01:06Pampanga, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite at natitirang bahagi ng Quezon Province.

01:35Kuning na mataan ang pag-asa ang bagyong opong 95 kilometers silangan ng Borongan City,

01:41Eastern Samar.

01:41Inasa ang maglalanfall ng Bagyos sa northern Samar o kaya'y northern portion ng eastern Samar,

01:47bukas ng umaga bago tumbukin ang Bicol Region kung saan posibleng itong mag-second landfall sa mga bandang sursogon.
