00:00Hello folks, I'm just going on here again. I didn't think I was going to do one video,
00:09never mind a second one. But the message I've received in the last two weeks after
00:15putting up my first video has been absolutely nothing only amazing. The lovely messages from
00:23so many people to say that my words has helped them, from men and women. It's been totally
00:30incredible. The journey of grief is something very, very special. Somebody's made a hear
00:35me this morning on Bigs Radio Ulster, I got interviewed. And one of the things I talked
00:42about was grief is not depression, it's something totally different. Grief is something that
00:50we're longing for and something that's missing and something that won't be there for the
00:54future. And it's a very special thing because no one else can grieve how an individual grieves
01:01about another. So many people ask me to talk more about grief and I will. And I'll probably
01:09maybe do a few more videos and hopefully it helps people. And if I stop getting the messages
01:14to say that I'm helping, I'll stop. But at the minute I feel that there's been two or
01:20three hundred messages. And it's just been incredible. It's been incredible for the people
01:24to reach out. It's been incredible that I feel like I've helped people. As it's helping
01:28me 100%, it's helping me feel a little bit better. If I ever feel better, the loss will always
01:35be there. People have to realise grief is a very, very special thing as well as it hurts
01:41and it absolutely floors you so much at different times. It's incredible to be where I am or
01:51where so many people is. And so many people are incredible. The messages, again, I'll go
01:59back to what I received, has absolutely blown me away. And it's helping. But again, I'm so
02:12early on my journey and people want to follow my journey so they've told me. And look, I'll
02:18keep you informed of how I'm getting on, how the boys are getting on. But I really want
02:24to say thanks to absolutely everyone for the kind messages and everything that they've
02:29done so far for me and my boys.
