00:09meron pa po yung budget ng Flood Control Project sa 2025 ay 300 plus billion.

00:18So, hindi pa naubos yun. So, tuloy-tuloy pa rin ang magiging Flood Control Project hanggang sa susunod na taon.

00:24At meron naman tayong i-approve na Flood Control Project para naman, basta nakita natin ay maayos.

00:34Maayos ang proposal, maayos ang program of work, maayos ang completion, may acceptance ng local government.

00:48Gobegay, I was surprised because nung umiikot ako, kausap ko yung isang barangay chairman, wala na palang acceptance ngayon.

01:00Kaya ang acceptance po, pagka may national, may project po ng national government,

01:06alimbawa gagawa sila ng kalsada, magtatayo ng school building,

01:09at maglalagay sila ng flood control, nung governor po ako, hindi po pwedeng sabihin completed yung project na yun

01:21hanggang tinanggap ng local government executive.

01:24Ang problema, tinanggal yun noong nakarang ilang taon.

01:38na meron kang clearance sa barangay chairman, may clearance ka sa mayor, may clearance ka sa probinsya.

01:45Dahil yun ang paraan namin sa local government para tiyakin na yung mga project ay magandang pagkagawa at tama

01:54at hindi naman nagmahal ng masyado.

01:56Kaya po, ibabalik po natin.

01:58Ayan, Gobegay, lahat ng LGU ngayon, mula ngayon,

02:02ay ibabalik natin ang proseso ng pag-accept ng local government executive.
