Another milestone achieved by India as the armed forces embark on the journey of self-reliance. India carried out successful launch of Agni-Prime Missile from a Rail based Mobile launcher system. The first-of-its-kind launch carried out today from specially designed Rail based Mobile Launcher. Capability to move on Rail network without any pre-conditions allows user to have cross country mobility. This unique technology empowers the user to launch within a short reaction time with reduced visibility.
