00:00It's time to put your logic to the test.
00:02These riddles will twist your thoughts and make you second-guess everything.
00:07Five sisters are spending some quality time at home.
00:10Liz is reading her favorite book.
00:12Sam is cooking lunch.
00:14Emily is playing chess.
00:16And Anne is doing the laundry for everyone.
00:19Wait, but what is the fifth sister up to?
00:21Any thoughts?
00:30Emily needs a partner to play chess with, so that's what the fifth sister, Kate, is doing.
00:38Two women are enjoying the afternoon in a park.
00:41One of them is reading a book while sitting on a bench.
00:44The other one is playing with her dog near a tree.
00:47Suddenly, they hear the sound of thunder in the distance.
00:51Who is in danger now?
01:00The woman with the dog is in danger.
01:04She's under a tall tree during a thunderstorm.
01:07And it could attract lightning.
01:09Even though the other woman is close to a pole, she is not in direct contact with it.
01:14And there is no immediate danger for her.
01:18A man has six daughters.
01:20Each daughter has a brother.
01:21How many kids does the lucky man have?
01:30I know 12 sounds like the most logical answer here, but it's actually 7.
01:39Each daughter has the same single brother.
01:42They share one brother, not a different one for each.
01:45So six daughters and one brother gives us seven kids.
01:51Three women are inside a decorated classroom, and each is standing in front of a mirror.
01:57They all claim to be teachers and are waiting for the students to arrive.
02:01But one of them is not a real teacher.
02:04Can you guess who?
02:15Well, the mirror never lies.
02:17The third woman is a fake teacher.
02:19She holds the apple in her right hand.
02:22But the reflection shows the apple in the same hand,
02:24which would be impossible if it were really a mirror.
02:28This means her reflection is messed up,
02:30and she could not even be human.
02:35Stacey's mean colleague stole a really important document from her
02:39and made three copies.
02:41Stacey finds all four papers,
02:42but now she needs to figure out which of them is real.
02:46Can you help her find the right one to not lose her job?
02:48It's the one in the lower right corner.
03:01It has a stamp and a signature,
03:03and it says agreement.
03:05This one looks really similar,
03:07but it has a spelling mistake.
03:09This copy is missing a signature,
03:11and this one has a date from the future.
03:13There are four men looking only forward.
03:18Two of the men are wearing black hats,
03:20and two of them are wearing white hats.
03:22Each man can see the color of the hat of the men in front of him,
03:26but none of them knows the color of the hat he's wearing.
03:30Which of the men can guess the color of his hat correctly?
03:33Man number two can do it.
03:45Men three and four cannot see anyone.
03:48Man one can see the hats of men two and three.
03:52If they had the same color hats,
03:53he would know his own.
03:55This means that men two and three hats are different colors.
04:00Man two can figure out the color of his own hat,
04:03and say it out loud.
04:07A private art collector, Mr. Robinson,
04:10decides to finally show his priceless possessions to the public.
04:14Once all the guests leave,
04:15he realizes someone had robbed him.
04:18He calls the police,
04:19but when they arrive,
04:20they notice all the paintings are in their places.
04:23So what happened there?
04:24All the paintings are missing frames.
04:37They were the most expensive part of the collection
04:39as they were made of pure gold and decorated with gems.
04:43After looking at the footage from the night of the robbery,
04:48the police tell Mr. Robinson
04:50that the criminal never left the art hall through the door.
04:53The windows are really high,
04:55so the question is,
04:56how did they do it then?
04:58See that tall sculpture of a tree next to the window?
05:10The criminal must have climbed it and escaped through the window.
05:14Their shoe prints are still slightly visible on the sculpture.
05:17The police analyze the footage from an outdoor cam
05:22and find a suspect, John.
05:25They arrive at his address,
05:26but there's a girl inside.
05:28She says that they used to live together,
05:30but they broke up a long time ago.
05:33She also says they know nothing about art.
05:36The police instantly know she's lying.
05:39How?
05:39Well, she just received a message from Sam saying,
05:53Love ya, see ya soon,
05:54which means they didn't break up.
05:56And their bookshelves are full of books on art,
05:59so they're clearly interested in it.
06:03A couple is walking downtown
06:05when a friendly lady offers them tickets to a new show.
06:09She says she likes them so much
06:11that the tickets will only be half the price.
06:14They agree and buy two tickets for 50 bucks.
06:18They're excited,
06:19but once they get inside the theater,
06:21they realize what a mistake they've just made.
06:24What's wrong?
06:34All the walls are covered with free tickets posters,
06:37so the lady just made 50 bucks out of nothing.
06:43One man went to his friend's party
06:45and told his wife he'd be back before sunrise.
06:48He put on his best suit,
06:49shaved well,
06:50and left home.
06:51He didn't lie to his wife
06:53and returned before sunrise,
06:55but he had a long, thick beard when he came back.
06:58How is this possible?
06:59Look at the signs.
07:11They live in a place where they have polar nights,
07:13so he was away for several weeks
07:15and had enough time to grow a beard.
07:17Leslie is stuck in a trap.
07:22The robot voice tells her,
07:24If you press the right button,
07:25I'm gonna let you go.
07:27But if you choose the wrong one,
07:29you'll stay here forever.
07:30You've only got one chance to escape.
07:32Use it wisely.
07:34Which button should she press?
07:35She should pick the black button.
07:48This picture on the wall is a hint.
07:50The rainbow has all colors except for black.
07:55Everyone at the annual winter reception for the VIPs
07:59knows each other except for one lady.
08:02She wants to prove to them she definitely belongs there
08:05and starts showing photos.
08:07She says she just came back from a trip around Europe
08:10and stayed at the most expensive hotels.
08:13After looking at her photos,
08:15they know she's lying.
08:26It's a winter reception
08:27and there are blooming trees in all the photos,
08:30so she definitely didn't just come back.
08:33Plus, the shadows in this one look really weird.
08:35It must be Photoshopped.
08:39A famous actress secretly meets with a film director
08:42who offers her to star in his new project.
08:46She glances through the script and agrees to the role.
08:49The only condition is that no one knows about the plot
08:52before the premiere.
08:54The next morning,
08:55all tabloids write in detail about the new movie
08:58and even the plot.
08:59How did they find out about it?
09:11The room has mirrors on the ceiling.
09:14So, although that girl with the camera was sitting far away,
09:18she got a chance to take photos of the ceiling
09:20and later zoom in to read the script.
09:22Mr. Smith wants to buy a gift for his boss.
09:28He knows she loves 19th century art,
09:31so he heads straight to the art gallery.
09:33The owner of the gallery is really happy
09:36and offers three paintings to choose from.
09:38Mr. Smith realizes two of the paintings are fakes.
09:41Which one did he choose?
09:53Since it's supposed to be 19th century art,
09:56there's no way a girl in the painting
09:58could be taking a selfie.
09:59The same is true for the plane flying in the background
10:02of the second picture.
10:04So, it's this painting.
10:05An accident happened at the busiest crossroads
10:10of a small town.
10:11The driver who caused it left.
10:14Several witnesses managed to describe the car
10:16and told the police he had left it
10:19at the supermarket parking lot.
10:21Once the police got there,
10:22they saw two cars that looked exactly like the one
10:25from the description.
10:27How can they find the right one?
10:35They just need to touch the car hood.
10:42It's gotta still be hot from the engine
10:44that worked not so long ago.
