00:08immunity of Peter Magyar, Clara Dobrev and Hilaria Salis, all sought by Hungary's judiciary on
00:15different charges. Hungarian authorities had submitted three separate requests to lift the
00:20immunity of Magyar, who is also the leader of Hungary's opposition party Tisha, and the main
00:26political opponent of Prime Minister Viktor Orban. But the committee disagreed. By contrast,
00:33the same Committee on Legal Affairs has voted to lift the immunity of Polish MEPs Mikhail Dvorczyk
00:40and Daniel Obaitek. The final decision on all five MEPs will be taken at the next plenary session
