00:00So in terms of me coming back to Ghana, I'm not one of those people who will sugarcoat
00:29it and say it's been a smooth road.
00:31You reach a lot of roadblocks, people not where they're supposed to be, paperwork taking longer
00:36than it should.
00:37It makes it hard to live as an individual.
00:40And also for people like me who are entrepreneurs, it makes it hard for you to make a true impact
00:46on society because it limits your ability to create jobs.
00:59At our office of the Dashboard Affairs at the Presidency, we are there as facilitators
01:08to make this happen.
01:09And it doesn't matter where you find yourself in the world, we have a 24 hour hotline where
01:13people can call from wherever, you know, whatever your challenges are, whatever your needs are,
01:17be it legal support, health, what have you, we are there as facilitators to make Ghana a
01:24very comfortable place for you to reside.
01:31If we're very intentional with the Diaspora, you know, we could do a lot with them.
01:39And it's just, it's not just getting them to bring in funds, you know, remittances, but
01:43also being intentional to make them part of nation building.
01:47It's the reason we're having this year's Diaspora Summit.
01:53We are advocating for the right of any African born outside of the continent to return home
02:11because one, they want to.
02:13Two, they may want to make contributions as far as raising their children here or doing business.
02:20For whatever the reason, they have a right to return.
02:22This is international principle.
02:23More acceptable.
02:24holes.
02:25рон
