There could be moderate delays to possible ground stops in Austin and Houston during the afternoon of Sept. 24 due to severe storms. Washington, D.C., and Pittsburgh could also experience some delays.

00:21Low clouds and some major delays. I think it will improve later this morning.

00:25Watch Dulles this afternoon. Belays in Pittsburgh this afternoon as well.
