00:00GST 2.0 kicks in today. How is ITC planning to provide benefit to
00:05consumer? So it's a transformative reform. It's going to make good quality
00:10products accessible. Prices will go down. For every consumer there will be a lot
00:16of savings for consumers. I think we should all celebrate that and it's also
00:22you know backed up by simplification that will improve the ease of doing
00:26business and at ITC we are all committed to passing on all the benefits to the
00:30consumer. Can GST 2.0 spark a new cycle of demand in the economy? Yes absolutely
00:37it's going to fuel consumption and therefore investments and leading to
00:43employment so it's going to set in place a virtuous cycle. It's a start of the
00:47festive season as well so how this move is going to positively impact the overall
00:53demand. It will be very positive. It's very positive and I congratulate the
00:58Honorable Prime Minister for his vision and direction to get this week done
01:05because it's truly transformative and it's going to have very significant
01:11positive impact on the economy.
