00:00:00A monumental battle
00:00:1725 years in the making
00:00:23Nears its epic conclusion
00:00:28There's something about this season of Survivor that tops any other season of Survivor I've ever played or ever seen.
00:00:47These Aussies have been tough. They are gritty. They are players.
00:00:57This game had a lot of kings, a lot of champions, a lot of gods.
00:01:04But there can only be one.
00:01:11The king of the jungle, baby.
00:01:13Everything comes down to this.
00:01:20A historic final showdown.
00:01:26Two Australians.
00:01:30Two Americans.
00:01:34That only one can be crowned.
00:01:38The greatest Survivor player of all time.
00:01:46To be here feels like a complete full circle moment for me.
00:02:07Fifteen years ago, I lost Heroes vs. Villains in Samoa.
00:02:14I made it to the end and then was robbed of my win by a bitter jury.
00:02:20And I was devastated by that loss.
00:02:22I came back here to win this game.
00:02:26To reclaim the crown that was meant to be mine.
00:02:29And I think I've played the most flawless game of Survivor that I've ever played.
00:02:35And I have not received one single vote this entire game.
00:02:42And it just seems like divine cosmic intervention that I still have my Survivor soulmate in the game with me.
00:02:50Will you believe it?
00:02:55Oh, are you serious?
00:02:58You don't get second chances like this.
00:03:01So we're going to be sitting there holding hands at the final two of our stumps.
00:03:04Oh, I know, I know.
00:03:06Hello, world.
00:03:07Have you been practicing your speech?
00:03:09You're going to charm the whole jury.
00:03:11Oh, thank you.
00:03:12You're going to make me work so hard.
00:03:15I'm well known in the world of Survivor as the best player to never have won.
00:03:22So I was just in love for this time.
00:03:26Everything to come to fruition.
00:03:28Harvey and myself sit in the final three as planned.
00:03:32And I have just as much opportunity to win this as Harvey.
00:03:37But if we let Luke get to the final three, Luke, I think, would be impressive in front of the jury.
00:03:47I mean, we're taking Janine to 30.
00:03:53Of course.
00:03:54Yeah.
00:03:55Right?
00:03:56Yeah.
00:03:57With Luke, I would never do the wrong thing by him unless it was either him or me.
00:04:02So I'm hoping that Janine sees it the way we see it.
00:04:07And Luke doesn't win that final immunity challenge.
00:04:12Luke and I have come a long way in this game.
00:04:20And where we are now, we had a plan to get here.
00:04:25Can I have a quick chat, Jay?
00:04:26Sure.
00:04:31Promise me you will let me get a fire if we lose.
00:04:34I will actually swear to promise you.
00:04:36Okay.
00:04:37Luke is depending on me to vote Sari to give him a chance at fire.
00:04:50But I'm weighing up my game because if I vote with Sari and Harvey, I'm sitting at the end.
00:04:59And if I get to the final three and I'm putting a speech forward, I'm going to kill it.
00:05:09I've got a special bond with Zabawa now.
00:05:25I feel like I've got to live the island life.
00:05:30It's crazy.
00:05:31You know, I was in this exact same position five years ago and final four and I lost.
00:05:48It's a full circle moment for myself.
00:05:53But I'm overwhelmed with a different type of emotion this time.
00:05:59It's been a journey.
00:06:00Either way I win, I lose, it doesn't matter.
00:06:03I'm happy that I've gone as far as I can.
00:06:06Because my game has had a harder path.
00:06:09I've had to fight from the bottom.
00:06:11I've been blindsided a few times and voted wrong.
00:06:14Sarah.
00:06:15Oh my God.
00:06:16At times, I didn't know what the hell was going on.
00:06:20I thought it was just going to be all the more.
00:06:23All I did was scream at Zabawa.
00:06:27But I'm playing a different game this time.
00:06:30My whole game is based on relationships, not about creating crazy moves.
00:06:36And I've really, really got to rely on this last 15 days that my connection with Janine,
00:06:43I have built so strong that she feels indebted to me.
00:06:49To at least let me have my say.
00:06:56I'll be home soon with my kids.
00:06:59My wife, things are going to be good.
00:07:02But until now, I'm just going to have to enjoy the game.
00:07:06But the only way for me to secure final three 100% is to win today's challenge.
00:07:31So if it's a torture chamber, I'm going to have to just dig deep and fight tooth and nail to the end.
00:07:45Today, for me, this challenge is do or die.
00:07:55I know that if I don't have the necklace around my neck, it's probably going to be me that path came.
00:08:02So I need it for myself.
00:08:04But I also need to be able to keep three here too.
00:08:08You are just going to have to be able to keep two.
00:08:12I don't know.
00:08:42Oh, my Lord.
00:08:51Come on in.
00:08:53What is this?
00:08:55It looks like some sort of sacrificial...
00:08:58medieval torture chamber.
00:09:03Y'all are dark in Australia.
00:09:06Yeah, you better believe it.
00:09:09Far out in the sun.
00:09:12All right, well, congratulations.
00:09:16You have survived some of the most intense
00:09:19and hard-boiled gameplay we've ever seen.
00:09:22And tomorrow night, one of you will be crowned sole survivor
00:09:25and the greatest of all time.
00:09:28But the only thing standing between you
00:09:30and that final tribal
00:09:32is this little torture rack.
00:09:34Are you going to light that on fire
00:09:38while we're standing under it?
00:09:39Yeah, you know it.
00:09:40It's a really thing.
00:09:43Are you ready to get to your final immunity challenge?
00:09:49Why not?
00:09:50All right, Janine.
00:09:51Hand it over.
00:09:52For the last time,
00:10:01immunity is back up for grabs.
00:10:04For today's challenge...
00:10:06You're going to stand on narrow pegs
00:10:11while holding on to heavy weights.
00:10:15At various intervals,
00:10:16you'll move to narrower pegs,
00:10:18making it more difficult.
00:10:19At any point, you step off,
00:10:21drop a weight.
00:10:24You're out of the challenge.
00:10:27Last person left standing,
00:10:30wins immunity,
00:10:31and a guaranteed spot at that final tribal
00:10:34where you will have a chance
00:10:36to pitch to the jury
00:10:38why you deserve the title of sole survivor
00:10:40and a quarter million it goes with.
00:10:42Let's draw for spots.
00:10:44Let's get to it.
00:10:45No, you can't wait.
00:10:48This is real torture.
00:10:50Yeah, this is real torture.
00:11:06All right, here we go.
00:11:09Everyone, assume the position.
00:11:12Grab your weights.
00:11:17Step on the first set of pegs.
00:11:25Oh, my God.
00:11:28All right, here we go.
00:11:30For final immunity,
00:11:32this challenge is now on.
00:11:39Wow, this is going to be a nightmare.
00:11:46It's all come down to this.
00:11:50Whoever can stand on a peg the longest.
00:11:54Now we're left.
00:11:56Two Aussies,
00:11:57two Americans.
00:11:58Who's going to take that crown?
00:12:08Oh, my God.
00:12:09Luke, testing those ropes.
00:12:12Trying to figure out how much weight is there.
00:12:14Everyone has 20% of your body weight.
00:12:19Oh, my God.
00:12:20There is no comfortable position
00:12:24in this challenge.
00:12:27You're going to start to feel
00:12:28the weight of those sandbags.
00:12:31Those pegs are going to start grinding
00:12:33into the soles of your feet.
00:12:34Oh, my God.
00:12:39Oh, my God.
00:12:40Those pegs are going to feel like
00:12:52daggers in your feet now.
00:12:57Sari,
00:12:58clearly not comfortable.
00:12:59Oh, my God.
00:13:04A little slip in Sari.
00:13:07She tries to readjust.
00:13:10Nice save.
00:13:17Jonathan.
00:13:19Oh, my God.
00:13:28Sari loses balance.
00:13:30She falls backwards.
00:13:31Good job, Sari.
00:13:32I can't even feel my foot.
00:13:34And after 30 minutes,
00:13:36she steps off the pegs.
00:13:40No shot at immunity.
00:13:43Sorry, Pa.
00:13:45You did your best.
00:13:47I like two hours.
00:13:48All right.
00:14:08All right.
00:14:09We're an hour into this challenge.
00:14:12Let's turn up the heat.
00:14:13We're going to move on
00:14:18to the next set of pegs.
00:14:23Great.
00:14:24These are a lot smaller.
00:14:27Oh, my God.
00:14:29Here we go.
00:14:31Five,
00:14:32four,
00:14:34three,
00:14:35two,
00:14:36two,
00:14:37one.
00:14:44Everyone's made the transition.
00:14:47Peg's a lot smaller now.
00:14:58Janine dancing around on her pegs now.
00:15:00And after an hour and 15,
00:15:13Janine drops off the pegs.
00:15:15What happened, Janine?
00:15:17I leant forward on one arm
00:15:19and then at counterbalance.
00:15:21Oh.
00:15:22She's out of the challenge.
00:15:25No shot at immunity.
00:15:27Now we have a showdown
00:15:29between Luke
00:15:31and poverty.
00:15:34They played idols
00:15:35for each other last night.
00:15:39Oh, my God.
00:15:41Are they going to show each other
00:15:43such mercy today?
00:15:47Poverty,
00:15:48ramrod straight.
00:15:49She's the guy anyway.
00:15:51Pepper,
00:15:51she's near enough
00:15:52to don't be here
00:15:53till tomorrow.
00:15:59Luke,
00:16:00doing everything he can
00:16:01to push through.
00:16:06Every part of his foot
00:16:08on fire.
00:16:09Ah!
00:16:13Ah!
00:16:16Ah!
00:16:16So here we are
00:16:37and it's come down to this.
00:16:41One American
00:16:42versus one Australian.
00:16:44Ah!
00:16:46Puppies,
00:16:53my choices.
00:16:55One,
00:16:55all go with you guys.
00:16:57Yeah.
00:17:04Most important challenge
00:17:05of the season.
00:17:07Ah!
00:17:09Step off that peg,
00:17:10you're out.
00:17:12Ah!
00:17:12Ah!
00:17:14Luke,
00:17:14doing everything he can
00:17:16to push through.
00:17:18Oh, my God.
00:17:20Meanwhile,
00:17:23poverty,
00:17:24like a statue.
00:17:26Can't do this hard.
00:17:29Come on, Pav.
00:17:30Sleep.
00:17:31Luke,
00:17:32it'd be so easy
00:17:33just to step off
00:17:34and end the pain now.
00:17:35What's keeping you going?
00:17:37Walking in with that necklace.
00:17:38It's keeping you up there, Pav.
00:17:44This is my challenge.
00:17:47That's my knuckle.
00:17:54Ah!
00:17:54Ah!
00:17:57Oh, God.
00:17:58Oh, God.
00:17:58You've been at it for an hour,
00:18:1530 minutes.
00:18:18Ah!
00:18:18Ah!
00:18:20Luke has been a hot mess
00:18:21for quite a while,
00:18:22but he's still in it.
00:18:25Ah!
00:18:25I'm always a hot mess,
00:18:28but how many times
00:18:29have I dug deep?
00:18:31Yeah,
00:18:32100%.
00:18:32All right,
00:18:34in a moment,
00:18:35we're going to transition
00:18:36to the final peg.
00:18:40The fun one.
00:18:42Oh, God.
00:18:44Remember,
00:18:45this is a live transition.
00:18:47Here we go.
00:18:48Five,
00:18:48four,
00:18:49four,
00:18:51three,
00:18:52two,
00:18:54one.
00:18:56There it is.
00:19:00Both successfully
00:19:01make the transition.
00:19:04Oh, my Lord.
00:19:07Ah,
00:19:08that peg is so sharp now.
00:19:12Ah!
00:19:14I don't know how much hunger.
00:19:17Ah!
00:19:18I don't know how much hunger
00:19:19I can't wait.
00:19:19Oh,
00:19:20I can't wait.
00:19:22Ah!
00:19:24Oh!
00:19:25Oh!
00:19:26I don't know.
00:19:28Oh!
00:19:29Ah!
00:19:30Hmm.
00:19:35Oh,
00:19:36f***.
00:19:44Luke really struggling
00:19:45to keep his balance.
00:19:47I can't even f*** you.
00:19:53So much pain.
00:19:56Trying to fight through it.
00:20:00Peg was like a hot poker into the sole of your foot.
00:20:06Harmony shaking now.
00:20:10Luke all the way forward.
00:20:14Shaking.
00:20:15Grimacing.
00:20:17Grunting.
00:20:26After an hour and 48, Luke is out.
00:20:30And poverty wins.
00:20:32Final immunity.
00:20:36My legs are crazy.
00:20:38Oh my God.
00:20:39Oh my God.
00:20:40I'm so crying.
00:20:41I know.
00:20:42I know.
00:20:43Oh my God.
00:20:46Oh.
00:20:47Oh.
00:20:51Oh.
00:20:53Oh.
00:20:58Are you okay?
00:20:59Are you okay?
00:21:00I'll part.
00:21:01Oh sweetie.
00:21:02You did so well.
00:21:03You're a machine.
00:21:04Oh my God.
00:21:05That last one.
00:21:06Oh my God.
00:21:07Oh my.
00:21:08Oh my God.
00:21:12Oh my God.
00:21:13Oh.
00:21:14Oh my God.
00:21:15Oh my God.
00:21:16Oh.
00:21:17You know, I had emotional cells.
00:21:22Sweet to go.
00:21:24Good job.
00:21:25Were you in trouble?
00:21:27Were you bad or good there?
00:21:29I was going to survive as long as it needed.
00:21:32That last peg?
00:21:33That was very sharp.
00:21:42Poverty, come on over.
00:21:43Oh, my God.
00:21:45Here it is.
00:21:47Most important immunity is yours.
00:21:49How does that feel?
00:21:50It feels so good.
00:21:52Yeah?
00:21:52Yeah.
00:21:53I want to be in that final.
00:21:55I want to, like, win this game.
00:21:57And it means so much to me.
00:21:59And I've never won the final immunity.
00:22:01Well, there it is.
00:22:02This is a first for me.
00:22:04Fantastic.
00:22:04Well, you've guaranteed yourself a spot in that final tribal.
00:22:08You're going to have a chance to plead your case.
00:22:10As for the rest of you, tribal council tonight,
00:22:12where one of you will become the seventh and final member of our jury.
00:22:15Well done, everyone.
00:22:16Head back to camp.
00:22:17I'll see you tonight.
00:22:18Oh.
00:22:19Well, we're back.
00:22:40Yeah, we are back.
00:22:41There's a bit of smoke in the fire.
00:22:43Stop it.
00:22:45Last night, guys.
00:22:46Yeah.
00:22:47Oh, my gosh.
00:22:52This is the, uh, such a weird scramble at four.
00:22:56Yeah.
00:22:57Oh, my God.
00:22:57It's like it's the most disgusting scramble that it is that you can get.
00:23:03I won the final immunity challenge, and I'm sitting in the final three, guaranteed.
00:23:09Now, I'm going to do everything I can to get Sarie to final three.
00:23:13I want her there at the end with me.
00:23:16I want her there at the end with me.
00:23:18Three?
00:23:19Yes.
00:23:20Kelly?
00:23:21Sure.
00:23:22Sure.
00:23:24Sports.
00:23:24This was the only challenge I needed to win.
00:23:30The only one.
00:23:32All set.
00:23:34I think we're going to have breakfast.
00:23:35We're going to have breakfast in the world.
00:23:37But if Luke gets there, then he's going to be really hard to beat.
00:23:47I agree.
00:23:49I know Luke is going to take it from any of us if we go there.
00:23:53Luke is a big threat in front of the jury.
00:23:57It's in Janine's best interest to work with us.
00:24:00She wants to sit in the final three, guaranteed.
00:24:04We split the vote.
00:24:05Mm-hmm.
00:24:05And Janine doesn't vote for him, and he goes to fire, you're gone.
00:24:09So I was like, I don't want that to happen.
00:24:11Right.
00:24:11I want to make sure that Janine is 100%.
00:24:14I know going into this tribal council, if Sarie has to do fire against Luke, Sarie's going to lose.
00:24:22So we need to get it locked in.
00:24:25It's been a pleasure knowing and playing with you.
00:24:44Could I catch you in that favour?
00:24:47Any time I can catch you in that favour there, Janine?
00:24:49I said to you 14 days ago.
00:24:52Yeah.
00:24:53It stays.
00:24:54Yeah.
00:24:57I have a good feeling that Parvani and Sarie will want me out of this game.
00:25:01So tonight, I feel like I've only got one option.
00:25:05Myself and Janine voting Sarie, and we go to a tie.
00:25:10That means me and Sarie go to fire.
00:25:14Well, yeah.
00:25:15I'm writing down Sarie, so if you write down Sarie and I've seen that second Sarie, I know
00:25:20I've got that little chance of fire, you know?
00:25:22Yeah.
00:25:25You know, I didn't tell her about my idol.
00:25:28There's been mistakes made.
00:25:30But last night, I gave Janine my necklace, protecting her.
00:25:36And Janine did promise me she would take me to final three.
00:25:41So I'm praying to God.
00:25:44I'm praying that she feels this way still.
00:25:48So I'm going to vote that tonight.
00:25:52Obviously, it's up to you to do your magic if you want to do it, you know?
00:25:55But I'm putting all my eggs in your basket.
00:26:02Janine?
00:26:04Let's go chat.
00:26:06All right, let's go chat.
00:26:14It's so close to the end.
00:26:16Oh.
00:26:16Oh, it's so close.
00:26:19I know.
00:26:19It's so close.
00:26:20Oh, it's too bad.
00:26:22It's too bad.
00:26:23I know.
00:26:24I do trust Janine.
00:26:26And Janine, Mrs. Shark Tank, knows deals.
00:26:30And she knows that this is a smart deal for her to go to a final three.
00:26:36I know Luke is going to push you hard.
00:26:38Because he knows if he makes fire between any of us, he'll win.
00:26:42But listen, Luke is the only man still left in this game.
00:26:47No, I know it.
00:26:48If Luke sits next to Christ himself, he's going to win.
00:26:53Anyone.
00:26:56If Luke sits there, we just hand him a check.
00:27:00Right?
00:27:00We hand him the game.
00:27:01Forget about the check.
00:27:02We hand him the title.
00:27:03We handed him the days that we've been out here pushing and struggling and staying in.
00:27:09And that's what it's about.
00:27:10There are so many mixed emotions.
00:27:14The pros of letting Luke go to fire is that I've stuck to my word.
00:27:18I said I was going to do it, and I did it.
00:27:22The cons is my chances of winning Soul Survivor are seriously diminished.
00:27:29I'd be thrilled for us three ladies to sit in the final three.
00:27:34So that's it for me.
00:27:37I don't want to let Luke down.
00:27:39But ultimately, I have to think about what's good for me, too.
00:27:54I'd be thrilled for us three ladies to sit in the final three.
00:27:58So that's it for me.
00:28:01So I have a choice.
00:28:02Right.
00:28:02My choice is to go with you guys, which I want to anyway.
00:28:06Me too.
00:28:06I want to anyway, right?
00:28:07I know.
00:28:08That's amazing.
00:28:08Or do I, well, I don't really have a plan B.
00:28:12Right.
00:28:12I don't have a plan B.
00:28:13Right.
00:28:14I would love to be with the two of you at the end.
00:28:17Absolutely.
00:28:17I want to make sure that Janine is 100%.
00:28:28So far, it looks good.
00:28:30As long as Janine doesn't crack.
00:28:32I didn't know if Janine would be willing to turn on Luke, but it looks like she really is.
00:28:38And this is music to my ears.
00:28:39And this is music to my ears.
00:28:41I think she's good.
00:28:43I think she is.
00:28:43She wants to win.
00:28:50It's full circle moments for multiple people out here.
00:28:55I was in this exact same position five years ago and final four and I lost.
00:29:05So tonight, I'm asking a favour from the godmother, the fairy godmother.
00:29:10And I'm hoping she sprinkles that little bit of pinky dust on me in embers and she lets me go to fire.
00:29:23Let's go.
00:29:53We're now bringing our jury.
00:30:04Sarah, Kirby, Cass, Tommy, Lisa and Shani voted out in the last tribal council.
00:30:14So poverty, after 15 manic days of Survivor, here we are so close to the end and we're left with two Aussies and two world players.
00:30:28What do you think that says about this game?
00:30:29Like, this is the most special experience of Survivor I've ever had.
00:30:36I think because of this group of people and the international people, it's a real privilege.
00:30:43And it just feels like such an honour to be in this position.
00:30:49So I know that winning would be important for you personally.
00:30:54But is there any level of patriotism attached to this for you?
00:30:58Is it important that a world player should win?
00:31:00I think, yeah, we all want to represent where we come from and we have a level of pride in our country.
00:31:10It does sort of feel like the Olympics in that way.
00:31:12But I'd like to think that it stopped being Aussie strong, world strong after the merge.
00:31:19It was like, OK, we're doing this game because this is the greatest game of Survivor ever of all time.
00:31:27But, Luke, you fought hard to keep Aussies in the game.
00:31:31What would it mean to you to be at the final try ball representing your country?
00:31:38Oh, look, you know, it would be like a pleasure.
00:31:43I know right now I'm in a little bit of trouble.
00:31:47So right now I'd love to try to go in Aussie strong, at least two Aussies, one American,
00:31:57because that gives us a way better chance of an Aussie taking a home rather than an American.
00:32:08Janine, what would you say to that?
00:32:09Look, I think when you get down to four, there is that Australian world divide.
00:32:18But when you get down to four, you really have to play an individual game.
00:32:22Because at the end of the day, you have to get to the right three at the end
00:32:27to have a chance to be able to convince these people over here to give you that title.
00:32:31Sariah, I'm assuming that you would consider yourself to be part of that right three at the end.
00:32:44I would love to be part of that right three at the end.
00:32:48But as Janine says, when it gets to four, the lines get a little blurred.
00:32:54Poverty, what would it mean to you to have Sariah with you at the end of this game?
00:33:07It would mean a lot.
00:33:08It feels like this game is sort of like rewriting history for me, and I want her there.
00:33:15And Sariah, remind me, how many times have you played?
00:33:19Counting this time would be five.
00:33:21Five, right?
00:33:22And you've never gotten to the end, but you've gotten super close a couple times.
00:33:26So how would you feel about getting to the end on this one?
00:33:31I think it would be like a culmination of my survivor journey that started almost 20 years ago,
00:33:37and I could maybe lay down my survivor hat.
00:33:42So, Poverty, is it fair to assume that you two are going to be voting together tonight?
00:33:46I think that's pretty fair to assume.
00:33:51So, Janine, obviously, Poverty and Sariah are going to vote together.
00:33:57What are the chances that we're going to go to fire tonight?
00:34:05It's not a fun night tonight, right?
00:34:07I'm not sitting here going, oh, but here we are, you know,
00:34:09because there is someone I care about very deeply that is going to be disappointed.
00:34:17But there's conversations that have been had, and there's decisions that have been made,
00:34:22and, you know, sometimes you've just got to, you know, stick with what you've said.
00:34:26All right, well, I think it is time to vote.
00:34:34Sari, you're up.
00:34:35This is only because I don't have another choice.
00:35:03This is only because I don't have another choice.
00:35:33Sari, one of the greatest.
00:35:37If, for whatever reason, you go home tonight and I don't,
00:35:42I just know it has been a pleasure.
00:35:44Yeah.
00:35:44Yeah.
00:35:44I don't know.
00:35:45I don't know.
00:36:15This is not that lively.
00:36:40I'm going to count the votes.
00:36:45All right.
00:37:05I'll read the votes.
00:37:06First vote, Luke.
00:37:21Sari.
00:37:22One vote, Luke.
00:37:24One vote, Sari.
00:37:29Luke.
00:37:30Two votes, Luke.
00:37:31One vote, Sari.
00:37:32One vote left.
00:37:46Sari.
00:37:47We're tied.
00:37:48All right.
00:37:55We're going to go to a fire-making challenge to determine who's going to survive to see
00:38:00another day.
00:38:01Down there somewhere.
00:38:12This is more cave than man cave.
00:38:15He went to search for a better deal on our current home insurance.
00:38:17I haven't seen him since.
00:38:19It's been three months.
00:38:22Still searching, hon.
00:38:23With renewal prices like these, it's no wonder.
00:38:25This is shit, I'm like, Budget Direct paid out over $1.5 billion on claims in the last
00:38:3212 months.
00:38:33So quote with Budget Direct first.
00:38:35All right, Sari and Luke, you both have the same fire-making materials.
00:39:00The goal is to make a fire high enough to burn through that rope.
00:39:05First person to do so earns their spot at tomorrow night's final tribal.
00:39:10Loser is going to be the final member of our jury.
00:39:13Stakes don't get any higher.
00:39:14Are you ready?
00:39:16Yes.
00:39:18All right.
00:39:18You may begin.
00:39:19Good luck.
00:39:22Sari.
00:39:24You have a flint, knife, coconut husk, and kinlay.
00:39:29Keep it cool, Luke.
00:39:35Luke, scraping the magnesium.
00:39:41Sari, doing the same.
00:39:43Come on, Sari.
00:39:48Luke, go for a spot.
00:39:51Wasting no time.
00:39:53Can he get it to catch?
00:39:54Sari, going for a spark now.
00:40:12Lots of spark from Luke.
00:40:18He's got it.
00:40:19There it is.
00:40:22He gets a flame.
00:40:26Now he needs to keep it going.
00:40:31Luke, swinging it back and forth.
00:40:35Rock the baby like Sarah did.
00:40:38Sari, can she get that husk to catch?
00:40:45She's been here before.
00:40:50Meanwhile, Luke...
00:40:53has the flame going now.
00:40:55He's going to build it up with some kindling.
00:41:04Keep it cool.
00:41:08Now he's trying to get that kindling to catch.
00:41:11Trying to build it up.
00:41:13I'm going for something to do.
00:41:15What?
00:41:17Flame dropping away again.
00:41:20Oh, my God.
00:41:21It's stressing me out.
00:41:32Sari, going for a spark again.
00:41:36There it is, Sari.
00:41:38There you go.
00:41:39Sari, has a little flame going now.
00:41:44Keep it alive.
00:41:45Can she keep it going?
00:41:46Put the kindling.
00:41:51Luke still has a lot of smoke.
00:41:55Relax, Luke.
00:41:56Stay calm.
00:41:57Tiny flame inside there.
00:42:02Oh, this is intense.
00:42:03What's happening?
00:42:08And it catches for Luke.
00:42:12Puts on some more kindling.
00:42:18Sari, flame disappears.
00:42:21Sari's trying to nurse her fire back.
00:42:28Oh, my God.
00:42:30Holy moly.
00:42:31And all of Luke's kindling collapses.
00:42:35Smothering his fire.
00:42:39Oh, my God.
00:42:41Just relax, Luke.
00:42:43Keep your call.
00:42:44That opens the door for Sari.
00:42:47Sari.
00:42:49Sari, cool, calm, and collected.
00:42:54Oh.
00:43:00More huff.
00:43:02Poverty.
00:43:02Trying to help her out.
00:43:05Would love to keep her friend in this game.
00:43:08Sari, slowly building up that fire.
00:43:19Good job, Sari.
00:43:21Luke's fire.
00:43:22A bit of a mess at this point.
00:43:26Quickly rebuilding his structure.
00:43:28Sari, trying to give her fire some more oxygen.
00:43:38Puts on some more husk.
00:43:41Oh, Sari.
00:43:45Oh, put it higher.
00:43:47Luke, trying to build his fire up high enough to reach that rope.
00:43:51More kindling, Sari.
00:44:01Luke has a nice little teepee reconstructed there.
00:44:07Carefully putting it together this time.
00:44:09He doesn't want it to collapse again.
00:44:13Oh, my God.
00:44:15Meanwhile, Sari, getting to the kindling now.
00:44:23A little, yeah, make it a higher, Sari.
00:44:26Trying to catch up to Luke.
00:44:27There you go.
00:44:29Teepee it up.
00:44:30You've got to make it taller.
00:44:31Luke's fire is starting to lick that rope.
00:44:36But his structure collapses again.
00:44:41Keep you cool.
00:44:42Wind is pushing that flame around.
00:44:46Holy cow.
00:44:48Sari, trying to build hers up.
00:44:51She blows it out.
00:44:55Brings it back again.
00:45:01Luke has a legit fire going on there.
00:45:08It's high enough.
00:45:09Just keeps avoiding that rope.
00:45:19Sari is building her fire up.
00:45:21Now hers is starting to touch the rope.
00:45:24This is so close.
00:45:29Luke's fire all over the side of that rope there.
00:45:33Sari keeps on chipping away.
00:45:35Keeps building hers up.
00:45:37Good job, Sari.
00:45:38The wind keeps pushing Luke's flame around.
00:45:43Luke just keeps adding more wood.
00:45:50More oxygen.
00:45:55His rope is on fire.
00:45:57There you go.
00:45:58The rope's on fire.
00:45:59There you go.
00:46:00Yes!
00:46:04Oh, my God.
00:46:05Luke wins the spot back in the game.
00:46:08Amazingly close with that.
00:46:12Oh, my God.
00:46:13I thought I lost it.
00:46:14Wow.
00:46:15Congratulations, Luke.
00:46:16Luke, how does that feel?
00:46:20Look, I've got to say a big thanks to Jay.
00:46:23Thank you, Jay, for letting me go through the top two.
00:46:27It means the world.
00:46:28And Sari, again, so close.
00:46:33Yeah.
00:46:39Obviously, I'm devastated that I got this close.
00:46:42But at the same time, I'm proud that I was at least in it this time.
00:46:48Last time I tried to make fire, there was nothing.
00:46:51Look at this.
00:46:52This is a beautiful fire.
00:46:54And I had an absolute blast.
00:46:56There it is.
00:46:57Yay!
00:46:57So I'll leave with my head held high.
00:47:05I'm so proud of this little fire.
00:47:07You don't know how much this means to me.
00:47:09Like, because I know I have it in me to do it.
00:47:12It's like everything in my life.
00:47:13I have to challenge myself because I know that it's in there.
00:47:18It just struggles to come out sometimes.
00:47:21And this one just came out a little later than Luke's, so.
00:47:25That's the way it goes.
00:47:27Oh, Jonathan, I don't want to hear you say it.
00:47:30Oh, Sari.
00:47:33Oh, my God.
00:47:34I'm sorry I tried.
00:47:36I know.
00:47:37I know.
00:47:38I love you.
00:47:39I know.
00:47:40Bring it home.
00:47:40How about that?
00:47:41Mm-hmm.
00:47:42Do that.
00:47:44Ah.
00:47:46All right, Luke.
00:47:47See you.
00:47:49So am I fired up?
00:47:55Hey.
00:47:57Congrats.
00:47:57Thanks.
00:47:58Good job.
00:47:58Thanks, Bob.
00:48:02Don't do it, Jonathan.
00:48:03Don't do it.
00:48:05Well, Sari, you've played a great game.
00:48:07It's been such a privilege to have you out here.
00:48:09Thank you for coming to join us.
00:48:11Thank you for having me.
00:48:12I know.
00:48:12The tribe has spoken.
00:48:13Ah!
00:48:17Damn.
00:48:17I know.
00:48:18I know.
00:48:19All right.
00:48:19Bye, guys.
00:48:21Kick-ass, Parvati.
00:48:22I'll put my talent on you.
00:48:28I hate the title, the best survivor player to never win.
00:48:33Um, but I guess I'm going to have to wear it.
00:48:35I think it's only fair that Luke has a chance of actually getting back in the game.
00:48:41Who I want to win is Parv.
00:48:44Who I think may win is Luke.
00:48:47And I try to tell Janine, if Luke gets to this final three, Luke has a great chance.
00:48:54We'll have to see.
00:49:22Oh.
00:49:23I am so devastated.
00:49:27It feels like a tragedy that Sari was put in the position of going up against Luke for
00:49:35fire.
00:49:37Having Sari here as my number one and to get so close to the end and watch her go out in
00:49:44flames, it felt like such a heartbreak.
00:49:48Like, to have made it all the way to the final three and, like, knowing that I had to win
00:49:56that final immunity challenge or I would have been out.
00:49:58It's like this bittersweet farewell.
00:50:04But I still have final tribal, so I have to regroup, I have to refocus, and I have to keep going
00:50:12in this game and stay in it.
00:50:13Oh!
00:50:14Oh!
00:50:15Oh!
00:50:16Oh!
00:50:17Oh!
00:50:18Oh!
00:50:19Oh!
00:50:20Oh!
00:50:21Oh!
00:50:22Oh!
00:50:23Oh!
00:50:24Oh!
00:50:25Oh!
00:50:26Oh!
00:50:27Oh!
00:50:28Oh!
00:50:29Oh, my God.
00:50:30Oh, my God.
00:50:31Hopefully we get a big breakfast this morning.
00:50:32our final tribal yeah i'm gonna bring the heat with my speech i know you're a keynote speaker
00:50:41and you're really good at speaking but oh my i'm coming for you guys this is not this is
00:50:48i've done everything i could to prove that i'm the greatest of all time
00:50:53but what makes survivor one of the hardest games to play you don't have the power at the end
00:51:00you're giving the power away to these people who you've burned the last time i was here in samoa
00:51:07i got so close to the end and was burned by a bitter jury
00:51:13so i'm hoping that tonight things go a little differently
00:51:19i gotta see if your big body's blocking it
00:51:21oh my god oh my god should we have champagne a champagne toast champagne toast let's start
00:51:34with champagne
00:51:39three oh my god cheers cheers guys hey also you know here's the friendship yeah yeah 100
00:51:47unlikely friendships unlikely and also loyalty in a game that is full of lies and deception
00:51:54and and also when someone gives a word they keep it no true that yeah much love
00:52:00i went through a wave of emotions yesterday tribal council i thought it was a good chance i was
00:52:08getting sent home but you know what there's a little bit of heart left in this game and janeed
00:52:13showed that last night why giving me a chance so this is what it feels like the final three breakfasts
00:52:23something has evaded me for such a long time i know me too you've made it here you are
00:52:30i'm finally at the last hurdle i need to get my words correct i need to speak from the heart
00:52:36you know how much this means to me you just did that so fast yeah like it was traveling you know i truly
00:52:45love this game and uh to be crowned sole survival of the world it's actually seasoned perfectly thank you
00:52:57i'm there for you oh my god all the way to the end all the way everyone needs a janine in their life
00:53:03what i am really proud of is that i played this game really like a godmother
00:53:12i took people out and blindsided when i had to but ultimately i was loyal to the family
00:53:21okay we won't be needing this anymore last time you ever do that
00:53:26how i'm gonna win this game is like i do in business you just need to have the emotional
00:53:36intelligence to read the room goodbye samoa luke and poverty they are incredible players
00:53:48but i am backing myself in my ability to talk to the jury and public speaking and i can do that
00:53:57really well
00:54:08so
00:54:10so
00:54:18so
00:54:20Luke, you feeling good?
00:54:36I'm doing great.
00:54:38All right, we're now bringing our jury.
00:54:42Sarah, Kirby, Cass, Tommy, Lisa, Shawnee.
00:54:50And Serene voted out last Tribal Council.
00:54:56All right.
00:54:58So here we are, the final Tribal Council with one American and two Aussies.
00:55:04Poverty, Janine, and Luke, you have gone as far as you can go in this game.
00:55:10And tonight, the power shifts to them.
00:55:15The jury.
00:55:16Seven people that you've had a hand in voting out, either directly or indirectly.
00:55:20We'll now decide which of you three deserves to win this game.
00:55:28This is how it's going to work.
00:55:30Each going to make an opening statement.
00:55:32This is your chance to convince the jury that you deserve the title of Soul Survivor and the quarter million dollars that goes with it.
00:55:40Then it's going to be the jury's turn.
00:55:42They're going to ask you questions, lots of questions, and you'll try to answer them.
00:55:48Once everyone's had their say, the jury are going to vote.
00:55:52Decide who's the greatest player of all time.
00:55:55All right, Janine, you want to kick us off?
00:56:03I want the title of Soul Survivor.
00:56:13I want it.
00:56:14Right?
00:56:15The money is second.
00:56:18So let's talk about what I think about the game of Survivor.
00:56:22I see Survivor as a game of loyalty and trust.
00:56:27You just have to pick the right people.
00:56:29And my person came in the form of Luke.
00:56:36So we go into merge.
00:56:40It didn't go well for us.
00:56:42I believed that we were staying straight strong.
00:56:45But after that time that you got sent out, Sarah, I went, lied to me once, fool on them.
00:56:53Lied to me twice, fool on me.
00:56:55And so I actually knew we have to take Kirby out.
00:57:03And you do not miss when you swing at someone like Kirby.
00:57:06We executed the plan really effectively.
00:57:11And I could see the path to top four.
00:57:15It wasn't by accident.
00:57:16It was planned and calculated.
00:57:18And I had a majority with Saree, Parvati and Luke.
00:57:22So we were at the final four.
00:57:28I actually felt really conflicted.
00:57:34You know, Luke is all hard, right?
00:57:37And so he's a tough man to beat.
00:57:41But, you know, sometimes you've just got to stick with what you've said.
00:57:45That fire challenge.
00:57:46That was probably my biggest yet hardest move that I made in this game.
00:57:53But I think the way you win this game and the way you can get to the end is honestly, trust and loyalty.
00:58:04And I actually say loyal.
00:58:05So I think to summarise, my survivor game is actually flawless.
00:58:15And to actually have a strategy, a plan, and then an execution of that plan was actually gold.
00:58:22All right, Luke.
00:58:37First, I want to just start with a little story, okay?
00:58:40In 2017, when I applied for Survivor, I got put in a room of about 40 people.
00:58:46And we got asked a question, what will make you a great Survivor player?
00:58:51And I said, I'm going to be the one of the most dominant Survivor players the world has ever seen.
00:58:59And do you know what?
00:59:00Everyone laughed.
00:59:01Now I'm here, and I'm so happy, because I love this game.
00:59:10And I can outwit, I can outplay, but I've never been able to outlast.
00:59:15So to finally get that bit right means I've finally got the last piece to the puzzle.
00:59:22Now you probably want to hear about the game.
00:59:26Day three, I found my idol.
00:59:29And I feel like I was the one looking the most.
00:59:31So I was stoked with that.
00:59:35Now the George vote.
00:59:36We get George out.
00:59:38One thing happened in that vote that was really important.
00:59:41It was me and Jay.
00:59:42Jay Whistler was in my ear, and she asked me to change the vote in Tribal Council.
00:59:46And I said, done.
00:59:48And we promised ourselves that we would get to final three together.
00:59:51I made a deal with one of the greatest CEOs, businesswomen, that Australia has ever seen.
00:59:58It was a contract, would you say?
01:00:03And it has served me well, as you can see.
01:00:05After all that, the first vote in Merge, I wanted to stay Australia strong.
01:00:12I preached it very well, and I didn't want you to go, Sarah.
01:00:16But Sarah went home, and I sat on the beach that night, and I was like, oh my God, I need
01:00:24to do something.
01:00:25We are now in the minority.
01:00:26So I ran to the wolf pack, Tommy, Lisa, and Cass, and I said, school Australia, I'm ready
01:00:35to go around a world trip and play with you guys, yous three.
01:00:38But unfortunately, the next day, you didn't take anyone to the spa, and then we didn't
01:00:44get spoken to all day.
01:00:46Me and Shani felt like stray dogs.
01:00:49And that's when I started realising that the move to go with yous guys isn't there anymore.
01:00:57It needs to be with Parvati, and it needs to be with Saree and Janine.
01:01:01But on that crazy tribal, I learnt something.
01:01:05Parvati had a parchment that could take someone's idol, and after lots of back and forth, I managed
01:01:12to get her to rip up the parchment.
01:01:16Now, the last immunity challenge, I fought tooth and nail against Parv, but I lost, now
01:01:26I've only got one option.
01:01:28Janine.
01:01:28I lost that debt.
01:01:32And Jay repaid that favour and let me go to fire.
01:01:39We said we could work it to the end, and we did.
01:01:44I am Survivor.
01:01:46I feel like I'm the heart of this game.
01:01:50I believe that I am a great representation of Australia Survivor.
01:01:56But I think I would be an even better representation for World Survivor.
01:02:09All right, Parv.
01:02:12You ready to go?
01:02:18Survivor, for me, has been a 20-year love affair.
01:02:23And I never, ever would have anticipated sitting here in the final three, playing nearly 20 years
01:02:35later.
01:02:35But to have this be a world season of Survivor, like, what?
01:02:43I can't say no to that.
01:02:44And I think this is the best game of Survivor I've ever played in my life.
01:02:48So I'll share a little bit about my game.
01:02:54I hit the ground running at the beach as one of the biggest targets.
01:03:00I know that, especially coming here with Sarie.
01:03:05So it was really important for me to reconnect with Sarie right away to see if this relationship
01:03:10was going to stick.
01:03:11And as soon as we had our first conversation, I was like, that's my girl.
01:03:16A hundred percent.
01:03:17And we were just locked back in, just like we were in Micronesia, like no time had passed.
01:03:23So once we get to the merge, it's auction time.
01:03:27So I'm really excited about this auction.
01:03:31Then we get there, and this bonehead evicts me from the auction.
01:03:37And I'm like, come on, Luke.
01:03:39You should know better.
01:03:40You've played Australian Survivor multiple times.
01:03:44You know nothing's as straightforward as just sending someone home.
01:03:47And there was an advantage for me on the beach, which gave me the opportunity to steal some
01:03:58of Idol.
01:04:00So then we're at merge.
01:04:03And then from that point, I got this sense that the game was shifting.
01:04:08I felt like people were starting to think about the end game.
01:04:11And I was worried that I would not be the person that maybe Lisa, Cass, and Tommy wanted
01:04:17to sit next to at the end.
01:04:20So then when I sensed that there could be a move being made on me, I felt like, okay,
01:04:26here's my time.
01:04:27I got to make some pandemonium at this tribal council.
01:04:31Pull out my Idol, put it around my neck.
01:04:34But I'm like, I still don't feel safe.
01:04:36Gathered the troops, Luke and Janine.
01:04:38And I was like, all right, I'm going to vote with you guys tonight because I just feel
01:04:42like something is amiss.
01:04:45And then Cass whips out her Idol.
01:04:47And I was like, oh, I wasn't expecting that.
01:04:50But then I remembered I had the advantage.
01:04:52So you've got to be on your toes out here.
01:04:54I pull out my advantage.
01:04:55Read the first two lines, which say, oh, this is knowledge is power.
01:04:59You can steal someone's immunity.
01:05:01But I don't read the third line that says, you have to present this to Jonathan before
01:05:06he says it's time to vote.
01:05:08I keep that information to myself.
01:05:14And then once I shared that advantage and I said that in tribal, Luke got so scared that
01:05:24he came up to me and was like, please rip up your advantage.
01:05:28I have an Idol.
01:05:29I haven't told anyone about it.
01:05:30But he told me, giving me complete power over his game.
01:05:37So with that said, I know that I am sitting here next to Australia's national treasure and
01:05:49an OG, like amazing businesswoman, keynote speaker, powerhouse.
01:05:55But I'm hoping that tonight your vote is based on who's played the best game.
01:06:07Because the game that they played was the best game.
01:06:11All right, jury, you've heard three pitches.
01:06:22Now it's your turn to ask questions and hold these three accountable.
01:06:26Lisa, you want to kick us off?
01:06:51Obviously, I really like Survivor.
01:06:57It makes me very, very happy.
01:07:00So Luke, I was wondering if you could tell me something about Survivor that makes you as
01:07:04happy as Survivor makes me.
01:07:05Man, I just like catching crabs.
01:07:10I like running around the jungle, jumping off cliffs.
01:07:13I like the fire part.
01:07:15I thrive out here.
01:07:17That's why I say I am Survivor.
01:07:20And here I am now next to Janine and Parvati.
01:07:25And I can just imagine how happy and how honoured you guys must be to sit next to the world's
01:07:31greatest player.
01:07:31Sorry, what do you got?
01:07:38Ms. Parvati, my question for you, Parv, the night when I lost that fire, I felt obviously
01:07:48devastated.
01:07:50But I felt that you were more devastated than I was.
01:07:54Why was it so important for you for me to be sitting here with you?
01:08:01It's so miraculous to have a Survivor soulmate.
01:08:19And I was like, if Sari wants to work with me and we can lock in like we did in Micronesia,
01:08:28to have another chance, I'm going to get her to the end of the game.
01:08:34And as soon as I knew you had to go up against Luke at fire, I was like, this is going to be
01:08:38a bloodbath.
01:08:42I was like trying to cheer you on.
01:08:44And you got the fire and then you almost got it.
01:08:46And I was like, she's going to do it.
01:08:50And then you did it.
01:08:51And I'm like, oh, it just feels like, it feels like a sinking feeling.
01:08:59Like I wanted you, I wanted you to be sitting here.
01:09:02I really did.
01:09:03All right, Tommy, what do you got for us?
01:09:12Party.
01:09:13So for me, there was times in the game when I tried to play with you.
01:09:18Were you ever going to play with me or were you just playing me?
01:09:22No, I was playing with you when we got to, before we got to the merge, it was world strong.
01:09:30Yeah, yeah, it's five people, but like with me, like where you never like.
01:09:34Oh.
01:09:35Well, yeah, it's just like, I love your spirit and your essence in this game, but I saw how
01:09:45close you were with Lisa and Kat.
01:09:47So I invested my time and energy in the women that I had previously aligned with, trying to
01:09:53work with Kirby.
01:09:54Basically, it was world strong, woman strong, and never Tommy strong.
01:10:00It's just not going to be our love story.
01:10:02I'm sorry.
01:10:04I can't work with everybody.
01:10:05Yeah.
01:10:06I want to work with you, Tommy.
01:10:09Okay, let's go on there.
01:10:11So look, you've been since day one Aussie strong.
01:10:15Yeah.
01:10:15You said yesterday, last the tribal, that you even wanted the Australian win this thing.
01:10:21Yes.
01:10:21So why wouldn't I take the play from that playbook and vote world strong tonight?
01:10:30I totally understand.
01:10:32And you know what, Tommy?
01:10:34I had to fight from the bottom.
01:10:37The moment Nocera got taken, I straight away knew we'd lost majority.
01:10:43And that's why I ran up to you.
01:10:45And I was sitting in a perfect position.
01:10:49Shawnee and me had voted with you guys.
01:10:51We were ready to make the move.
01:10:52It was proof.
01:10:53We wrote it down.
01:10:55Yet at the same time, I did have Jay.
01:10:58And Jay was saying, play with Sari and play with Pa.
01:11:02But I actually wanted to work with you.
01:11:05If you took me and Shawnee to the spa, even one of us probably, no doubt you would have still
01:11:11had me and Shawnee, and you would have had the five, and I would have taken out these
01:11:15guys, but you didn't.
01:11:19You just, like, left us out to dry for 24 hours and then expected us to vote with you.
01:11:26You know, I just felt more like abandoned to the fact that let's jump over with Sari and Pa.
01:11:31I played the safe vote.
01:11:39I actually feel like I didn't take the crazy blind side.
01:11:43I didn't take the crazy move.
01:11:45And that's how I've got here in final three.
01:11:52All right, Cass, what do you got?
01:11:54Cass, I think you and I were each other's fiercest competition out here.
01:12:24So if the tables were turned and I was on the jury and you were here, you would get
01:12:27my vote.
01:12:30And Lisa as well.
01:12:33And Sari, the women who are in my women's alliance.
01:12:36And maybe Kirby.
01:12:41Because Kirby also has shown up as this huge player.
01:12:46And I think if you come in and want to play at a high level of competition and you want
01:12:52to, like, really run and gun this game, then you will vote for the person who was on the
01:12:57right side of the votes, whose plan came through every single time, who knew what was going
01:13:02on, and was already one of the biggest threats in the game and outlasted some of the other
01:13:08massive threats in the game.
01:13:13All right, Sarah.
01:13:16Janine.
01:13:17Funny thing about jury, we do talk.
01:13:20Yep.
01:13:21So we do get insights into people's games and we come here wanting to clarify the missing
01:13:26pieces.
01:13:27Just because your game is so based around loyalty, Kirby and I have been chatting, Kirby
01:13:35was Aussie Strong until you had that conversation with her, saying that I was throwing her name
01:13:43out there, which I was.
01:13:46But I think you're a smart enough person to know that if you start stoking the flames, Kirby
01:13:51will move, and, you know, that broke our Aussie Strong agreement, and it played you into a
01:14:00minority with Luke.
01:14:02It was Janine that broke up the Aussies.
01:14:04Yeah.
01:14:08God damn it!
01:14:11You say you played a flawless game, and I can't look past that little floor.
01:14:16Because, um, you were actually going for each other, um, I felt like I had to choose.
01:14:26Yes.
01:14:27Right?
01:14:27Not then, though.
01:14:29But, like, I thought that it was important for Kirby to know what was going on.
01:14:34Not then, though.
01:14:46Because, um, you were actually going for each other, um...
01:14:58Yes.
01:14:58I felt like I had to choose.
01:15:00Yes.
01:15:01Right?
01:15:01So I...
01:15:01Not then, though.
01:15:04But, like, I thought that it was important for Kirby to know what was going on.
01:15:08Not then, though.
01:15:08I wanted to play with Kirby, and I wanted to get her trust.
01:15:15Now, if I got that trust back, and she actually told me she was voting for you, then maybe
01:15:22I would have had an opportunity to say, whoa, Bessie, we want to be Aussie Strong, we want
01:15:28to keep the majority.
01:15:29So I don't...
01:15:30Did you not, um...
01:15:32So did you not tell Janine that...
01:15:33Well, she knew that, obviously, I would become headhunting.
01:15:40I didn't know, Sarah.
01:15:41I didn't know.
01:15:45But when you said to me I needed to be wary of this, Queen...
01:15:48Yep, yep.
01:15:49If you know the way I play, if I hear my name, I'm coming.
01:15:56No, no, but, no, the thing is, though, you still make your own choices.
01:16:03All right, Sharni.
01:16:14Got a question?
01:16:15Luke.
01:16:16Yeah.
01:16:17Was there any, like, single moment that you felt the most vulnerable, and then how did you
01:16:22flip that around to now be sitting at the final three from the bottom?
01:16:27Yeah, oh, look, uh, I think when we voted Cass out, I think when we went for that second
01:16:35immunity, I thought that was the time where I needed to win.
01:16:40And I learnt something in that tribal.
01:16:43Parvati had a parchment that could take someone's idol.
01:16:46So, I joined up with Parvati, and you've got to understand, for me to get her to rip up
01:16:55that parchment, that's a crazy move.
01:16:57It only benefits me.
01:17:00As much as she can sit there and go, it benefits her, she could have taken my idol straight off
01:17:04me, left me powerless, and blindsided me.
01:17:07Like, I didn't do that, because I wanted to play with Luke.
01:17:16I thought, he's a big threat in this game, he's willing to go to the end with me, let's
01:17:19do it.
01:17:20So, I was willing to do the trust exercise to rip up the parchment.
01:17:23That was a conscious choice for me, to build trust with Luke and Janine, so that Seri and
01:17:29I would have a four going into the final.
01:17:38All right, Kirby.
01:17:42Um, this is to you, Parv.
01:17:46I knew from day one that I wanted to stand next to the Queen and up there and play this
01:17:54game with you, told you the truth, everything that I knew, and everything else.
01:17:58All I want to know is, was that a consideration for you at all?
01:18:06So, that mattered to me, and I wanted to play with you too.
01:18:11I just felt like we could do some real damage in this game.
01:18:17Just like, Bonnie and Clyde.
01:18:19But were we ever going to be in it, or was I just getting broken up with?
01:18:23I wanted to work with you, and I believed you.
01:18:29When you were saying, like, I'm committed, I'm with you, and I was like, yeah, let's do
01:18:35this.
01:18:35Like, I felt that with you.
01:18:37And then, when we got to merge, I'd already, I already had this solid four.
01:18:45And they were like, okay, we got to take out Kirby.
01:18:50And I was like, maybe it's too soon.
01:18:52Maybe don't vote out Kirby tonight.
01:18:54But the plan was already in place.
01:18:57The momentum was already happening.
01:18:59But even still, I almost played my idol for you.
01:19:03I was like, do I come into this tribal and blow this whole thing up?
01:19:08But at that point, if I was going to go back against it, I would be going against the tide,
01:19:14and I would be burning people that I was building trust with, Luke and Janine.
01:19:17And also, I was starting to think about the end game.
01:19:23And this game for me has been the culmination of everything that I've learned in my entire
01:19:30life.
01:19:32To be able to adapt when I needed to adapt, tune into my intuition when people are getting
01:19:38paranoid and chaos is happening.
01:19:40And I've been on the right side of every single vote, because I've either known what
01:19:46the plan was, or I created the plan.
01:19:51I have been the biggest threat in this game.
01:19:55And no one ever wrote my name down.
01:20:01I don't know.
01:20:02It's shocking to me.
