00:00I just want to start by asking you what your sort of overarching thoughts are on the jobs market in

00:07Saudi Arabia right now and just picking up on what we're discussing with Justin. I mean,

00:11are you seeing any significant shifts in trends, hiring patterns in the market?

00:17Yeah, for sure. I think there's a, in the last quarter, we've seen just a little bit more clarity

00:23about who's getting investment, who's getting funding, particularly in the public and semi-public

00:32sectors. So we've seen a bit more clarity. I think there's a lot more alignment on where projects,

00:37what projects are going to be funded, which ones are going to be sized a little bit differently.

00:41So that's very important in terms of providing clarity on recruitment and search work. So

00:48we've certainly seen that projects with better return on investment or perceived return on

00:53investment. There's a number of strategic projects that will keep getting investment.

00:58There's certainly a lot of realignment in some of the bigger projects, some of the real giga

01:01projects in Saudi Arabia. And we're certainly seeing that some of the projects with strong

01:06timelines, so time-based projects, such as the Asian Cup, Asian Games, Expo and World Cup,

01:12really seeing where there's going to be a huge amount of growth.
