00:00Don't push me mate!
00:02Fed up of feral teens
00:04What are you doing mate?
00:06Cheesed off with the town louts
00:08Or driven mad by the druggy deadbeats
00:10I've got drugs on me
00:12Twenty racks
00:14Well fear no more
00:16You are under arrest
00:18Here's the answer to your prayers
00:22If you're causing criminality in this town
00:24We will come after you
00:26Meet the coppers leading the fight back
00:30Taking back your neighbourhood
00:32You are under arrest suspicion
00:34Of possession and retention supplies
00:36Cleaning up our streets
00:38You've tested my patience
00:40We are the forefront of policing
00:42We're front line
00:44Day in, day out
00:46Stay up! Stop!
00:48Street cops
00:50Catching the yacht
00:52This time
00:58A bitey dog terrorises a neighbourhood
01:02You've got a warrant
01:04To come and seize your dog
01:06One household is tooled up for trouble
01:10A simple blow with this
01:12Is going to cause some serious damage
01:14And teenagers try
01:16To fight the law
01:18What are you doing mate?
01:19Don't push me mate
01:24Man's best friend is becoming a proper danger
01:26There were 3,200 dog attacks last year
01:30And more than 40 of us have died from dog attacks
01:34In the past 5 years
01:38We do have problems with dogs
01:40And we've had lots of arguments
01:42With neighbours and people
01:44Bringing these big bulldog type dogs
01:48And they're terrifying
01:50Because not only do they go for the little dog
01:53They go for the kids as well
01:55This is big, look at me
01:56I've got this trophy dog
01:57I'm the real boss man
01:58It's a strutting status symbol
02:00And we're not impressed
02:02Dangerous dogs are
02:04A good situation to be in
02:05It puts you straight away on the back foot
02:07And you're at risk immediately
02:09We have to be careful
02:10Of how we then deal with that situation
02:16Can I just make it clear
02:17We've got a warrant
02:18To come and seize your dogs
02:19Okay mate?
02:20So we are getting in that door
02:22One way or another
02:23The cops have a gaff surrounded
02:26Inside
02:27Two Cane Corso Italian Mastiffs
02:30And a pretty surprised owner
02:32All are wanted
02:34But will they come quietly?
02:36We're not doing this on purpose
02:38We have a
02:39Listen mate
02:40We have a reason
02:41Why we're here today, okay?
02:42Police video caught one of the owner's dogs
02:47Trying to take a chunk out of someone
02:49His dogs have been terrorising the neighbourhood
02:52He's been warned
02:54But it hasn't gone in
02:58He's got no muzzle
02:59You know your dog's supposed to be muzzled
03:01Because this is his second time
03:03And you're not adhering to it
03:05Let me just take him home
03:06Take him home
03:07But that dog needs to be muzzled
03:09All dogs that you take for a walk
03:11They all need to be muzzled
03:13Cane Corso dogs are not banned in the UK
03:18But their powerful build can intimidate people
03:22And means some clowns love them purely as a status symbol
03:26What would he do for a walk?
03:27Get out of your car
03:28It's a very very powerful
03:29I'm not going to be here
03:30I'm not going to be here
03:31I'm not going to be here
03:32I'm not going to be here
03:33What would he do for a walk?
03:34Chatting to neighbors concerned about the aggressive canines
03:39We've come in to arrest him so what I've done is got an emergency warrant meaning I
03:44Have the power to the courts are giving me the power should I say to seize any dogs
03:49It's seven years. I've been here. I've been dealing with it. So it's just the way
03:55It's like oh my god. It's actually happened. What's going on with these things?
04:00It's all part of it's all part of the state
04:04The dog owner is also wanted for GVH after he allegedly attacked a man in the local park
04:12Due to his warning markers he can be violent at times and when I have dealt with him in the past if he doesn't like something
04:17He will kick off
04:23This will have a massive impact because a lot of neighbors have reported over I don't know how many years now at least a decade of
04:31ongoing issues with this
04:33Individual in particular especially with his dogs and his dogs are the aggravating factor
04:38Apparently the dog's owner fancies himself as a hard man and he lets his animals do the talking
04:45But cops have come prepped
04:47Their squad is ten strong with four animal specialists
04:51They've also got the tools a van with cages
04:54Antibike gloves shields and shin pads
04:58Listen we need to speak to you and we do need to take the dogs today
05:02Both of them?
05:03Yeah
05:04No!
05:04Yeah
05:05Listen, you know Ida and Boley
05:07So I'm looking after those at the minute
05:09Are they okay?
05:10I can give you an update
05:11If you come to the door and you talk to us today I can talk to you about the dogs
05:16What's going on with these two?
05:17It's all part of it, it's all part of the investigation
05:20It's all we dealt on together
05:22And it's better than us coming another day
05:23What do you need to come and speak to you?
05:24Get it sorted
05:25Get it all resolved
05:26What have you taken and haven't done anything?
05:27No, but that's what we need to investigate, isn't it?
05:30It's a tricky standoff
05:32Cops are getting in one way or other
05:34If he plays ball, then everyone has an early dinner
05:37If not, it'll get messy
05:40Are we alright to have a chat at your front door, mate?
05:43Come on, let's come down
05:44And we will look after them
05:47See, you know I've got one in here, that's not for anyone
05:50Finally, he agrees to open up
05:53Nobody wants to get hurt
05:56You've got your van?
05:57Yeah
05:58Yeah, I'll walk into the van
05:59You see the silver one there?
06:00Yeah, I'll walk into the van
06:01Yeah?
06:02Yeah, let me walk into the van
06:03That's the ideal
06:04And then we don't need to use any of this
06:06He's willingly going to take the dogs, hopefully
06:09Bring the dogs down and into the back of the cars
06:13Everyone is ready, in case he changes his mind
06:17Hello
06:18Hello mate, you alright?
06:19Well done
06:20The first mastiff is out
06:22What if you don't do that?
06:23What is it?
06:24Thank you
06:25It's obedient
06:26And not the one wanted for attacking someone
06:29One dog caged
06:38Time for the second
06:40It's the bitey animal
06:46And they can't take any chances
06:48So police bring the cage across to the front door
06:52The two caged dogs will be taken to police kennels
06:54The two caged dogs will be taken to police kennels
06:55And assessed
06:57The two caged dogs
06:58And assessed
06:59The two caged dogs
07:00And assessed
07:01The two caged dogs
07:02The two caged dogs
07:03The caged dogs will be taken to police kennels and assessed
07:09Attention
07:11Attention now turns to the owner
07:12Who is wanted on suspicion on GBH
07:15GVH
07:16GVH
07:17GVH
07:18Okay
07:19GVH
07:20GVH
07:21Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
07:24Attention now turns to the owner, who is wanted on suspicion on GBH.
07:42That was really good, to be fair.
07:52I think I was expecting a lot more worse, just because of how his dogs have been in the
07:57past, where they are very vicious and they can attack anyone.
08:00The fact that he compliantly, and officers have reason with him, so then he's then brought
08:06the dogs down one by one, and we've been able to put them in the back of the police cars.
08:09I think that's quite a successful warrant, I would say.
08:11As he's led away, Payal is able to focus back on the community.
08:16I wonder how they'll feel, now the dogs are gone.
08:20Hello.
08:21Hi.
08:22I have some good news for you.
08:24Okay.
08:25So, from the last moment I've been giving you updates and taking statements from you,
08:29I've been able to arrest today, and we've taken all dogs that are at the property.
08:35So they will stay in police kennels now.
08:37I did just see it all happening, and I did feel a bit of like, because of how long it's
08:44gone on for, like, a bit of relief, you did a really, really good job.
08:50You did amazing.
08:51It's not, it's not for me though, it's the members of the community.
08:54It felt like a lot gone from you.
08:56I do appreciate it.
08:58All right, you take care now.
08:59Bye-bye.
09:00Bye.
09:01Bye-bye.
09:02That's one satisfied customer.
09:06Coming up, a group of lippy kids decide to test the cops.
09:11What are you doing, mate?
09:12What are you doing?
09:13But get a shock.
09:14What are you doing?
09:15I'm entertained for a section of the 20 crew mission to talk, Zach Slash.
09:17You've told me you've got drugs on me.
09:19And Kettering's answer to Bradley Wiggins just won't stop.
09:23Anti-social behaviour in Northamptonshire is rife.
09:38Nearly one in five of folks calling the old bill are reporting this issue.
09:43And across the country, things are similar.
09:46We have anti-social behaviour in our area all the time.
09:50Really bad.
09:51The youngsters, the school children, adults.
09:55It's getting worse.
09:57Crime and anti-social behaviour is probably worsening nowadays.
10:02There seems to be an absolute disrespect for law and order.
10:07I think probably generations of parenting has caused an upturn in figures for bad behaviour.
10:13The anti-social behaviour aspects of any community is corrosive.
10:20So you often find that people will go home and lock their door and stay behind the door all day,
10:26instead of coming out.
10:30There's a report of neighbours.
10:33The neighbours called in.
10:35The next door are kicking off.
10:38PC Dan and PC Harry have been called to reports of a row in an area known for problems with anti-social behaviour.
10:47Let's see what's going on.
10:54When the two officers arrive at an address, there's a teenage welcoming committee.
10:59I'm having a personal phone call with my mum and I'll go back inside.
11:05You good?
11:06What are you looking for?
11:08Just this address.
11:11Hello mate, you alright?
11:12Well, we're here because we've had reports that there's been some sort of disturbance in the background.
11:16We're just arguing.
11:17Arguing? Who's arguing?
11:18Me, with somebody on the phone.
11:19OK.
11:20Well, can we come in and just check that nobody else is in here?
11:22What do you mean?
11:23Well, to make sure everybody that's in the address is safe and well and then we'll leave you be.
11:27They're safe.
11:28Huh?
11:29They were safe, bro.
11:30Well, let me come in and check and then I can be gone.
11:32There's no good gardener.
11:33You ain't got no rights to be here.
11:35Whatever was reported to police seems to be over.
11:39Dan can't enter the gaff without proper concerns.
11:42You just need to make sure that everybody's in order and we'll go.
11:45Eh?
11:46But I'm not going to just take your word for it, am I?
11:48See you later, mate.
11:49See you later.
11:50Eh?
11:51See you later.
11:52I don't know what you're being rude for.
11:53Harry has eyeballed the garden and all appears good.
12:00The job is over.
12:01Dan, did they let you in?
12:02No.
12:03He's saying he's not coming in.
12:05It's just him there.
12:06They were saying that he had an argument on the phone.
12:08Dan calls to update the cops' control room.
12:11But the welcoming committee decide to pipe up.
12:15Why are you guys actually here?
12:17Because there's been a report.
12:19There's been some sort of disturbance and potentially a fight happening in the garden.
12:23It's the one we're here just to make sure everybody's okay.
12:25Maybe this lot can help.
12:27Can I get your bag numbers, please?
12:29What?
12:30Your bag number.
12:313047.
12:32Or maybe they're just time wasters.
12:35Don't touch me.
12:36Shut up, big man.
12:37Don't touch me.
12:38Don't go reach him.
12:39Harry is calm in the face of the wind-up.
12:42They don't touch me.
12:45He didn't reach for nothing.
12:46What are you doing, mate?
12:47What are you doing?
12:48He didn't reach for nothing, mate.
12:49Why are you trying to cause problems?
12:50Get off me.
12:51The merchants up the ante.
12:53I'm not doing nothing.
12:54I'm not cheating, mate.
12:55I'm not cheating, mate.
12:56This guy's, this guy's, this guy.
12:57You're a little cheeky.
12:58Bro, I'm talking about letting me in the house.
13:01Close your drugs, mate.
13:02It's all underneath the wall.
13:03They're drugs, mate.
13:04It's all underneath the wall.
13:05Then they say they've hidden drugs,
13:07which does give Harry grounds to search the boy.
13:10So you got drugs on you?
13:11Yeah, mate.
13:12All over me, mate.
13:13All right.
13:14You got drugs on, yeah?
13:16Don't search any of this.
13:17You're absolutely ridiculous.
13:19Where are you going to go, then?
13:21But they decide to give the lad a chance
13:24and leave it.
13:26But the tired wind-up continues.
13:28Here to go with him.
13:29Do you not want to go with him, mate?
13:30You need to get in the car with him, mate.
13:31I feel like we should keep him.
13:33I feel like we should keep him.
13:35I feel like we should keep him.
13:36You didn't push into him.
13:37Shut up, brub.
13:38You should have me, mate.
13:39Do not push into him.
13:41Back off.
13:42Oi, listen, you...
13:43That didn't work, did it, mate?
13:45One of the clowns seems intense
13:47on trying to goad our boys into action.
13:50Don't push him, though.
13:51Don't push me, mate.
13:52Don't push me.
13:53Don't push him, what?
13:54Don't push him, dude.
13:55What are you talking about?
13:56I put my arm in my neck!
13:57Get off the car.
14:00Looks like he's got what he wanted.
14:03You're detained for a section 20 crew
14:05machine to drugs, like search.
14:06You told me they've got drugs on you.
14:09Look out your window, and Britain is bedlam.
14:20Adult crims just won't stop.
14:23Their re-offending is off the scale.
14:26It's simple.
14:28Reforming our crims seems to not be working.
14:32Too many get put back on our streets, only to plague law-abiding neighbourhoods.
14:39Repeat offenders, they should be locked up and throw away the key there,
14:45and they couldn't offend again, could they?
14:47If they're repeating, why isn't the sentence stronger?
14:50If the government says we aren't going to prison, then build more.
14:53I think the government has to take a lot of responsibility
14:55for the easygoingness of the justice system,
14:59and needs to support the police a lot more.
15:02We're out there on the front line.
15:03We're getting these people, locking them up, doing what we can,
15:07and taking it to the Crown Prosecution Service.
15:09And it might never be the result we want.
15:11Sometimes it might be no further action.
15:13And then that person's back out on the street the next day,
15:16and you're dealing with them again.
15:17Now, I'd be lying if I said that wasn't frustrating.
15:21PC Alex is out and about,
15:23with eyes on the Grange estate in Kettering.
15:26He soon spots a known drug dealer and repeat offender.
15:30Alex only wants a natter,
15:31but the bloke isn't the chatty type.
15:34It's the 90.
15:38Make a fire for the cameras, please.
15:47So he's massively known at the village of a drug supply in our area,
15:51and the address he's come for me.
15:53He's got a bit of an inkling that that's linked there as well,
15:55so we think it's potentially cutting up from there.
15:58So the fact that he's left there with a backpack,
16:00might be anything else.
16:01Absolutely stash.
16:03He's got his stash.
16:04He's fully loaded, ready to do some drugs for the day,
16:07so that'll be why he's made up straight away.
16:10If the dealer is carrying drugs,
16:13he can now lose them before cops catch up.
16:16I don't like to take the road now.
16:17He's on an e-bike.
16:18Then he's looking at it.
16:19I'm going to drag.
16:22She's linked to drugs.
16:23She's probably going to be carrying.
16:25With time against them,
16:28more units join the hunt.
16:31Badger, we're headed towards Debo.
16:35After a 10-minute search,
16:37there is no sign of their target.
16:41Alex is about to stand down
16:42when he spots another fella,
16:45also known for repeated drug offences,
16:47who has been in and out of prison.
16:50It might be coincidence that he's in the area,
16:53but Alex decides to have a chat.
16:59The cyclist doesn't wait and bolts.
17:02This time, Alex is determined to get his target
17:05and gives it legs.
17:07Even with a cop car directly behind the cyclist,
17:18he's not stopping.
17:23It's tempting to ram the fella off the road,
17:27but rules mean they can't,
17:29so they have to hope he jacks it in.
17:31He's just dropped something, Alex.
17:39Aye, aye.
17:40What's that he's lost?
17:42Might explain why the clumsy fella won't stop.
17:50It was just a packet of sweets.
17:51But it's nothing.
17:57Do you need to throw it?
17:58Do you need to throw it?
18:03Even more units join the pursuit on the troubled estate.
18:08Is that him there on a bike?
18:09By the time the cops catch up,
18:17the suspect dives off-road across a field
18:20with an officer in tow.
18:22Aye, stop!
18:23There he is.
18:25Alex is done with running.
18:27Instead, his sound knowledge of the roads
18:29takes him round to where the cyclist might emerge.
18:32The chasing cop on foot radios
18:38across the suspect's location.
18:45Alex's car swings off-road.
18:49Got him!
18:50Got him!
18:51Got him!
18:51Go on, Alex!
18:55Go on, Alex!
18:55Go on, Alex!
18:57Go on, Alex!
19:02It's no yellow jersey
19:06for Kettering's Bradley Wiggins
19:08as Alex brings him down.
19:11On the floor!
19:12How you into that?
19:14The chasing cops can now find out
19:16why the fella was so keen to escape.
19:20Yeah, he's on the floor.
19:21Put your hands beyond your back!
19:23Do it now!
19:24Do it now!
19:27Mails in cuffs.
19:29Just under the bridge.
19:32It's more of your time, buddy.
19:34Yeah.
19:34Sound under 1623,
19:36misuse of drug sites.
19:37Have you got anything sharp on you?
19:38Yeah, I'm not going to lie to you.
19:39It's not my jacket.
19:40I think there's one in it.
19:40What is it, needles or a blade?
19:42A needle thing.
19:43Needles.
19:43That's fine.
19:44I just need to know.
19:45He's got sharps in his pocket.
19:47I think there might be
19:47because I just borrowed the jacket.
19:49Just try and stay still, mate, yeah?
19:50Just while we're getting needles out in his pocket.
19:53A thorough search reveals...
20:02Nothing.
20:07Just stop next time, chat.
20:09There is no reason why he fled,
20:12but maybe they'll be running into him again
20:15in the not-too-distant future.
20:22Bye, mate.
20:23Coming up,
20:26cops find someone armed for the zombie apocalypse.
20:30A simple blow with this
20:31is going to cause some serious damage.
20:35And the neighbour dispute goes ballistic.
20:38We see you.
20:39You're nothing but a wrap.
20:42You don't know how much it takes
20:45to not come up there and paste her.
20:53Violent crime has locals worried in Northampton
21:05and folks have constant concerns
21:07about issues of shoplifting,
21:09car crime and drug dealing.
21:12Nobody wants to see crime on their streets.
21:14No one wants to see crime in their neighbourhood.
21:16It really does break down society.
21:19We're back to no respect, no discipline.
21:21Nobody cares.
21:22They think they can just take what they want
21:24when they want,
21:25and that's what they do.
21:27Northampton's not the little shoemaking town
21:29it used to be
21:30when I was growing up in my little shorts.
21:32It has changed over the years.
21:34All we can do is,
21:36with the help of the community,
21:38the help of individuals,
21:41is try and fight crime and criminality.
21:46Good afternoon, everybody.
21:48Thank you ever so much for coming today.
21:50It's great to see so many people
21:52from the community come together.
21:54On the Bouverie estate,
21:56police are holding a community meeting
21:58to explain how they are clearing up
22:01the crime epidemic in the neighbourhood.
22:04So, the police and partner agencies,
22:06they recognise that there are issues
22:08that are affecting where you live
22:10and how you live your lives in the community.
22:12So, in response to this,
22:14we are here today
22:15to officially launch our
22:17Together We Solve project.
22:20There is a dedicated neighbourhood team
22:23working the area.
22:25It feels like it's just become so normal.
22:30Which includes PC, Shaf and PC, Dan.
22:38Being a familiar face for the locals is crucial.
22:42It's so important to engage with these residents
22:48because they're the heart and soul of the area.
22:51They're the one who can actually tell us
22:53what the issues are.
22:55And ultimately,
22:56we want to make this place a safer place
22:58for the kids and the neighbours
23:00and the residents who live here.
23:01Once the event is done,
23:07the two PCs hit the streets on the beat.
23:10I have a feeling it's going to be busy.
23:13They've only been out a few minutes
23:15when an e-scooter catches their attention.
23:18It's the transport of choice
23:20for your local drug dealers.
23:31Stop there for a sec, mate.
23:36Why are you running away from us?
23:38Police, mate.
23:39Huh?
23:41Just come out.
23:42I've just got to speak to you.
23:45We just got in.
23:49Whatever.
23:53We'll come to the door, mate.
23:57You can smell a bit of cannabis, mate.
23:59Is it all I'm thinking about?
24:01They might think the rider is up to something,
24:05but cops can't just barge their way in.
24:11Luckily, after a few minutes,
24:13someone opens up.
24:15That makes sense.
24:16Oh, someone at the door.
24:19Hello.
24:20Hello.
24:20Where's the man that was riding this?
24:22Go on.
24:23No, he doesn't know.
24:24You don't know?
24:26Well, he was in the same house as you,
24:28so do you live here?
24:30Yes.
24:30Yeah?
24:31Who else lives here?
24:32Who's you?
24:33We're going to come in, mate.
24:35The occupant moves out of the way
24:37and allows the police to enter.
24:43They begin their search for the rider.
24:46Dan heads through the house to the backyard,
24:49where he discovers a barbecue
24:52and someone's dinner cooking away.
24:59These prawns are going to be absolutely ruined.
25:02I'll try and put their barbecue out
25:04for a event of fire.
25:06sauve a steak.
25:07They've obviously interrupted a small party,
25:19but the guests and the e-scooter rider have all done one.
25:20Upstairs with the occupant present.
25:22Is this your bedroom?
25:24No.
25:25They've obviously interrupted a small party,
25:28but the guests and the e-scooter rider have all done one.
25:32Ruined their barbecue.
25:36With the garden and upstairs searched,
25:39it leaves the ground floor to run through.
25:43There is a strong smell of weed
25:45and some even lying on a table.
25:48This search is about to widen.
25:51There's cannabis in here.
25:56You've got a massive bag there.
25:58The bud.
25:59I bet this is...
26:00You've got deal bags here.
26:02There are more deal bags in there.
26:04Their instincts are bang on.
26:06The house has all the signs of drug dealing.
26:10There's all stuff there, like,
26:12set up basic grower equipment.
26:18Whoever it is,
26:21they are also tooled up.
26:23Not anybody who's going to have this.
26:25This is a serious offensive weapon
26:28where their nail's been stuck on this top.
26:32And a simple blow with this
26:35is going to cause some serious damage
26:37to anyone, to be honest.
26:40Fatal or serious life-threatening injuries.
26:44So they're definitely dealing from this.
26:48With no-one else in the property,
26:51the only person to arrest for all the drugs and weapons
26:55is the lone occupant.
26:57It's a moment of time, OK?
26:58You're under arrest, OK?
26:59Suspicion of possession of intent to supply cannabis, OK?
27:00You don't have to say anything.
27:01Very defensively,
27:02do not mention one question.
27:03Something which relates to one in court.
27:04Speaking to neighbours,
27:05neighbours say that three mouths broke their fence
27:07and jumped over.
27:08They're quite happy that we got this chap
27:10and this address
27:11because they said there was a lot of anti-social behaviour.
27:12There's clear signs of dealing.
27:13That's why it's good for the residents to see it today,
27:15so they know that we're here,
27:16we're here to make the community safe.
27:18So, you know, I'm happy we got a good result today.
27:42PC's Dan and Harry
27:45have been on their very own Mr. Beast challenge.
27:49See what's going on.
27:51But set by a group of teenage clowns
27:54desperate to add some life to their boring day.
27:58Hello, mate, you alright?
28:00When they arrive looking for a report of arguing,
28:03the cops found nothing.
28:05He's saying it's just him there,
28:06but they were saying that he had an argument on the phone.
28:09But soon, a group of bored kids started getting gobby.
28:13It's for nothing, what are you doing, mate?
28:15Then acting the big man.
28:17There's loads of drugs, mate.
28:18It's all underneath the wall.
28:19There are drugs, mate.
28:20So you got drugs on here?
28:21You, Sergeant.
28:22Before being served a dose of reality.
28:24You're detained for a Section 23
28:26Mr. Drugs Act search.
28:28Having told the cops he's carrying drugs,
28:30Harry needs to search the clown.
28:34The objective of this search is to find drugs.
28:38Search me, then.
28:39Search me, then.
28:40Search me, then.
28:41Search me, then.
28:42You've told me.
28:43Search me, then.
28:44I've got drugs on you.
28:45You got him done.
28:46Yeah, I've got him.
28:47Got him.
28:48So, you're telling me you've got drugs on you.
28:49Okay.
28:50So, therefore, you're detained for a Section 23.
28:51You can search me.
28:52I ain't stopping you.
28:53Because guess what?
28:54You're going to file a bill, mate,
28:56because I ain't got...
28:57You're silly.
28:58You're wasting your time.
28:59If you continue to throw in public,
29:00you'll be arrested for a Section 5 public order.
29:02Aww.
29:03Are you willing to give me your details?
29:05Nah.
29:06I don't know.
29:07I've got drugs on me.
29:08I've got drugs on me.
29:09Does this please you, yeah?
29:12Watch, they're going to charge us.
29:13Does this please you, yeah?
29:14Stop moving.
29:15I'm not.
29:16Your brother's moving me, mate.
29:17That's my bank card.
29:18Don't touch my bank card, you see.
29:19That's his bank card.
29:20Apparently we'll be using drugs.
29:22I ain't even got you to smoke, mate.
29:24Well, why say you got drugs, then?
29:27Because you, man, tried telling me we had drugs.
29:29We took the piss, mate.
29:30You, man, are dumb.
29:31How do you not see what we're doing here?
29:34Do you want your phone, Bart?
29:36You give it to them.
29:37OK.
29:38OK.
29:39So you refuse them to give me your details.
29:40You got any questions for me?
29:41Yeah.
29:42Cool.
29:43Why are you sexual?
29:44OK.
29:45That's lovely.
29:46I've got a question for you, too.
29:48How long have you been doing your job?
29:50Long enough.
29:51I bet you're stupid, don't you?
29:52Nah, mate, I don't.
29:53I love you.
29:54I love you.
29:55I love you.
29:56I love you.
29:57I love you.
29:58Come on, get it in the hole.
30:02That's why your wife don't love you.
30:04No drugs.
30:05But this lot have put themselves firmly on the cops' radar.
30:09And the next time they step out of line,
30:12the law will be ready to bring it on.
30:16They've just been feral.
30:19And then when he said he had drugs,
30:22it kind of opens a gateway to a stop surge.
30:24Obviously, it turns out he didn't have drugs in him,
30:26so therefore, again, he's not, like,
30:29he doesn't have to provide any details to us
30:31if he doesn't want to.
30:33That's exactly what I didn't want.
30:36No shouting children.
30:39Yeah.
30:42From noise complaints to boundary disputes,
30:45more neighbours up and down the land
30:47are finding it impossible to just get along.
30:51There are a lot of disputes.
30:53There's many around where I live.
30:55You get people breaking windows, stealing pets,
30:59and doing all sorts of petty things to get their own back.
31:04I'm just old and old-fashioned,
31:07and I like to see people that get on with each other.
31:10In my youth, if one neighbour hadn't got some sugar,
31:14the other neighbour would be gotten a bit,
31:16and they'd loan a bit.
31:17People were kinder to each other.
31:19If your neighbour couldn't get on and nothing's happening,
31:21nothing's improving, then move people out.
31:24But sometimes they can't be sorted out
31:27and evictions need to be put on in place.
31:31Dealing with a neighbour dispute is very time-consuming,
31:35so you've got to be able to sit on the fence
31:37and understand both sides of the party.
31:39It could be something innocent as,
31:40they've cut my bush down.
31:42Although it sounds petty, that can lead to something else,
31:45that can grow to something quite serious.
31:48One distraught resident in Kettering
31:51has been the target of abuse from her neighbour
31:54for almost three years.
31:56PC Will is in plain clothes today
31:59and keen to check in to see what more the team can do.
32:03We've been tasked by the sergeant
32:04to go to a flat block on our priority area.
32:08We've got some welfare issues
32:10within the particular flat block that we're going to.
32:13She's got issues with a neighbour upstairs,
32:15so we'll look to put things in place
32:17to try and prevent that if it does continue.
32:22Carina has been living in this council flat for five years.
32:27The last few years have been a living hell
32:29because of constant abuse.
32:33But she's no slouch
32:35and managed to catch some of the lines on her phone.
32:38What to say?
32:39Leave me alone, you f***ing me rack.
32:40I'll f***ing want to use.
32:41I'll don't f***ing sold hold share.
32:45Horrible.
32:46Cos you will get super f***ing näbleets, you know.
32:50I'm back, you f***ing horrible f***ing.
32:53Kind of f***ing me.
32:55Karina has plenty more clips of the eloquent delivery scream through her windows.
33:17She sounds really drunk in that, don't you?
33:47then things started coming through her door and you know the rest didn't you
33:53well said yeah we went and spoke to her so yeah you know yes you know half an
33:57hour after you went she started posting vegetables for my thing
34:05she wants her flat to be a safe place as she's about to become a granny
34:14they are are they ah so you're going to be nanny or nana but the situation is wearing her down
34:22i'm at the point now right where i'm struggling i'm struggling no i understand you don't know how
34:29much right of my strength it takes to knock up there and paste her well don't let me go let me
34:38go and do look but when you told me last time i went and had a word as you are okay we can do
34:45something about it that is what i put up with and it's not just once in a blue moon it's been the
34:51whole three years you've got evidence now haven't you she videoed it you've done exactly like we said
34:56give us your number and i'll send you a link can you send me these videos i can try well because i'll
35:02look to try and put eviction notices in place i'm hanging on by afraid she's getting me to a point
35:08right i've had so much going on in my life right i just want to be left alone every day i get up and
35:17i cry okay well let me get you some help then yeah can i do that for you evicting the neighbor is a
35:26nuclear option do you know lewis that comes out with us he's he's a mediation officer before that
35:33happens the cops will try to defuse the situation i will sit in a room with her as long as i've got
35:39protection i will sit down in a room with you and have a and just dash it out i'm too old for this
35:46more than half of homeowners have had a barney with their neighbor the emotional strain of these
35:52disputes can be huge well let me sort that for you all right yeah can you get on to the council
35:58about my window please yeah i can do that i'm i'm seeing the council today the housing i do not feel
36:04safe we'll get you sorted out all right yeah thank you no worries take care as you can see she bought
36:12issues with um a neighbor upstairs so we'll look to put things in place to try and prevent that first
36:19if it does continue then we'll have to look at other processes i.e evictions or even arrest
36:26will can investigate the anti-social behavior by the neighbor but he's now got a meeting with a
36:31housing officer and could also raise the situation with her do you know what's happening with upstairs
36:37is there anything yeah is there anything going on with that because we've had we've had further
36:42videos we've got a complaint in at the moment with noise so she's mentioned this morning about her
36:47window you know it's been boarded up it's insecure okay i spoke to her yesterday and i gave her the
36:54number for the glazing company okay okay no worries thank you thank you very much no worries before he
37:00leaves the estate will goes to update karina are you all right got two minutes yeah it's just so you
37:10know i've just spoken to housing about your window apparently they gave you a number for the glazing
37:14and i phoned them they have measured it and they've put the receipt the back to the council they're
37:20waiting for the council to okay okay the cost okay we're at sort of phase two upstairs okay that's what
37:27we're going to try and do now is continue to record her when it does happen and if i feel that i'm at
37:33threat where she's booting my door i will just phone the police look i'm going to come and catch up
37:38year in probably two weeks time yeah but yeah well appreciate it and yeah tell the council i will
37:44abide by the rules and um as long as you do those two things for me yeah keep it calm and go with the
37:49safeguarding yeah yeah all right all right take care see ya well once once everything settles down
38:00i think i think she'll be quite happy coming up cops raid a gaff wanting drugs but find a geezer
38:14on the run what's your name you've been locked up recently
38:17one in ten of us experience anti-social behavior every week in the area we live in
38:31sometimes it takes only one household to ruin a community if you've got potentially areas where
38:38you've got multiple bad households you'll just start to erode the spirits of the area
38:43there can always be a bad apple in a barrel and then that badness soon expands and it can cause
38:50problems then for lots of other people that's when everything erupts we have problems in our neighborhood
38:58because you'll find not just one bad apple in the street you'd find half a dozen a lot of people feel
39:04that they can't come to the police and talk to us off the record about issues in a particular household
39:12they can people on the estates who are living in fear my plea is report report report
39:21the other day we went inside a cuckooed address and there was a drugs line operating within the property
39:30so the working hypothesis here is that the drug lines back inside the address again
39:35a northampton neighborhood has been plagued by drug dealing from a ground floor flat
39:42today pc harry and pc tom are leading a search team at the address
39:47we'll knock it we'll park churchill ave and just walk
39:59if they find drugs or drug dealing in the flat they'll be taking everyone down and bringing peace back to
40:06the estate let's go see what we find
40:13where is it
40:16one team take the front while other officers cover the back
40:20hello how are you i'm all right good to see you mate is it all right if we come in and have a
40:31well with you we've had a report that someone else is in there no mate yeah my friend is here
40:36it'll be yeah that's fine we'll have a chat with him and then we'll we'll shoot off
40:39okay there's a female in that room over there i think if you go to loot search complete and nothing
40:59has been found but there are three people in the property what's your name all right
41:09and the search of one of them
41:15no your bank card take it has turned up a bank card
41:23i haven't got um i haven't got a bank card myself for a minute what is he
41:26do you see my job center okay is he happy you have that is he happy you have it yeah i'll ring him
41:37before him kel surprise surprise it's in someone else's name are you all right just cool up running
41:43for it check he's not outstanding so harry digs deeper into the cop records for more info on the
41:51fella you've been locked up recently like recently i was down for a theft i'll have to lock you on
41:58yeah so you're under arrest on the suspicion of shop theft
42:07they haven't found any drugs today but the cops are walking away hands full with a man off the
42:13wanted list when was your last in custody new year's day new year's day yeah what this year
42:20we need to deal with the fed obviously you've got the file to appear that you'll need to go to
42:28court for as well so we'll carry them both up together and then get his support
42:34at custody harry is able to take a more in-depth look at the suspect's file
42:39and notices that he also has a failure to comply with a court order on his record he now faces two
42:46charges the fact that we haven't found the drug long we've still found a nominal that has links
42:51all over the country to burglaries shock thefts um theft motor vehicle um and it obviously has been
42:56taken to custody today so he'll be kept for court in the morning uh potentially he'll throw back to
43:01prison he's only not long out of prison um it'll be down to the courts now
43:05the lippy lads weren't arrested by the cops what are you doing mate but officers are keeping an eye
43:15on the area and are ready to act don't push me mate all it will take is more reports by neighbors of
43:24any anti-social behavior and the cops will be down the two dogs seized are still in police kennels
43:32as a decision is taken on the possibility of rehousing the arrested dog owner was charged with gbh
43:41and is awaiting a court date he'll never own dogs again making their neighborhood safe from his
43:49irresponsible behavior all the drugs were taken away but the arrested occupant was released without charge
44:02the house is now very much on the cops radar and they're just waiting for neighbors to let them know
44:08when to pay the next visit the prawns though were ruined
44:16the neighbor dispute has been sorted a few weeks after will made his visit
44:22the gobby neighbor moved out and life for karina has settled right now
44:27the wanted thief was charged with two offenses theft and disobeying a court order
44:37he's currently on police bail awaiting his day in court
44:53there he
