00:00Okay, what are you having for dinner tonight? Because this is a quick and easy tabuk adana.
00:04These are delicious chicken kefta kebabs that can be cooked in the oven, air fryer or on the
00:08barbecue. First of all, blitz up a white or red onion in a food processor, preferably or really
00:13finely chop it. Then drain them in a sieve and add them to a large tray. Do the same with either
00:18a red romano, kapya biber or a small red bell pepper. Make sure you squeeze out all the juice
00:23again. We want lovely succulent kefta and watery ones. Do the same with the parsley, no need to
00:28drain it. Add your garlic, then blitz up the chicken in a food processor. You can do it by
00:33hand, but it will take you a lot longer. Don't mince it up too much. We want some texture in
00:37there. Add some pulbi bed, paprika, dried mint, cumin, black pepper, sea salt, tatla biber
00:43salsu, Turkish sweet red pepper paste and some olive oil. Then mix everything together really,
00:48really well. Just try a little bit by cooking it first to check for seasoning. Some people like it
00:53more salty than others and then refrigerate the mixture for an hour to make it easier to shape.
00:57Now you can shape the tavuk adana exactly like an adana kefta. Either flat like this into trays
01:03or you can shape them into little kefta nuggets and cook them in the oven or you can shape them
01:08as traditional adana on flat skewers and cook them on the mangal or the barbecue. Please make them.
