00:12North Seberang Perai OCPD ACP Anwar Abdulrahman confirmed the incident, stating that the motorcyclists

00:20fled the scene when police were conducting Op Samseng Jalanan around 7 p.m. on Sunday.

00:27He reported that 25 motorcycles were seized for various offenses and that one motorcyclist

00:32was arrested under Section 42.1 of the Road Transport Act 1987 for reckless and dangerous

00:39driving.

00:40Anwar reminded road users to avoid dangerous practices that pose risks to themselves and

00:46others and to always adhere to traffic rules.
