:42Do you miss your grandmother?
01:43I do, actually, yeah.
01:44I do miss my grandmother.
01:45And my grandfather.
01:46Yeah, it's been quite a bit of change.
01:48So you do sort of,
01:49you think about them not being here anymore.
01:51Yeah.
01:51And particularly being Windsor,
01:52for me, Windsor is her,
01:53so she loved it here.
01:55She spent most of her time here.
01:56Showing you around today
01:57is very much the case.
01:58I'm trying to make sure
01:58I'm doing it the way
02:00she'd want you to see it.
02:01I'm doing it the way
