00:02For more than 24 hours, Afghans have been unable to get online or even call their loved ones.

00:09And it seems there are no exceptions.

00:11It's a challenge for people since all the government sectors, universities and schools

01:38The UN is urging the Taliban to restore all internet and phone services.
