00:00Okay, let's turn to another of our special stories tonight and our special story is of a man who has over the years been called the fastest man in the world.
00:13The one and only Usain Bolt. We managed to catch up with him. We actually caught up with him. Rahul Rawat, our sports team go-to person, was fast enough to catch up with Usain Bolt who's on a rare trip to India listening to what Usain Bolt had to do.
00:30Usain, thank you very much for this interview and welcome to India. How's it going? Enjoying your stay here in India?
00:42Yeah, yeah. It's been wonderful. People are great. I've seen the city, so it's been good.
00:50Do you have a count of the number of selfies or pictures that you've taken so far here?
00:54No, it's a lot. It's a lot. It's a lot. I try to do as much as possible because I understand that this is my first time here, but it won't be my last, so I try to take as much.
01:05In a different world, if Usain Bolt was not an athlete, as in a track athlete, what could you have been?
01:15A cricketer for sure.
01:16Yeah. I think if my cricket coach probably didn't say, you know, go try running, I probably would have stick with cricket because my dad was a massive cricket fan and that's all I knew growing up.
01:29You know what I mean? Cricket, cricket, a little bit of football, but all I knew was cricket.
01:33Cricketer that you looked up to when you were growing up?
01:36For me, it was definitely the West Indies guys, you know what I mean? Brian Lara was top, you know, and Courtney Ambrose and Courtney Walsh and all these guys.
01:45Courtney Walsh, another Jamaican there. You know, now we've switched lanes from sprinting to cricket. You know, hypothetically, if you have a relay team, you of course will run the anchor leg.
01:58Three cricketers that you would want to have in your team and this is the Olympic final.
02:04Yeah, we've talked about this. I think Kohli was definitely quick. I know Brett Lee, I would say. And I've always John Tyrose from South Africa.
02:19You're saying, you know, what does an Olympic medal or an Olympic gold do to a nation? Like Neera Chopra won an Olympic medal here at the last Olympics there.
02:33And now we see in India, everybody wants to be a Neera Chopra. Everybody has taken up javelin. What does an Olympic gold medal do to a nation?
02:43No, it's massive. You know what I mean? Because Olympics is almost like the World Cup for us, at least, because it's such a big thing.
02:52I know even basketball players want an Olympic gold medal. I know a lot of guys, they look forward to me.
03:03Usain Bolt and Virat Kohli may be in a relay run one day.
