Lauren-Ann Lee celebrated the official opening of her wholesalers store In The Clouds Cosmetics with her Beauty by Lauren-Ann Academy upstairs on Monday, September 29, 2025, in Hambledon Road, Denmead.

00:00Hi, so my name's Lauren and I'm the founder of In The Clouds Cosmetics and Beautiful Lauren Anne Academy.

00:05Lovely. Tell me how it feels to be opening here in Denmead.

00:09I'm really excited. I was so nervous in the build-up to it, which I don't know why, because it's been amazing so far.

00:15But yeah, it's very exciting.

00:17Tell me a little bit about the concept of the business. I understand it's a wholesaler's as well.

00:23Yeah.

00:23So can you just run that past me a little bit?

00:25So we've got our beauty training academy upstairs where we teach nails, lashes, waxing, aesthetics, all that kind of stuff.

00:31So downstairs we've opened our own wholesale store.

00:34So the plan behind that is that we can teach our students and we can bring them straight downstairs into the shop

00:39and they can buy all the products that they need to do the treatments that we've taught them.

00:42And then other salons, spas, independent therapists can come to the shop and borrow their products directly from us.

00:48Tell me what the benefits are from purchasing from yourselves.

00:52So at the moment we're not back registered because we're such a new company.

00:56So all of our products are about 20% on average cheaper than buying from any other wholesalers.

01:01So it works out really beneficial for people to support our small business so we can help your small businesses.

01:07What's the reaction been like opening up here this morning?

01:09Everyone's been really excited and we've had so much support from our past students, from local salons and therapists.

01:17Everyone's been so excited and said it's really useful to finally have an aesthetic wholesalers right on their doorstep

01:22because we're the only one in the area where you can pick up like filler and skin boosters from locally.
