00:13APAD said the revocation of LDT Metal Trading's license took effect today
00:18after investigators found that the firm had failed to install a GPS tracking system
00:23on its licensed commercial vehicle and had neglected the safety of other road users.
00:30In a statement, it said the company is no longer permitted to operate or provide any services using vehicles previously licensed under that license.
00:40APAD added that it would not compromise on dangerous driving offenses involving commercial transport vehicles
00:45which could lead to accidents and put lives at risk.
00:50The September 27 crash involved a lorry, two SUVs and a car, leaving the child dead and eight others injured.
