00:00well about five minutes after the game had finished i couldn't remember anything about it
00:10and i think that that more or less says everything um it it was it was just a case of fulfilling the
00:18fixture i think for um for both parties leeds had left a few out um with minor injuries they'll all
00:25be back this week uh leeds could be near to full strength excuse me apart from cameron smith
00:31who's missed a lot of the seat who's missed a lot of the season and mike asivo who hasn't played at
00:37all everybody else is going to be available um leeds have nothing really to play for neither did
00:43wigan wigan had named they're just about the strongest squad i think that was probably as a
00:49precaution because they didn't know for sure what was going to happen the uh the night before when
00:54okay i played what uh warrington um i think maybe if if they'd had an extra 24 hours to name the squad
01:02they might have rested a few as well but um there was just there was nothing at stake and and it
01:08looked like that from from the start i mean wigan wasted their captain's challenge after three minutes
01:14which i think tells you something about the game they challenged a knock-on ruling and lost the um
01:20lost their challenge and i don't think they'd have done that if there was there was anything really
01:25at stake they played pretty well um brevin french was the difference uh he's clearly when he's playing
01:34and he's on form he's the best player in the competition um i think the only reason it
01:38he's not been talked about for man of steel this year is because um because he's missed a fair bit of the
01:45season through injury um wigan look very sharp much better than the last time i saw them live but
01:51leeds will take take some things from it i think they they showed commendable spirit they battled to
01:59the end they scored the last try and avoided um avoided a nilling they didn't offer a great deal on
02:03attack without lucky miller and jake connor which is a concern but the defense was pretty good for the
02:10most part they conceded four tries but they were in two five minute spells other than that there
02:15wasn't an awful lot in it but um it's not a game that'll live long in the memory and it's not going
02:21to count for an awful lot in the uh in the next couple of weeks i don't think
