00:02Just outside of Charlottesville, Virginia, in the hunt country of Keswick Estate,
00:06this is definitely one of my favorite Idea Houses to date.
00:10During opening week, we welcomed everyone that had a hand in bringing the project to life,
00:14plus 150 Southern Living Superfans,
00:17for a first look at the home with designer Charlotte Moss and the entire 2025 Idea House team.
00:23Everyone was blown away.
00:25When you round the curve of the long driveway and see the house nestled among the pines in an orchard,
00:29it stops you in your tracks.
00:31Walking through the front door in the entry takes your breath away.
00:34Every room is special in its own way,
00:36but many people said the little girl's bedroom, mudroom, and library were their favorite spaces.
00:41As for me, I kept coming back to the kitchen.
00:44This house is definitely worth the trip.
00:46Tours are open now through December.
