Day seven as Police search for human remains in Castlemilk woods

Police cordon off land in 'ongoing investigation'

A significant police presence remains in the area, with searches focusing on the woods behind the Jenniburn Centre.

Forensic officers in white boiler suits have been seen combing the scene for several days.

The reach is thought to be linked to the death of Graham Wright.

Graham Wright's body was found at Rubha Dubh near Firkin Point on September 13 by a member of the public, weeks after he was reported missing. Since then specialist officers have been searching properties in Glasgow and Lanarkshire as part of the investigation.
