00:15All 24 childcare providers across Merthyr Tidfil have been approved to provide Flying Start children with fully funded childcare for two and a half hours a day, five times a week.
00:26The Council says that Merthyr Tidfil has seen a 91% Flying Start take-up rate in the first full term of the Phase 3 expansion, with 531 children provided for.
