El director interino del Servicio de Inmigración y Control de Aduanas (ICE, por sus siglas en inglés), Todd Lyons, ha confirmado la mañana de este miércoles que tres personas resultaron heridas en un tiroteo en una oficina de la agencia migratoria ubicada en Dallas, Texas. Una de las personas falleció en el lugar y las otras dos fueron trasladadas a un hospital cercano. El presunto tirador murió por una herida de bala autoinfligida, ha informado el Departamento de Policía de Dallas. Ningún agente federal recibió disparos, pero entre las víctimas hay detenidos.

01:03What I can also share with you is that early evidence that we've seen from rounds that were found near the suspected shooter contain messages that are anti-ice in nature.
01:18Again, this is just the most recent example of this type of attack.
01:22This will be a whole of government response.
01:26There will be no resource not utilized to bring all those individuals who are responsible to bring them to justice and to hold them accountable.
01:36While we're not releasing identities of any victims at this time, what I can confirm for you is no members of law enforcement were hurt during this attack.
01:52This must stop.
01:59To every politician who is using rhetoric, demonizing ICE and demonizing CBP, stop.
02:09To every politician demanding that ICE agents be doxed and calling for people to go after their families, stop.
