00:06in Ukraine, warning that Moscow must acknowledge the situation on the ground.
00:12In an interview with Fox News, he urges Moscow to come to the negotiating table

00:21His comments came hours after Russia launched hundreds of drones and missiles at Kiev
00:26and other parts of Ukraine early Sunday, killing at least four people.
00:31Last week, U.S. President Donald Trump said Ukraine could win the war
00:36and suggested that with the support of the European Union, Kiev could reclaim all of its territory.
00:42Trump also met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly.
00:49He affirmed that the U.S. will continue to supply weapons to NATO.
00:53Vance also noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin has refused to meet with Trump and Zelensky for a trilateral meeting.
