00:32still have to continue to deliver NHS services at a loss. So I wonder Cabinet Secretary how do you
00:39do you truly believe that this new contract is a sustainable way forward to retain access to NHS
00:49provision across the across for the people across Wales because if dentists can't cover
00:54their basic costs how can we retain local practices.
