00:00Last time I was here in Shangata, you may remember, I couldn't really see a finger in front of me.
00:04So I couldn't appreciate what an amazing part of the world this is.
00:08And it is absolutely breathtaking, and it's a fantastic setting for the woman who has set herself the man of
00:13challenge of running for 12 hours straight.
00:17As Ebony is about to tell you, she's doing all of this in aid of a charity very close to
00:21her heart.
00:22Yeah, it's 6 hours, 12 minutes in at the moment, so just over halfway, which is absolutely amazing.
00:29And it's just such a beautiful day, so I'm feeling very encouraged right now.
00:34I feel very motivated, and I'm just, I feel great, which is such a weird thing to say that I've
00:40considered my been running for just over 6 hours.
00:43But it's been great, the sun is out, it's just amazing.
00:46The Dementia UK is a charity so very close to mine and my family's hearts.
00:51Both my nan and my grandparents have dementia.
00:54We sadly lost my nan late last year.
00:58And I've run for Dementia UK before, due to my Manchester marathon last year.
01:03But Dementia UK, the charity is just absolutely amazing.
01:07The Admiral Mercies are just like available, the support is just always there.
01:10And I just think it's such a great cause, and I just want to bring us so much awareness to
01:15families that may have loved ones for dementia,
01:19that may not know of different things that would be helpful for them or not.
01:23But I think the charity is just absolutely amazing.
