00:38During the video, you can see a contestant who is an alleged professional stuntman

00:42tied up inside a burning building, but escaping here won't win him the full half a million dollars.

00:48In order to win all the money, the stuntman will need to complete seven challenges and race through

00:53a hallway engulfed in flames. At the end, the winner walked away with $350,000 and the comments

01:07pointed to how once again, Donaldson's team is able to craft content with a motion the audience can

01:12feel. The video has now reached over 54 million views in just three days, but not everyone is a fan.

01:18Some now say the videos are, quote, getting out of control, while others have asked,

01:24why do we need such extreme entertainment? Still, fans have defended the YouTuber explaining,

01:29every Mr. Beast challenge is professionally managed. And Mr. Beast himself weighed in on

01:33the backlash when he took to X to explain, if you're curious, obviously we had ventilation for

01:38the smoke and a kill switch to cut off the fires. We had professionals test this extensively and the guy

01:44in the video, as stated, is a professional stuntman. I take safety more serious than you could ever
