02:22After inclusion of the projects in Daga'a,
02:25I delivered 20% of approximately 800 million or about 160 million
02:30to Maynard Ngu, which was meant for Senador Escudero.

02:38Sometime in the year 2024,
02:41Senador Rivilla and I met
02:43where I gave him a list of projects given to me by Engineer Alcantara.
02:48Senador Rivilla asked for a commitment which I suggested
02:51then he approved at 25% of the total amount of

02:57indicated in the list here to attach as Annex C.
03:01I relayed the 25% commitment to Engineer Alcantara
03:05and told him that Senador Rivilla will appreciate additional contributions
03:08for his senatorial re-election bid.
03:12Engineer Alcantara collected the 25% commitment
03:15or about 125 million,
03:17which was turned over to me
03:19and then delivered to Senador Rivilla in his house in Cavite.

03:26Sometime in the year 2024,
03:29Carlin Rivilla,
03:30a staff of trusted confidant of Senador Binay,
03:33called me and asked for a commitment
03:36which was set at 15% of the total amount of the projects
03:39indicated in the list here to attach as Annex D.
03:42I relayed the 15% commitment to Engineer Alcantara.
03:47Engineer Alcantara collected 15% commitment
03:50or about 37 million,
03:52which was turned over to me
03:53and which I then delivered to Senador Binay
03:57at a house in Quezon City.
