Raffy Tulfo pushed the contempt motion against Curlee, pointing out that his account about his wife’s absence clashed with the written excuse she herself sent to the panel.
Sen. Erwin Tulfo immediately backed the move, which Committee chair Sen. Panfilo Lacson approved.
